CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Dans toute utilisation d’appareils électriques, des précautions de base sont à respecter.
LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT CETTE NOTICE AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL.
• Vérifier que la tension du réseau correspond bien à celle de l’appareil.
• Ne jamais laisser votre appareil sans surveillance lorsqu’il est en fonctionnement. Toujours
débrancher l’appareil après utilisation, et avant toute action de démontage ou de nettoyage.
• Ne pas laisser l’appareil à la portée des enfants. Ne pas utiliser en présence d’enfants sans une
étroite surveillance.
• Utiliser l’appareil uniquement pour des usages domestiques, et uniquement pour de l’alimentation,
conformément aux indications de ce mode d’emploi.
• Ne jamais toucher les éléments en cours de fonctionnement. Prendre toutes précautions pour
éloigner vos mains, cheveux, vêtements et autres accessoires des parties en mouvement.
• Ne jamais introduire les mains dans le bol en cours de préparation, ni aucun autre objet tel que
couteau, fourchette, etc…
• Ne jamais retirer ou changer une partie ou un accessoire sur l’appareil lorsqu’il est en cours de
fonctionnement.
• Les lames sont coupantes. Prendre toutes les précautions utiles pour ne pas se couper en les
manipulant.
• Lors du mixage de liquides chauds, prendre toutes précautions utiles pour éviter les brûlures en
cas d’éclaboussures.
• Ne jamais plonger l’appareil, le cordon ou la prise dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide. Utiliser un
chiffon humide pour leur nettoyage. Ne pas utiliser avec les mains humides.
• Ne pas installer l’appareil à proximité immédiate d’une source de chaleur.
• Le placer sur une surface sèche et stable.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à l’extérieur et l’entreposer dans un endroit sec.
• Débrancher l’appareil avant de le nettoyer ou de le ranger. Ne pas tirer sur le cordon. Veiller à ce
qu’on ne puisse pas se prendre les pieds dans le cordon d’alimentation. Ne pas le plier ni le mettre
en contact avec des surfaces chaudes.
• Ne pas utiliser votre appareil si le cordon d’alimentation ou l’appareil sont endommagés de
quelque façon que ce soit. Si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par un
technicien agréé.
• Ne jamais réparer l’appareil vous-même. Vous perdriez le bénéfice de la garantie. Comme tout
appareil électrique, il doit être réparé par une personne qualifiée. De même, le changement du
cordon d’alimentation représente un réel danger et il est nécessaire de contacter un réparateur
agréé.

PRÉCAUTIONS SPÉCIFIQUES :
• Pour la préparation d’aliments destinés aux bébés ou personnes fragiles, stériliser au préalable le pied
du mixeur plongeant.
• Ne pas toucher les lames tant que l’appareil est branché.
• Ne jamais mixer de liquides brûlants. Ne jamais mixer de matières grasses chaudes (huile ou autre).
• Toujours débrancher l’appareil avant de le monter ou de le démonter.

toutes préparations nécessitant de mixer
des ingrédients dans du liquide.

UTILISATION DE L’APPAREIL
AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION, LAVER ET SÉCHER LES PIÈCES QUI SERONT EN CONTACT
AVEC LES ALIMENTS.
• Positionner le pied du mixeur plongeant (4) sur le bloc moteur (1), tourner jusqu’au « clic » pour
verrouiller l’assemblage.
• Brancher l’appareil.
• Placer le pied directement dans la préparation à mixer.
• Appuyer sur la touche vitesse lente (2) ou vitesse rapide (3) pour démarrer l’appareil. Maintenir la
touche enfoncée pendant toute la durée de la préparation.
• Débrancher après usage.
• Démonter et rincer immédiatement le pied à l’eau chaude.
LE MIXEUR PLONGEANT PEUT S’UTILISER DANS N’IMPORTE QUEL RÉCIPIENT OU CASSEROLE.
NETTOYAGE DE L’APPAREIL
• Toujours débrancher l’appareil et attendre son arrêt complet avant de le démonter.
• Pour un nettoyage facile, rincer le pied du mixeur immédiatement après utilisation, à l’eau chaude
et savonneuse. Il peut être passé au lave vaiselle.
• Ne jamais immerger le bloc moteur ni le cordon. Le nettoyer à l’aide d’un chiffon doux et humide.
Ne pas utiliser de produits abrasifs. Bien sécher.

• Make sure that the voltage rating on the type plate corresponds to your main voltage.

• Do not put your hands into the bowl during operations. Do not insert metal tools such as forks, kni-
ves, etc into the bowl during operations.
• Never take out or change any part or accessory during operations.
• Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
• When blending hot liquids, take care of splashing to avoid any burns.
• Switch off and unplug before changing the accessories.
• Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid for any reasons. Clean with a damp cloth.
Do not use with wet hands.
• Do not place the appliance on or near sources of heat.
• Place the appliance on dry and stable surface.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning, ranging or replacement of any pieces. Never move or range
the appliance by pulling the cord. The power cord should not hang from the edges of the table or
other surfaces, it should not come in touch with hot surfaces or be twisted.
• From time to time, check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or appliance
shows any sign of damage.
• All interventions made by a non-qualified person can be dangerous; in this case guarantee condi-
tions would cancel. As all electrical products, a competent electrician must repair it.

SPECIAL RECOMMENDATIONS :
• Sterilize accessories before processing food for baby or weak people.
• Never remove any accessory when the appliance is plugged.
• Blades are very sharp. Never hand the blades with fingers. Hold it by the plastic part of it. Never
blend hot fat nor oil.
• Always unplug appliance before assembling, disassembling or cleaning the appliance.

blended with liquids.

TO USE THE APPLIANCE
BEFORE FIRST USE, WASH AND DRY THE PARTS WHICH WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH FOOD.
• Set the hand mixer (4) on the power unit (1). Turn until it locks.
• Plug the appliance.
• Place the bottom of the hand mixer directly in the food to blend.
• Press the “low speed” key (2) or “high speed” key (3) to start the appliance. Maintain your finger
on the key during processing.
• Unplug after use.
• Remove hand mixer (4) from the power unit (1). Rinse accessories under warm water.
STICK BLENDER MAY BE USED IN ANY PAN OR CONTAINER.
CLEANING
• Always switch off and unplug from outlet after use and before cleaning operation.
• To make the cleaning easier, rinse the hand mixer soon after use. It may be washed in dishwasher.
• Never immerse power unit nor power cord. Wipe the power unit with a damp soft cloth. Never use
abrasives. Dry thoroughly before using or ranging.
