The detachable Operating Panel of the
Door Control 300 (TS 300) consists of the
following parts:

1. To save standard programs which can be
easily selected with the pictures on the
Pictogram.
2. When programming, the Product Keys
serve as Numbers.

Start-up
The oven should be thoroughly cleaned before the first operation for hygienic and health
reasons.
When you are operating the oven for the first time, we recommend running a baking program
without any product so that the clening materials residues can burn off completly
( this may cause odours or some smoking ).
Stand By - Mode / Switching the Oven On and Off
When the oven power is on, it automatically goes into Stand By - Mode. This means that the
oven is connected to electric power. The LED on the On / Off key lights up.
The LC - Screen shows the selected screen saver.
In order to operate the oven, select the various operating levels with the On / Off key.

Turning the Oven Off
To turn the oven Off, press the On / Off key (1) about 5 seconds until the screen saver
appears. The oven is then back in Stand By - Mode
Brightness Control LC-Screen
You can set the brightness of the LC-Screen individually by pressing and
holding down the Half-load key 4 and changing the value with the Arrow key
10tand 12u.
When reaching the required brightness, release both keys. The selected
values remain.

The Door Control TS 300 has two different Operating Levels which you can select in the
following sequence by pressing the On / Off key 1 .

The Pictogram - Mode
Press the On / Off Key once. The oven is then in the Pictogram - Mode.
Program Selection
Select the required program with the Product
Key.
The selected program appears on the LC -
Screen.
e. g. Product Key 1 : Pretzel
Pre-heating starts automatically when the
Product Key is pressed.
The LED on the program key and stop key
blink while the pogram is running.

Loading the Oven:
-An acoustic signal tones when the pre-
heating temperature is reached.
-The acoustic signal goes off when the door
has been opened or the Stop Key 3 is
pressed.
-The required temperature now shows 0°C
You can now place the products into the
oven.

Half-load
Select Half-load when the oven is only half
full.
·When the program has started, the LED on
the Half-load Key blinks for about 5 seconds
and can be pressed during this time.
The program values will then be
automatically adapted i.e. the energie input
will be reduced.
Stopping the Program
·If you want to stop a program, press the
Stop Key (it blinks during the entire pro-
gram). The program will stop without
recourse.
After Baking
·When the baking program is completed, you
can also After Bake:
·Press the Stop Key or open the oven door
and close it again.
·Press the Manual Input Key.
Press the key once for every minute of After
Baking time. Up to 10 minutes are possible.
Press x 1 = 1 Minute
Press x 2 = 2 Minutes
Press x 3 = 3 Minutes
Press x 10 = 10 Minutes
The After Baking can be stopped by pressing
the Stop Key or by opening the door.
It is possible to add steam during the running
of a program by pressing the Steam Key.
Press the Steam Key for as long as steam is
required.
Do not steam for too long. So called Cold
Nests can develop which will reduce the
temperature causing uneven baking results.

The Computer - Mode has 99 programs with 9 program steps.
The Program Steps consist of Pre-heating and 8 baking steps.
Yo get into the Computer - Mode press the On / Off Key twice.
The Computer - Mode
The Product Key Pad has different
settings in the Computer - Mode:
The Product Keys 1 - 9 become the
digits 1 - 9.
Key 11 is the digit 0
Key 10 is Arrow Up
Key 12 is Arrow Down
Starting the Computer - Mode
·In the Stand By - Mode, press the
On / Off Key 1 twice :
The oven is now in the
Computer - Mode.
The Product Selection List appears. The
Scrollbar ( the highlighted selection ) is on the

( e.g. Pretzel ).
Program Selection
You can input a two digit program number
with the digit keys or use the scrollbar with
the arrow key to select the program.
The program content is displayed when
pressing the Confirmation Key.

If you have selected a program with the
Confirmation Key, the TS 300 display shows
the complete program content, as shown in
the picture.
Pre-heating
·Press the Confirmation Key again.
·The oven will start Pre-heating.
The LED on the Stop Key blinks.
Loading the Oven
·When the Pre-heating time has been
reached, an acoustic signal sounds and the
door light blinks.
·The acoustic signal stops when the door is
opened.
·The required temperature is now at 0°C.
You can now load the oven.
Program Start
·Press the Confirmation Key again.
·The program starts.
The LED on the Stop Key blinks.
The LC - Screen shows the program
parameters:
Program Number, Name, Required
Temperature, Actual Temperature, Required
Time, Remaining Time, Steam Volume, Motor
Speed, Exhaust Flap.

Programming with the TS Control is only possible in the Computer-Mode.
You have the following programming possibilities with the TS 300:
1. You can make changes while a program is running.
2. You can change existing programs as required.
3. In the Computer you can save your own programs in unoccupied program numbers.
4. You have 12 Product Keys for settings.
Programming
Product Key Pad = Digits
In the Programming Mode, the Product Key
Pad serves as numerical Digit Keys.
It contains the digit keys 1-9 and 0.
In addition, there are two Arrow Keys, left and
right, in the lowest row.
( 10 and 12 Cursor Key).

Changes while a Program is
running.
You can make changes with the Manual Input
Key while a program is running.
These are once-off changes which are not
saved when the program is finished.
1.) Press the Manual Input Key while the pro-
gram is running.
The LED lights up.
2.) The screen shows the actual parameters.
The actual program continues unaffected.
If you do not press a key for 30 seconds, the
Change Mode will stop.
Changes in an already completed step have no
affect on the running of the program.
3.) The Cursor points to the actul step.

4.) Select the position to be changed with the
arrow key. The selected position appears
highlighted.
5.) New numeric values can be entered with
the Digit keys 1-9 and 0.
6.) To change selected fields ( Motor slow /
medium / fast, Exhaust Flap position Open /
Closed ) hold down the digit key 0 and
move one of the arrow keys.

Save the new values by pressing the
manual Input Key again.
The oven will now work with the new
values.
Changing Existing Programs
Select Program
You are in the Program Selection List. You
can input a two digit program number with
the digit keys or use the scrollbar with the
arrow key to select the program.
Program Content
By pressing the Confirmation Key, the pro-
gram content is displayed.
Select Programming Mode
Confirm with the Manual Input Key.
The actul field appears highlighted.

Insert new Baking Script
After the last step, an X is displayed instead
of a program number.
By pressing the digit key 0 and the arrow key
down at the same time, the X changes to
the next baking step. The number sequence
is automatic.
Now you can enter the values for the new
Baking step.
Proceed as described above.

Saving new Values
To save the new values, press the Manual
Input Key again.
The question appears: Save?
If you want to save, press the Enter Key
If you dont want to save, cancel the process
with the Stop Key.
Writing a new Program
Change an existing program and save it
under a new name and new number .
or
Save your own, new program under an
empty program number.
Open Programing Mode
Go to the required program position
Press the Manual Input Key.
The actual position appears highlighted.
Change Values / New Input
Select the required position with the arrow
key.
Every highlighted position can be over
written.

Assign Program Name from provided
list.
When all baking steps are entered, exit the X
position with the arrow key.
Entering the Program Name is activated.
The complete name appears highlighted.
You can select a name from the provided list
by holding down the 0 key and move the
arrow key
= forward
= back continue.
Important Tip: There is an empty line in the
name list which can be used to help inputting
names with individual letters. Not required
letters therefor dont have to be deleted
individually.
Assign Program Names individualy
If the program name appears highlighted,
move the arrow key down.
Now the letters are highlighted individually and
can be changed.
Hold down the 0 key and move an arrow
key
= forward
= back continue
One after the other, all letters appear small
and in capitals, numbers and special symbols.
There is also an empty symbol for deleting
unwanted letters.
When the required symbol has been reached,
release the 0 key and go down to the next
symbol with the arrow key.
Proceed in the same way until the entire name
is entered.
