Damit Sie jahrelang Freude mit dieser hochwertigen Armatur
haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen folgende Punkte bei der Reinigung
und Pflege zu beachten:
milde, seifenhaltige Reinigungsmittel verwenden
keine kratzenden, scheuernden oder säurehaltigen
Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmittel verwenden
nur mit weichem Schwamm oder Tuch behandeln
keine Reinigung mit Dampfstrahlgeräten
Diese Anleitung ist gültig für folgende Produkte:
SanTec LOFT Waschtischarmatur
Art.Nr. 121 049, 121 056, 121 063, 121 070
Lieferumfang:
Armaturengehäuse mit Elektronikmodul und 9 V Batterie oder
230 V Netzteil, Magnetventil, Anschlussschläuchen, Schmutzfilter-
aufsätzen für Eckventil, Befestigungsmaterial und Rückflussverhin-
derern bei Mischwasserausführung.
Wichtige Installationshinweise:
Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch einen konzessionierten
Fachbetrieb gemäß DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 sowie VDE 0100
Teil 701 erfolgen. Bei der Planung und Errichtung von Sanitäranla-
gen sind die entsprechenden örtlichen, nationalen und internatio-
nalen Normen und Vorschriften zu beachten! Netzteil 230 V / 12 V
nicht in Schutzbereichen anbringen.

Nach Inbetriebnahme der
Stromversorgung.
Dauer ca. 5 s.
Wasserfluss startet
Sobald der Benutzer vom
Ansprechbereich der Infrarot-
sensorik erfasst wird.
Wasserfluss stoppt
Wenn der Benutzer den An-
sprechbereich wieder verlässt
oder nach Ablauf der einge-
stellten Spülstoppzeit.

Montage
1. Armatur auf Waschtisch befestigen.
2. Bei Mischwasserausführung Rückflussverhinderer mit Vorfilter
bzw. generell Eckventil mit Vorfilter verwenden.
3a. Bei Netzvariante: Steckverbindung zwischen Armatur und
Netzteil herstellen - Wasserzufluss öffnen.
3b. Bei Batterievariante: Batterie in Batteriemodul einsetzen und
Steckverbindung zwischen Armatur und Modul herstellen -
Wasserzufluss öffnen.
4. Automatischer Reichweitenabgleich.
Nach ca. 5 s blinkt die LED und die Armatur ist betriebsbereit.
Während des Reichweitenabgleichs nicht in den Sensor-
bereich fassen!

Einstellung der Funktionen
Stellung „ON“: Standardreichweite (voreingestellt).
Stellung „OFF“: kurze Reichweite - ca. 3cm kürzer, für kleine Waschbecken.
Dient zum Deaktivieren der Armatur zur Reinigung.
Stellung „ON“: Reinigungsstopp-Funktion aktiviert.
Stellung „OFF“: Reinigungsstopp-Funktion deaktiviert (voreingestellt).

Reinigungsstopp aktivieren
Heranführen der Hand an den
Infrarot-Sensor. Die LED im
Sensor beginnt zu blinken und
der Wasserfluss startet. Nach
5x Blinken stoppt der Wasser-
fluss und der Reinigungsstopp
ist für 3 min aktiviert.
Reinigungsstopp deaktivieren
Die Armatur geht 3 min nach
Verlassen des Ansprechbe-
reichs automatisch wieder in
den Normalbetrieb über.
Zum vorzeitigen Beenden des
Reinigungsstopps gehen Sie
wie bei der Aktivierung vor.

Einstellung der Funktionen
Zum Füllen des Beckens oder eines Behälters kann der Dauerlauf aktiviert werden.
Stellung „ON“: Dauerlauf-Funktion aktiviert.
Stellung „OFF“: Dauerlauf-Funktion deaktiviert (voreingestellt).

beginnt zu blinken. Nach 5x
Blinken ist der Reinigungs-
stopp aktiviert. Durch weitere
3 Nahreflexe innerhalb von 5 s
wird der Dauerlauf aktiviert.
Dauerlauf deaktivieren
Automatisch nach Ablauf der
am Regler 3 eingestellten
Spülstoppzeit.
Zum vorzeitigen Beenden des
Dauerlaufs gehen Sie wie bei
„Dauerlauf aktivieren“ vor.
Nach Verlassen des Ansprech-
bereichs geht die Armatur
wieder in den Normalbetrieb
über.

Einstellung der Funktionen
Dient zum Freispülen der Wasserzuleitungen, um Stagnationswasser
bei längerer Nichtbenutzung zu vermeiden
Stellung „ON“: Stagnationsfreispülungs-Funktion aktiviert.
Stellung „OFF“: Stagnationsfreispülungs-Funktion deaktiviert (voreingestellt).

Congratulations on purchasing the SanTec LOFT fitting.
In order to ensure that you will be able to enjoy this high-quality
product for many years, please take note of the following cleaning
and maintenance recommendations:
Use mild cleaning agents containing soap
Do not use abrasive, scrubbing, sealing or acidic
cleaning agents or disinfectants
Clean the fitting with a soft sponge or cloth only
Do not use steam cleaners
This manual is valid for the following products:
SanTec LOFT washbasin fitting:
Art.Nr. 121 049, 121 056, 121 063, 121 070
Delivery scope:
Tap housing with electronic module and 9 V battery or 230 V power
unit, magnetic valve, connnection hoses, dirt-filter attachment for
corner valve, mounting material and reflux preventers at variant with
mixer.
Important installation notes:
Mounting and installation may only be performed by a qualified
service provider in accordance with DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001
and VDE 0100 Part 701. When planning and installing sanitary
facilities, all relevant local, national and international standards and
provisions must be observed! Provide for 230 V / 12 V power unit
outside of the protected zone.

Assembly
1. Fasten the fitting to the washbasin.
2. When installing the mixed water version, use a return flow
valve with pre-filter or generally use an angle valve with
pre-filter.
3a. Wall outlet version: Connect the power supply to the fitting –
open the water valve.
3b. Battery version: Place the battery into the battery module
and connect the battery to the fitting – open the water
valve.
4. Automatic range adjustment.
The LED will start flashing after approx. 5 s, indicating that
the fitting is operational. Do not trigger the sensor when
performing the range adjustment!

Configuring the functions
‘ON’ position: Standard range (default setting).
‘OFF’ position: Short range – approx. 3 cm less, for small washbasins.
Serves to disable the fitting prior to cleaning.
‘ON’ position: Cleaning stop function enabled.
‘OFF’ position: Cleaning stop function disabled (default setting).

Enable cleaning stop
Approach the infrared sensor
with your hand. The
sensor LED starts flashing, and
water begins to flow from the
faucet. After flashing 5 times,
the water flow is stopped,
and the cleaning stop is
enabled for 3 min.
Disable cleaning stop
The fitting will resume normal
operation 3 min after the
sensor has remained un-
triggered.
To instantly end the cleaning
stop, perform the same steps
used to enable the function.

Enable the continuous flow function to fill the washbasin or a container.
‘ON’ position: Continuous flow function is enabled.
‘OFF’ position: Continuous flow function is disabled (default setting).

flashing three times, conti-
nuous flow is enabled for the
water arrest time configured.

sensor with your hand. The
sensor LED starts flashing.
After flashing five times, the
cleaning stop is enabled. You
can enable the continuous
flow function by approaching
the sensor three times again
within 5 s.
Disable continuous flow
The function automatically
ends after the water arrest
time set at control 3 has
elapsed.
To instantly end continuous
flow, perform the same steps
as used for ‘Enable
continuous flow’.
The fitting will resume normal
operation after you leave the
sensor range.

Configuring the functions
Serves to rinse water supply lines in order to remove stagnant water that accumulates during
longer periods of disuse.
‘ON’ position: Stagnation rinse is enabled.
‘OFF’ position: Stagnation rinse function is disabled (default setting).
