1. 보일러를 사용하기전에 반드시 관리 책임자를 선임하여 본 매뉴얼을 숙지 시키고 가동 및 관리를 할 수
있도록 해주십시오.
소각보일러의 연료는 가연성 폐기물로써 금속, 난연성 폐기물(PVC등), 방염 처리된 원단등의 연소
가 어려운 폐기물을 소각할 경우 연소 노즐의 막힘 및 매연발생의 원인이 되며, 폭발성 물질(부탄가
스통,기름,라이터)은 폭발의 위험성이 있으므로 절대 투입하지 마십시오. 또한 젖은 폐기물은 건조
를 시킨후 투입 하십시오.
가동중의 보일러 본체 및 배관은 고온이므로 화상에 주의 하도록 하고 작업자는
마스크, 장갑등의 보호구를 착용 하며, 보일러실에는 소화기를 설치하여 주십시오.
주의사항
보일러에 사용하는 수도수 또는 지하수에는 각종의 불순물을 함유하고 있고, 스팀 보일러의 경우
이 불순물들이 계속 축적되어 스케일 부착, 부식등을 초래하여 효율 저하, 수명 단축, 심지어는 가
동을 중단하는 경우까지 발생 됩니다. 그렇기 때문에 본 매뉴얼의 점검 및 청소법을 반드시 지켜주
시고 전문 수처리/보일러 청소 업체를 통한 정기적인 관리를 받아야 합니다.
보일러로 공급되는 메인 전기의 전압은 허용오차 ±10% 이내이며, 이보다 초과 되거나 불안정 할
경우 모터류 및 전기부품에 손상이 발생 할 수 있으며 자동전압 조절 장치를 설치 하여야 합니다.
또한 보일러로 공급되는 급수는 스팀 사용량 만큼의 물이 공급되어야 하며 이보다 부족할 경우 급
수 모터등을 설치하여 주십시오.

Caution
1. Please appoint someone in charge of management before using the boiler. Make them
acquaint with this manual and start operating and managing the boiler.
9. We guarantee 1 year of quality free of charge after installation. However, the user takes
responsibilities itself caused by its mistake and carelessness within the term of guarantee.
The fuel of incineration boiler is flammable waste. It is the cause of generating
smoke and clogging combustion nozzle in case of incinerating the metal, flame
retarding waste(PVC, etc), flam proof fabric and non-flammable waste. Don’t put
explosive materials(Butane gas can, oil, lighter) into the boiler since it could
explode. Also the wet waste should be put after drying.
The manufacturer doesn’t have responsibility of the problem caused by renovation
of pipe and electronic devices without notice.
Be careful of burning body since the main body and pipes are running on a high
temperature. The operator should wear the protective mask and gloves, install a fire
extinguisher in boiler room.
Tap water or ground water which is used for the boiler is including all sorts of
impurities. In case of a steam boiler, these impurities will be piled up. It causes
scale and corrosion of boiler, making the boiler stop, shorten the lifetime and
decline the efficiency. Therefore, please make sure how to clean and inspect the
boiler, and receive routine maintenance from cleaning company of boiler water
treatment.
The allowable error is within ±10% about main electronic voltage which is supplied
into the boiler.
If it exceeds this figure or it is unstable, the motor and electronic component can be
damaged so that you should install the automatic voltage control device.
Also, the water should be supplied as much as the amount of steam used. If the
water is less than used steam, please install water supply motor.
8. Please consult with the agent or A/S team of head office in case of occurring the
problem and breakdown.

-제일 먼저 컨트롤판넬의 전원을 켠다. (First of all, turn on Control Panel)

① 레벨게이지 수면계의 수위가 절반이상 있는지 확인 한다. 물이 없다면 경고등이 켜져야 한다.
-
② 소각로 급수 물탱크의 수위가 ⅔ 이상 있는지 확인 한다. 물이 없다면 경고등이 켜져야 한다.
-
③ 퇴출구 문을 열고 소각후 남은재를 전부 끌어낸다, 이때 하부 벽면, 노즐쪽에 굳은재는 최대한
긁어 낸다.

④ 레벨게이지/보일러 드레인 밸브를 열어 저수위 경고등, 부저가 작동할 때까지 물을 빼고,
보일러 저수위 경고가 정상 작동하는지 확인 하고, ⑦ 다단펌프가 자동으로 작동하는지 확인 한다.

② Check if the water level is in more than two-thirds of Cyclone’s Water Supply Tank
①Check if the water level is in more than half. If there is no water, Warning Light will be turned on
③Open the door of ash outlet, rake out the remained ashes after burning. At this moment, rake out
the hard ashes on the bottom of wall surface as much as possible.
④Please drain the water until the warning light and buzzer is operating by opening the drain V/V
from the level gauge and boiler. And check that the warning of low water level is properly operating.
⑦Check that Multistage Pump is operating automatically.

3. 송풍기 가동 및 확인
Operate an air blower and check

컨트롤 판넬에서 급기 송풍기 가동 버튼을 먼저
눌러 송풍기를 가동 시키고, 암페어가 정상으로
돌아오면 배기 송풍기를 가동 시키고, 불이 붙는
것을 확인 한다.
Please operate an air blower by pressing the
operating button on the control panel. If
AMPERE gets back to the normal condition,
please operate the exhaust air-blower and
check that it is on fire.
소각물은 소각로 안쪽부터 골고루 깔리게 투입
하며 초기에 과다 투입하게 되면 아래쪽에 불이
붙지 않아 불완전 연소가 이루어지니 적당량을
투입 한다, 그리고 종이나 신문지등에 불을 붙혀
소각물 위에 올려 놓는다.
Make sure that you have put reasonable
quantities inside and it has been buried in
places because if you oversupply, the waste
will not get fire on the bottom. So it is going
be finished as incomplete combustion. Please
set light to papers and put on the waste.
4. 보일러 운전 방법 (How to operate Boiler)
소각물 준비 및 점화 방법 (Preparation for waste and how to catch fire)
소각물을 투입구로 넣을수 있는 크기의 자루 또
는 비닐봉투등에 담아서 미리 준비를 한다, 그리
고 투입구를 열고 소각물을 최대한 안쪽 부터 던
져 넣는다.
Put the proper size of the waste in a sack or a
plastic bag for preparation in advance. After
that, open the Waste Inlet Door and put the
waste inside from the end.

6) 스팀 압력의 유지 (Steam pressure maintenance)

타워램프의 초록색등이 점멸을 하면 보일러의 압력이 낮
은 상태이며, 준비된 소각물을 투입하되 (1회 한번, 10분
~20분 간격) 소량씩 자주 투입하여 소각물에 충분히 불이
붙도록 하며, 수레등을 이용하여 소각로 내부로 깊이 투입
한다.
If the green light of tower lamp is on, that means the
boiler stays in low pressure. Please put the waste
which is prepared ( one by one with 10~20 minutes’
intervals ). Please put the small amount of waste from
time to time and make it easier to burn.
※ 한꺼번에 많은 양을 투입하게 되면 연소가 불안정 하게
되고 화염 및 연소가스가 투입구로 역류하는 현상이 생길
수 있다.
If you put a large amount of waste at once, the
combustion remains unstable. Also, there is a
possibility of back flow phenomenon by flames and
combustion gas from the waste inlet door.
필요한 스팀 압력에 도달하면 메인 스팀 밸브를 천천히 개방 한
다.
If it reaches the required steam pressure, please slowly
open the main steam valve.
※스팀헤더가 있는 경우에는 보일러 상부 메인 스팀 밸브를 개
방하여 두고 스팀헤더의 밸브를 조작 한다.
(In case of being the steam header, please open the main
steam valve on the top of boiler and control the valve of
steam header.)
통상적으로 450~800℃ 범위에서 가동을 시키며, 공장에서 필
요로 하는 만큼의 압력을 유지 시키고, 압력계와 온도창을 항상
주시하여 소각물을 투입 하여 압력을 유지 시킨다.
Normally, it is operated in the range of 450~800℃. To
maintain the pressure which requires to the factory, please
keep an eye on a pressure gauge and a thermometer at all
times.
소각물 투입시기는 압력계와 온도창의 온도가 떨어지는 시점에
투입을 하면 되고, 필요 압력 이상으로 올라가거나 타워램프의
빨간불이 점멸하면 투입을 중단한다.
You can put the waste again when the temperature
decreases on thermometer and pressure gauge. Please
don’t put the waste in the case either the pressure
increases too much or red light turns on in the tower lamp.
※ 폐기물의 종류, 스팀 사용량의 차이등에 따라 통상 가동 온도
는 차이가 있다.
※ The temperature will be different according to the kind of
waste and steam usage.

연소실 안의 연소 불꽃은 회오리를 형성하면서 밝은 노란색을
띄면 정상적인 연소 상태이며 점심시간 전(약30분) 소각투입양
을 줄여서 스팀이 과다 생산되는 것을 방지 하고, 송풍기는 계속
가동 시켜야 한다. 그리고 점심시간 종료 약 30분 전에는 소각
물을 다시 투입하고 투입하기 전 압력이 떨어진 상태에서 레벨
게이지 밸브를 천천히 개방하여 블로우다운을 한다.
It is normal combustion condition if the combustion flame
goes round like whirlwind inside the combustion chamber
and it is bright-yellow in color. 30 minutes before from
launch time, we have to prevent overproducing the steam
by reducing the amount of waste and keep operating the
blower. And 30 minutes before from end time for lunch, we
have to put the waste again. Before putting the waste,
slowly open the level gauge valve and blow down in the
state of pressure dropped.
※완전히 연소가 되지 않은 상태에서 송풍기를 정지하면 연소
노즐이 막히며, 매연이 발생할 수 있다.
If the blower stops in the state which has not completely
burned. The combustion nozzle will be blocked, it is
possible to generate exhaust
4. 보일러 운전 방법 (How to operate Boiler)
작업종료전 점심시간 때와 마찬가지로 미리 소각물 투
입량을 조절하고, 압력이 떨어진 상태에서 블로우다운
실시 후 워크타이머 스위치를 ON시키고 타이머 다이
얼로 시간을 맞추고 메인 스팀 밸브를 잠근다.
Just same like launch time, adjust the amount of
waste in advance. Turn on the switch of work timer,
set the time with the dial and turn off the main
steams valve.
통상적으로 1시간~2시간으로 셋팅하며, 다음날 연소
실 바닥에 굳은 덩어리, 미연소된 잔재가 발견 되면 시
간을 더 늘려준다.
Generally, it is set for 1 or 2 hours. We can extend
the time if next day there are something found
such as dreg and hard mass which are not
completely burned.
수면계의 수면 높이, 다단펌프 정상 작동 여부, 송풍기 벨
트 구동 상태를 수시로 확인 하고, 굴뚝에서 매연이 발생
하는지도 확인 한다.
Check water level in water gauge and that the water
pump works normally.
Also check the driving condition of fan belt and that
smoke generates from the chimney.

5. 점검 및 청소 방법 (How to inspect and clean)
주간 점검 사항 (Weekly check point)
매주 1회 소각로 내부(소각로 벽면의 재)와 노즐을 청소 한다. 노즐을 청소 할 때에는 아래 사진과 같이 드라이버등
을 이용하여 끝까지 밀어 넣어서 구멍이 막혔는지 확인하고 청소 한다.
Clean the nozzle weekly and inside combustion chamber. ( the ashes from the surface of a wall )
When you clean the nozzle, please use the driver and push to the end as below picture whether to check the
holes are blocked or not. And start cleaning.
소각로 내부 바닥/측면의 모든 노즐을 청소 하여야 한다.
Please clean all the nozzles inside the incinerator.
※ 평일엔 소각로 내부가 온도가 높아 작업하기 어려울 수 있으니 매주 월요일 가동전 청소 권장
It is difficult to clean on weekdays since the temperature inside the incinerator would be high. It is recommended to clean
before operating every Monday!
★ 소각로 내부 및 주위는 물청소 절대 금지
It is prohibited to clean by water inside combustion chamber
※주의 안전변 작동 확인시 화상을 입을수 있으므로 보일러 압력이 2kg/㎤ 이하일때 확인할 것.
※Warning. When you check the operation of safety valve, you can get scalded. Please check when the
pressure of boiler is below 2kg/㎤.

5. 점검 및 청소 방법 (How to inspect and clean)
주간 점검 사항 (Weekly check point)
송풍기 벨트의 장력을 확인 한다
벨트가 늘어나거나 갈라지면 교체를 한다
Check the tension of belt and replace if the
belt is streched or cracked
구리스 자동 주입장치에 구리스가 있는지 확인을 하고 없
으면 다시 채워준다.
Check if there is grease on automatic injection device.
If not, please fill in again
When you drain while daily inspection, please check more than once a week whether precipitate
and solid are settled or not by filling the drained water into the transparent container.
If so, a solid body is condensed too much, please drain all the water and fill with the new one.
일일점검 중의 보일러 드레인을 실시 할 때, 일주일에 한번 이상 투명한 용기에 물을 받아서 침전물,
고형물들이 가라 앉는지 확인 한다.
이럴 경우 고형물질이 많이 응축된 상태이므로 전체 물을 다 빼내고 새로운 물을 채워 준다.
2차연소실 청소구를 열고
진공청소기등을 이용하여 내부의 재와
분진을 청소 한다.

보일러의 물을 다 빼내고 하부, 상부의 청소구를 전부 개방 하고 스케일을 확인 한다.
Please drain all the water inside of the boiler, open all the cleaning door from the top to the bottom and check
there is scale
※보일러가 가열된 상태이므로 소각물이 완전연소된 상태에서 8시간 이상 경과후 드레인 하여야 한다
Since the boiler has been heated, you have to drain after 8 hours later in the state of complete combustion

에는 찌꺼기를 빼내고 청소를
한다.

청소 완료후 보일러에 재급수를 할때 다단펌프는 반드시 수동위치에 놓
고 싸이클론 수위를 확인 하면서 급수를 한다-싸이클론의 수위가 올라가
면 스타트를 누르고 싸이클론 수위가 내려가며 스톱을 눌러 수동으로 보
일러에 물을 채운다.
When you resupply water after cleaning, please set the pump on
manual and supply water while checking the water level in cyclone.
When the water level increases in cyclone, press start button. When
the water level decreases in cyclone, press stop button and supply
water into the boiler by manual.
(싸이클론에 물이 없는 상태에서 자동으로 펌프를 돌리게 되면 펌프에 공
기가 차서 고장의 원인이 됨)(It is one of reason for the breakdown if
you operate pump automatically without water in cyclone since the
air comes into the pump.)
이때 레벨게이지의 밸브를 열어서 공기가 빠지도록 하며, 물이 넘치면 밸
브를 잠근다.
At this time, please open the level gauge valve to deflate. And close
the valve when water overflows.

3) 보일러 연관 청소 (Cleaning the gas pipe in the boiler)

보일러 도어를 앞뒤 전부 개방하고 제공한 청소툴을
이용하여 내부 연관에 붙은 그으름 분진을 청소 한
다, 이때 에어 컴프레셔를 이용하면 효과가 더 좋다.
Please open the front and back door. Clean soot
and dust on the pipe by using cleaning
equipment which is provided. At this time, it is
more effective if you use air compressor.
