thermostat
The WCZ-600-T wireless thermostat is one of
up to six thermostats that has been installed
as part of the WCZ-600 Wireless Comfort™
zone control system. Each thermostat
communicates with the WCZ-600 zone
control panel which controls the heating,
cooling and ventilation system while directing
the right amount of conditioned air into each
zone through wireless communications with
zone dampers that open and close to
maintain the desired temperature setting in
each zone. Each WCZ-600-T thermostat
allows you to set separate separate
temperatures for heating and cooling for four
time periods per day (morning, daytime,
evening and night). Or, you can operate each
thermostat without using the schedule feature
(Permanent Hold Mode).
The schedule feature can save energy by
reducing heating and cooling when a zone is
not being occupied.

If you plan to leave for an extended period of time and want to save energy by placing your
Comfort System™ in Permanent Hold, it is not necessary to change all the thermostats in the
zoning system. The zone thermostat that has been assigned Zone Number 01 is the only
thermostat in the system that can be set for Vacation Mode. If you are unsure which thermostat
is Zone 01, there should be a label located on the subbase of each thermostat identifying its
zone number. Simply release the thermostat from its subbase by pressing up from the bottom
center and swinging it away. he thermostat identification label is located in the lower left hand
corner. If the installing contractor did not fill out the identification label, you can find the
thermostat zone address by accessing the thermostat Installer Options menu.
