1. INTRODUCTION:
Thank you for choosing Cordless Phone. The manual describes functions of
the GSM Cordless Phone in detail. GSM Cordless Phone uses the GSM mobile
network to provide basic telephony services like in traditional public switched
telephone networks (PSTN). This solution allows people to have access to a
telephone in areas where there is no existing copper plan or wireless local loop
(WLL) access infrastructure. The napplication such as providing a landline
alternative for remote areas, ships, vehicles, construction, oil & mining
companies, exhibitions, disaster recovery service or any temporary sites.
TheCordless Phone allows users to get connected to voice communications
using the mobile phone network. These phones combine the simplicity of a
standard telephone with advanced features. It takes a SIM card and allows
you to make and receive calls - Features include Hands free, 2-way SMS and
an LCD display.
Cordless Phone is a high performance and high power phone, offers latest
GSM technology for superior voice quality with built in echo cancellation. The
Cordless Phone is very useful for Home,Office or any other remote locations.
Note:Pay attention to the following when using this telephone.
Basic Requirements and Environmental Requirements:
Read this manual carefully before using this telephone.
Do not use the telephone on aboard.
・ Do not use the telephone in the gas station, oil-storage factory,
chemical factory with explosive gas or explosive producing process or
any place where the wireless products are prohibited.
Do not use the telephone while driving.
While using the telephone, please keep it away from any equipment
that its performance could be easily affected by the telephone.
Using the telephone may interfere with some medical equipment with
poor quality of shield, such as audio-phone and heart pacemaker.
To clean the telephone, you should use just a piece of soft cloth. Please
do not use chemical products to clean it.
While cleaning the telephone, make sure that the power is OFF.
Do not put the Cordless Phone under strong daylight, avoide high
temperature and contact with liquid such as water.

BATTERY USAGE:
In order to use the battery safely and make it reach its best
performance, please read the following instructions carefully.
Alwayes use the battery provided by the supplier.
The battery must be installed according to the instruction of the
manual; otherwise the battery & unit may get damaged.
After inserting battery, beside switch should be swithc “ ON “
complusaly.
The phone must be turned OFF before you install/remove the battery,
otherwise the storage of the telephone may be failure.
Do not take out the battery when the phone is turned ON.
To charge the battery, make the battery discharged until the telephone
stops working and the display on the screen disappears, plug in the
connector of the charger to an electrical outlet, insert the adapter into
the phone and
Make the battery charged full.( 8 to 10 hours dialy charging required )
It is highly recommended that the battery should be fully charged before being
left unused for a long time.

The Fixed wireless phone is composed by following parts

Dos & Don’ts:
Do not hold the antenna. This may affect call quality and cause
telephone to operate at unintended power levels.

Keep the antenna free from obstructions and position the antenna
straight up. This will ensure best call quality.
Do not use a damaged antenna. Have this replaced through a qualified
technician. Use only antenna approved by the manufacturer.
Unapproved antenna may impair the call quality as well as cause
damage to the phone.
Only use the battery and the power adapter or the Power Supply
provided with the Instrument. The instrument might get damaged if
any other accessories are used. This will also void the warranty.
It is highly recommended to charge the battery before initial use. The
battery might have been discharged during storage and delivery.
Do not throw battery. Batteries are not to be disposed off by putting
them in fire. It may explode or catch fire.
Do not attempt to change the security codes or components. User is
responsible for any consequences arising out of such attempt.
Do not paint.
During lightening, do not touch power plug or phone line. This can
cause electric shock or death. Do not touch the external antenna.
Your phone is to work with Input 90-300 V AC Output 5 V 1.0A. Check
the voltage before connecting.
Do not put heavy things on the power cord or bend it too much.
Do not take out the backup battery without the guide of qualified
service personnel.
If the unit is not working for any reason, do not attempt to repair the
instrument. Only qualified service personnel been permitted to service
the instrument.
For a better reception, do not place the Instrument in a building with
iron or metal roof. Hospitals or health care facilities may be using
equipment sensitive to Radio Frequencies. Please ensure that your
phone is turned off while in the vicinity of such facilities.
Do not use the unit in designated “No Service” area.
Key board Introduction
1) 【MENU】or【OK】：In Idle state, press this key to select item or enter into
submenu.

2) 【BACK】：In menu operation state, press this key to return to previous
menu.
3) 【】:In idle state, press this key to be into “Call Log”.
4) 【】：In idle state, press this key to set alarm clock.
5) 【▲】：. In idle state, press this key to be into inbox.
6) 【▼】：In idle state, press this key to be into phonebook.
7) 【】：In idle state, press this button about 3 seconds for opening
phone. Press 3 seconds again, the phone will be closed.
8) 【】：Outgoing with the dialed phone number immediately. In idle
state, pressing this button will be into “Outgoing Call log”.
9) 【】：Press this button instead of taking up handset.
Installation:
SIM card installation
Open underside of battery cover and take off battery, then the SIM slot can be
seen. Please insert SIM card in here.
Using introduction
1 Turn On FWP
At first, install SIM card and battery. Press button 【】3 seconds, the phone
will be opened. The screen shows operator name, time, signal and capacity of
battery. When the FWP (Fixed Wireless Phone) register over, the user can
make call.

2 Turn Off FWP
When FWP works normally, FWP will be closes by pressing button 【】3
seconds.
3 Makeing calls:
Dial numbers: dial numbers and the numbers will be show in the
screen. If the numbers that user dialed is wrong, please press 【BACK
】in order to clear the number.
After dialed phone number, please press key 【】to call out at once.
If not press key 【】, it will delay several seconds, then call out
automatically.
In making call, user can adjust volume by press left button or right
button.
4 Receive call
When there is incoming, FWP ring and the screen shows call ID.(need
network support)
In making call, user can adjust volume by press left button or right
button.
Menu function
All menu can be operated in idle state. Press 【MENU】be into submenu and
press 【BACK】back function menu
Calls Log
1 Incoming Call
On selecting received calls, the incoming calls’ information, including date,
time, duration and phone number or name of person (if the number exists in
the contact list) of incoming call, shall be displayed on the screen. Last 10
calls can be viewed.

2 Outgoing Call
On selecting dialed call, the screen will display the outgoing calls’ information,
including date, duration, time and phone number or name of person (if the
number exists in the contact list). Last 10 calls can be viewed.
3 Missed Calls
On selecting missed calls, the screen will display the missed calls’
information, including date, phone number or name of person (if the number
exists in the contact list). Last 10 calls can be viewed.
4 Call duration
Press 【OK】to enter into all calls menu, then press [▲] or [▼] key to look
through all call records. Press [ ] for reading detail information. Press 【OK
】key to call the phone number.
SETTINGS:
With this function you can change the settings of your phone.
.1. Alarm.
Set three alarm clocks. But when you pick up the handset, you can't operate
the “Alarm” menu.
.2 Calculator
User can do some calculate work with it.
.3. Time & Date.
Set date and time of the telephone.

.4 Phone.
After entering, user could see the following submenus.
Volume: Volume of the ring tone, receiver, avoid hand volume,alarm
clock.volume and SMS tone can be adjusted as required.
Connection tone: Select connection tone “ON” or “OFF”.
Key tone: Select keypad tone “ON” or “OFF”.
Ring tone: Select ring tone for incoming calls.
Desktop Greeting: Enter / Edit the welcome message, when the phone
is switched ON.
Key lock: Select automatic key lock. If “ON”, if the phone is idle for 30
seconds, the Keypad will automatically lock. Press and hold * key to
unlock the keypad.
Backlight time: Select the time for display backlight ON time.Select
10s, 20s, 30s or 60s.
Any key Answer: Select for any key press to accept the in coming call.
Speed Dialing: Select to enter the short cut keys for dialing the
numbers programmed.
Minute Tone: To hear 'Beep' for every 60 seconds during the call.
Hotline Number: Select to enter the Hotline number and time for
sending the number on to network with out dialing. When a number is
entered and the phone is Off-Hook, the pre-defined number will be
dialed out as per the timer programmed.
Reset :Select to reset the phone to default factory settings.
Contrast: Select the contrast of the display.
NOTE:
When you pick up the handset, you can't operate the “ RING TONE “ menu
and can't change the volume of the ring tone, alarm clock volume and SMS
tone.
.5.Security:
Phone lock.Lock & Unlock the phone from unauthorized use with password
Protection.
SIM Password.PIN lock (ON or OFF) and change the PIN code.

.6. Network:
Network Setting: Select the service Network, User could choose
“Auto select” or “Manual select”.
.7. Service Info.
Displays the network related functions like Signal strength, Cell
Idand Local Area Code (LAC).
.8.Version Info.
Displays the current version of software used in the phone.
PHONE BOOK:
Phonebook can save a lot of important numbers. When the phone is in
idle-state, please press 【MENU】or 【PHONEBOOK】key to inter into phone
book.
1 Browse
User can look through the contacts records in phone book by pressing the [▲]
or [▼] key. Press 【OK】key to select current phone number. Then you can
press【OK】to call this phone number.
.2 Create
User can store a new record to phone book, including phone number and
name. It can be saved in phone or SIM card.
3 SIM Phonebook
Check record in SIM card.
.4 Me Phonebook
Check record in FWP.

.5 Storage status
Can check saving state about FWP and SIM card.
Short Message
1 Inbox
Choose SMS in inbox and press 【OK】for reading. User can browse SMS by
press up or down button. SMS can be deleted, replay, forward, edit, call
sender and get numbers.
2 New / Create:
On selecting “New”, user can first edit message contents, then press【OK】and
select “send” to enter the phone number. It can choose only send, only save,
send and save, send group, insert name, insert numbers.
The max length is 160 characters for one piece SMS.
Note: Change input method
Press [#] key to switch between different text input method: “ABC” for
Uppercase letter input, “abc” for lowercase letter input and “123” for number
input.
3 Sentbox
On selecting 【SMS】, user can see the messages that have been saved. Saved
messages are arranged according to date, and the most recent message is
arranged at the top.
When viewing the content of the message, User can do operations: delete,
read, copy to phone, remove to phone, delete all, copy all, remove all and using
numbers.

4 Outbox
Check failed message.
5 DraftBox
Edit message in advance and save it in draft box.
6 Voice Mail
This function can set: listen to voice message can voice message no.
7 Setting
Setting includes Service Center, validity Period, Status Report, Replay
Path, Storage Medium, and Storage Status.
8 Delete all
Delete all messages, delete messages of inbox, delete messages of sentbox,
delete messages of Outbox, delete messages of drafts.
9.Abbr. dial
Set numbers for one-key dial.
10.Delete all Entries
It can delete all record of FWP or SIM card.
CALL HISTORY:
Call history will keep the record of missed calls, received calls and dialed calls
and dialed calls.

Press ▲or enter the MENU and then select “Call History” to enter call history
sub-menu.
Press “Select” to select “Outgoing calls”, “Answered calls”,“Missed calls”, “Calls
duration” sub-menus.
Press ▲▼ to scroll. Press “Option” to display selected option. In“Outgoing
calls”, “Answered calls”, “Missed calls” sub-menus, user could view record
details, call the recorded numbers, send SMS, save recorded numbers and
delete or delete all records.
CALL SETTINGS:
.1. Auto call:
This function helps the user to define the wait time for sending the dialed
number on to the network. Default time is 4 seconds. User can program the
duration from 1 second to 9 seconds. Or select “close” to disable the function.
.2. Auto Area Code Prefix:
Function helps to enter the local area code, Area code digit list,Exception list
and Replacement List.
2.1. Local Area Code:
Enables the customer to make the local calls with out dialing the local area
code. The local area code entered will be automatically pre-fixed to the dialed
number and dialed out to the network.
2.2. Area Code Digit List:
List of the digits for which local area code shall be applicable.
2.3. Exception List:
Option for entering the numbers with the local area code digits for which local
area code shall not be applicable. The numbers entered in the list will be
dialed out with out pre-fixing the local area code.

2.4. Replacement List:
Provision for entering the input source code and the replacement number for
the input source code. When the user dials the number with the input source
code, the number will be dialed out with the replacement number. This will
enable the user to dial the numbers similar to normal PSTN line.
Call barring:
Option for barring the incoming and outgoing calls. User can bar outgoing
calls like Local calls, STD Calls or ISD calls.
Restricted Number:
User can enter the numbers which he/she wanted to restrict from the phone.
Call Forward:
User can diver the incoming calls to a pre-defined number. User can divert the
calls under the following conditions. “Unconditional”,“Busy”, “No reply”,
“Unreachable”, “Cancel diverts”, “status”.
NOTE: The function needs the support from the network service.
To the following options, the user has to activate the services and
set the operator's service number.
Unconditional: allows incoming calls to be directed to another
number.
Busy: Allows the user to direct incoming calls to another number
when the phone set is busy.
No Reply: Enables the user to direct incoming calls to another
number when the calls are not answered.
Unreachable: Allows the user to direct incoming calls to another
number when the network is not in service or the terminal is powered
off.

Call Waiting.
When enabled, this function alerts the user of another incoming
call during a phone call.
NOTE: The function needs the support from the network service.
Sent My Number.
Display my number.
NOTE: The function needs the support from the network service.
Change Passwords.
user can modify the passwords that enters the call settings menu.
The default password is 1234
BASIC FUNCTIONS.
During Conversation.
Select “Option” user can do some operations like HOLD, MUTE,NEW CALL,
CONFERENCE, NEW SMS & PHONE BOOK.
Message Operation.
User could send / receive messages , and could also save the messages and do
messages settings.
Mute Operation.
To open or close mute function during calling.
Input Method.
You can use the keypad to enter English characters, symbols and numbers. While
entering characters or symbols press the number key corresponding to the number
over the desired character or symbol, and then the desired character or symbol
appears on the editing field, press the to select the desired characters or symbols to
the editing field.

While company will make every effort to carry out Repairs /
Replacement under this warranty as earlier as possible and it is
expressively made clear that the company shall not be liable to do so
within any specified time or period.
The decision of the company as to the nature of defect and applicability
of this
warranty shall be final.
Excludes rechargeable Batteries, LCD Displays, Connectors, Switch,
Painting,Cabinet covers.
The defective item must be delivered at the nearest Service Centre /
Dealer at the customers own cost
