Das Zubehörset ermöglicht eine temperaturabhängige Einschichtung des Rücklaufs der Frischwassersta-
tion FWS-2-80 in den Schichten-Pufferspeicher BSP-W-600B/800B. Besonders empfiehlt sich das Set bei
Anlagen mit Zirkulationsbetrieb. Es verbessert die Schichtung im Speicher. Der Rücklauf wird je nach ein-
gestellter Temperatur mittig oder unten im Speicher eingebunden. Das Set ist einfach in die Frischwass-
erstation FWS-2-80 zu integrieren.
Das Thermische 3-Wege-Umschaltventil DN25 kann im Temperaturbereich von 42 bis 52°C eingestellt
werden. (Empfolen wird die Einstellung von 42°C)
2.2 Rücklaufeinschichtungs-Set montieren

Bei der Montage der Rücklaufeinschichtungseinheiten Anzugsmomente bzw. Krafteinwirkun-
gen auf die bereits vormontierten Bestandteile und Verbindungsstellen des Moduls vermeiden.
► Vor dem Einbau des Rücklaufeinschichtungs-Sets Druck im Schichtenspeicher ablassen
und ein Teil des Wassers aus dem Schichtenspeicher entleeren.

Heißes Wasser
Verbrühungen an den Händen durch heißes Wasser
1. Vor Arbeiten an wassersitzenden Teilen den Wärmeerzeuger unter 40 °C abkühlen lassen.
2. Sicherheitshandschuhe benutzen.

1. Vorhandenen Rücklauf-Kugelhahn (2) (blau) und die Wellrohr-Verbindung (1) zum Schichtenspeicher
demontieren
2. Kugelhahn (3) an den unteren Rücklaufanschluss (RL2) am Schichtenspeicher montieren.

3. Verlängerungsadapter (4) an das Thermische 3-Wege-Umschaltventil (5) montieren (Montageposition
beachten) und dann an den Rücklaufanschluss der Frischwasserstation verbinden.
4. Eck-Kugelhahn (6) und den Wellrohr-Schlauch (7) zur Verbindung mit dem Rücklaufanschluss (RL1)
am Schichtenspeicher montieren.
5. Wellrohr-Schlauch (8) zur Verbindung mit dem Rücklaufanschluss (RL2) am Kugelhahn (3) montie-
ren.
6. Alle Komponenten festziehen (max. 70 Nm) und auf Kollision achten.

Keinesfalls über den Hausmüll entsorgen!
► Gemäß Abfall-Entsorgungsgesetz folgende Komponenten einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung und
Verwertung über entsprechende Annahmestellen zuführen:
– Altes Gerät
– Verschleißteile
– Defekte Bauteile
– Elektro- oder Elektronikschrott
Umweltgerecht heißt nach Materialgruppen getrennt um eine möglichst hohe Wiederverwendbarkeit der
Grundmaterialen bei möglichst geringer Umweltbelastung zu erreichen.
1. Verpackungen aus Karton, recycelbare Kunststoffe und Füllmaterialien aus Kunststoff umweltgerecht
über entsprechende Recycling-Systeme oder Wertstoffhöfe entsorgen.
2. Landesspezifische oder örtliche Vorschriften beachten.

The accessory set enables the temperature-dependent stratification of the return flow of the fresh water
station FWS-2-80 into the stratification buffer cylinder BSP-W-600B/800B. The set is recommended in
particular for systems with circulation mode. It improves the stratification in the cylinder. The return is run
into the middle or lower part of the cylinder depending on the set temperature. The set is easy to integrate
into the fresh water station FWS-2-80.
The thermal 3-way changeover valve DN25 has a temperature range of 42 to 52°C. (42°C is the recom-
mended setting)
2.2 Installing the return stratification set

When installing the return stratification set, avoid applying any torque or forces to pre-fitted
components and connection points of the module.
► Before installing the return stratification set, release the pressure in the stratification cylinder
and let part of the water drain out of the stratification cylinder.

Risk of scalding hands from hot water
1. Before working on parts which are in contact with water, allow the appliance to cool to below
40°C.
2. Use safety gloves.

1. Remove the return ball valve (2) (blue) and the corrugated pipe connection (1) to the stratification cyl-
inder
2. Install the ball valve (3) at the lower return connection (RL2) on the stratification cylinder.

3. Fit the extension adapter (4) to the thermal 3-way changeover valve (5) while taking note of the in-
stallation position and then connect it to the return connection of the freshwater module.
4. Install the corner ball valve (6) and the corrugated pipe hose (7) for connecting to the return connec-
tion (RL1) on the stratification cylinder.
5. Fit the corrugated pipe hose (8) for connecting to the return connection (RL2) to the ball valve (3).
6. Tighten all components (max. 70 Nm) and make sure that there is sufficient space between all com-
ponents.

Do not dispose of as household waste!
► In accordance with the Waste Disposal Act, the following components must be disposed of or re-
cycled in an environmentally compatible manner by means of appropriate collection points:
– Old appliance
– Wearing parts
– Defective components
– Electrical or electronic waste
Environmentally compatible means separated by material groups to ensure the greatest possible recyc-
lability of the basic materials with the minimum environmental impact.
1. Dispose of packaging made of cardboard, recyclable plastics and synthetic filler materials in an envir-
onmentally compatible manner through appropriate recycling systems or a recycling centre.
2. Please observe all applicable national and local regulations.
