●Wulian Wireless Cloud Camera (High-definition, 720P) Series
(hereinafter referred to as “this product”) are smart home products
produced by Nanjing IOT Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter
referred to as “Wulian”). This product shall be synchronized with
relevant APP terminal of smart home. And the supplied accessories
shall be used together. Wulian is not responsible for any loss due to
improper installation and usage of this product.
●For initial use, please read the Software User Manual carefully.
Please check the Wulian website periodically for manual and APP
update availability and the relevance.

●With the motion detection technology, you could check the real-time
status of your home property anytime and anywhere.

bandwidth makes for clear and smooth image of remote camera

Step One: Remove the base (attached with magnets).
Option A：Place it on any fixed flat surface.
Option B：Ceiling-mounted
Step Two: Mount an expand plug in predesigned position of the
ceiling and fix the base with a self-tapping screw.

Ⅴ.Software Download
A:Download Instructions
This product provides two kinds of software according to different
demands of customers
1.Special Software
This software is special software to match with the camera. By logging
in the software and connecting to the Wi-Fi network, users could realize
such functions as video monitoring, camera shooting, talkback, etc.
2.“Smart Home” Software
Users could easily and conveniently operate this product and other
ZigBee devices with one set of software.

Tips: For initial use, please read the Software User Manual
carefully. Check the Wulian website periodically for software update

Note: It is recommended this product is used together with other
Wulian ZigBee devices.

Ⅵ.Networking
Step One: Plug in the power line and start the camera
Connect the USB cable to USB interface of this product. After power
is on and the Indicator flashes blue, this product could connect with
the network.
Note: After power is on, if there is voice broadcast of “Camera is
online”, then this product is connected to the network.
Step Two: Configuration and Networking
A:Special Software
1. Log in the special software for this product and register an
account.
2. After logging in, click the top right corner to add and bind devices.
3. By scanning QR Code or inputting the serial number at the bottom
of this product to add and bind devices.
4. Connect “Configuration” to connect this product to Wi-Fi .
Note: Ensure the Wi-Fi signal around is good.
5. When this product is connected to Wi-Fi, devices binding is
completed and the software enters into operation interface.

Ⅶ.
●Before switching on the power, check whether the power cord of the
accessories is matched with the adapter to avoid damage to this
product due to poor contact.
●To keep the video cable, audio cable, USB cable and power cable
from intertwining in installation, place this product in spacious area.
●To ensure image quality, this product shall be installed or placed on
fixed flat surface.
●To avoid distortion and/or discoloring of image, this product shall be
operated and/or stored close to electromagnetic field.
●Do not aim the lens at sun, in case of probable damage to the internal
parts (for example, the image sensor).
●The lens shall not be in contact with such matters as oil, vapor,
steam, moisture and dust. Direct touch to the lens is also forbidden.
●Do not use erosive liquid and other chemical solvent to clean the
lens.
●Do not dissemble or refit this product and the accessories by
yourself.
●If any problems occurred, this product should not be dissembled by
non-professionals, but delivered to local service center. Besides, our
customer service are available.
●The software mentioned in this manual is only for reference and the
actual version shall prevail.

Ⅷ.Trouble Shooting
Both the Indicators and Setting
Lights are not working.
First, make sure the power supply is
good. Then check whether the matching
power adapter is used.
The video taken is not clear.
Video playback is unavailable.
1.Check whether this product is placed
on fixed flat surface and free from
electromagnetic field and strong light.
2.Switch the video to SD Mode or HD
Mode.
Check whether SD card is inserted. It
takes a while to watch video playback
after SD card is inserted.
The devices are unable to
connect with the network.
1.Check whether the network to be
connected is working.
2.Check whether the account and
password of the router has been
changed and ensure the account and
password entered is correct.
Devices are unable to be bound.
The QR Code is damaged and
unable to be scanned.
How to restore to factory
settings?
The camera emits heat after
being used for a period of time.
One piece of device could only be
bound with one account. If it has been
bound with another account, there will
be an alert when binding for the second
time.
You could input the serial number at
the bottom of this product manually or
generate the QR Code by yourself
using the serial number.
Press on Set Key for 10s and this
product will restore to factory settings.
Please rest assured that this product
will emit heat to a certain degree in
normal circumstance. The operating
temperature for this product is -10°C to
45°C.
