by
lining
up
the
XCELER8
Athletics
™
Velrco
®
tab
directly
over
the
knee,
about
one
inch
above.

Wrap
the
non
-
Velrco
®
part
of
the
strap
around
the
inner
thigh
and
then
affix
the
Velcro
®
strap
;
adjust
the
position,
so
the
strap
'
s
two
metal
rings
face
outward,
with
the
front
ring
facing
an
inch
outside
the
knee
cap.
The
straps
should
be
snug
to
keep
in
place
but
not
too
tight
to
cut
off
circulation.
For
thinner
legs,
the
length
of
the
straps
can
be
shortened
by
cutting
the
non
-
Velcro
®
end
vertically
with
scissors.

ANKLE
STRAPS
When
using
the
ankle
straps
to
boost
the
intensity
of
your
workouts,
place
the
open
strap
around
the
lower
leg,
slightly
above
the
ankle.
Velcro
®
into
place
;
the
ring
position
will
depend
on
the
exercise
and
drill
you
choose
to
perform.
The
strap
should
be
securely
fastened
but
a
tad
loose
to
allow
for
rotation
during
training
movements.

RESISTANCE
BANDS
Each
resistance
band
has
two
iron
metal
clips
on
each
end
that
easily
attach
to
the
rings
found
on
each
side
of
the
thigh
straps.
When
attaching
the
clip,
face
the
clip
'
s
lever
upward,
depress
it,
and
then
release
it
for
a
secure
anchor.
Depending
on
your
skill
level
and
strength,
exercises
/
drills
may
be
performed
with
two
10
lbs.
bands
up
to
120
lbs.
when
all
six
bands
are
attached.
Normally,
you
will
attach
bands
side
to
side,
in
the
front
and
back
of
the
thigh
straps.

6
NYLON
PROTECTED
BANDS
(

resistance

STARTED
Before
fully
performing
any
exercise,
drill
or
workout,
whether
through
our
training
videos
or
your
own
exercises
/
drills,
we
recommend
performing
each
exercise
/
drill
with
Yellow
Bands
attached
on
the
front
and
back
of
your
thigh
straps
;
performing
one
set
doing
three
to
four
repetitions
to
get
comfortable
with
the
resistance
and
movement
of
the
DYNAMX
™
TRAINER.
As
you
progress
or
if
you
feel
the
Yellow
Bands
do
not
provide
enough
of
a
challenge,
move
up
to
a
pair
of
blue
bands
or
black
bands
(
make
sure
you
have
the
same
amount
of
resistance
on
both
sides
of
the
thigh
straps
so
your
muscles
get
an
equal
workout
)
.
If
you
choose
to
add
resistance
to
your
ankles,
it
is
recommended
that
you
start
with
a
pair
of
yellow
bands
on
the
front
and
back
of
the
thigh
straps
and
add
a
blue
resistance
band
to
the
ankle
straps.

Avoid
exercises
that
involve
stretching
the
resistance
bands
in
a
way
that
the
tubing
may
snap
toward
the
head,
possibly
causing
injury
to
the
head
and
eyes.
If
participating
in
exercises
where
the
band
could
snap
back
toward
the
head,
wear
protective
eyewear.
Consult
your
physician
prior
to
using
this
exercise
product
or
any
other
exercise
equipment.
If
you
experience
any
sharp
pain,
shortness
of
breath,
dizziness,
or
light
-
headedness
when
using
this
exercise
product,
stop
immediately
and
contact
