Before using the product, read this manual carefully and retain it for future
reference.

1. Product feature:
●All G27, G25,MOMO,and GT racing wheel works on PS4™racing games.
●Supports G25,G27 Clutch function.
●Compatible with 2 types of gear shift, manual gear shift and automatic transmission
gear shift
●Support Force Feedback function
●Enables Rapid Fire on Wired Xbox 360™controller and PS 3™/PS4™wired
controllers (connect with charge cable) on MaxRace F-1 v.5 converter .
●More sensitive and accurate

Device Overview:
<1> USB port
Connects to PS 4™ console.
<2> Digital screen
The first digit number is the Shifter (Shift gear): 0 is N (neutral gear), 1~7 gear
and means R gear.
The second digit number is the force feedback setting: the force feedback
function features 5 different levels, 1 is the weakest force feedback level, and 5 is

the strongest force feedback level. Once the force feedback level is set, the
current setting will automatically be saved on the MaxRace F-1 v.5 and the
settings will remain the same for the next gameplay.
The last digit number is the Sensitivity level setting: Featuring 5 different
steering sensitivity levels, 1 is the lowest sensitivity, 5 is the highest sensitivity.
Once the sensitivity level is set, the current settings will automatically be saved
on the MaxRace F-1 v.5 and the settings will remain the same for the next
gameplay.
<3>“-”button indicator
<4>“+”button indicator
<5> Once connected to Logitech™ G25/G27/GT/MOMO racing wheel, this “Plus”
button is used to increase the shift level/force feedback/sensitivity a level
of the racing wheel depending on the setting.
* This button does not work on PlayStation 4™/PlayStation 3™ / Xbox 360™ wired
controllers.
<6> Once connected to Logitech™ G25/G27/GT/MOMO racing wheel, this
“Minus” button is used to decrease the shift level/force
feedback/sensitivity a level of the racing wheel depending on the setting.
* This button does not work on PlayStation 4™/PlayStation 3™ / Xbox 360™ wired
controllers.
<7> Mode Button (M)
This button is used to set the digital number, the default setting for the
shifter is (the first digit number), you are able to adjust the shifter
setting by clicking on the “+” or “–” button.
Pressing this button <M> once, proceeds into the force feedback mode ,
(the 2nd digit number), adjust the force feedback level by pressing the “+” or “-
”button.
Press <M> button again and the digit number moves into the 3rd number ,
this mode adjusts the Sensitivity level by pressing the “+” or “-” button.
Pressing the M button will return back to the 1st digit, (Shifter level settings),
each press will switch to the next digit and the mode changes in circulation.

How to connect:
Note: the Official WIRED PlayStation 4™Dualshock 4 controller must be required
to use on MaxRace F-1 v.5. The steps are shown below:
1. Plug the DualShock4 wired controller to the MaxRace F-1 v.5
2. Connect MaxRace F-1 v.5 to PlayStation 4™, and wait until the light bar on
the DualShock4 lights up in blue, the connection is successful.
3. Plug in the Xbox 360™/PS3™ wired controller or G25/G27/GT/MOMO
racing wheel.
How to use the Rapid fire function:
The Rapid fire function only operates on PlayStation 4™/PlayStation 3™/Xbox
360™wired controller on MaxRace F-1 V.5.
To set the rapid fire function on the X button of the PS4 wired controller, the setting
step is as below:
Press the P button <8>, when the digit tube shows T “ ”, press the

“X”button once on the PlayStation 4™wired controller, the T light turns off and the
setting is completed. Rapid function is enabled on the “X”button.
To remove the rapid fire function on the “X”button, simply repeat the steps above.
PlayStation 4™/PlayStation 3™/Xbox 360™controller -Default configuration:
Connecting to Logitech™G25/G27/GT/MOMO racing wheel:
(1) MaxRace F-1 v.5 is compatible with Logitech™G25/G27/GT/MOMO racing
wheel, the PS 4™console default setting are shown below:
Wheel turns right = Left Analog Stick turns right.
Wheel turns left = Left Analog Stick turns left.

Wheel turns right = Left Analog Stick turns right.
Wheel turns left = Left Analog Stick turns left.
Wheel turns right = Left Analog Stick turns right.
Wheel turns left = Left Analog Stick turns left.

To connect MaxRace F-1 v.5 to Logitech™MOMO racing wheel,
wait for the MOMO racing wheel to complete it’s self test (clockwise and
anti-clockwise for 120 degree, the wheel returns to the middle from the force
feedback), press the gas pedal (RT pedal) to activate the MOMO racing
wheel.
(2) Custom buttons setting on the Racing wheel.
The custom setting is based on your own needs to reset on different kinds of games.
A: Custom setting for the gear shifter
The default setting for the gear shifter is push up = , push down = , to
set the push up to , the steps are shown below:
First, press the program button P <8> , the digit tube shows , press the button
on the PS 4 controller, the digit tube on MacRace F-1 v.5 blinks, push the stick
upwards and push the shift lever back to neutral, the digit tube on MacRace F-1
v.5 turns off, the setting is completed.
B：Swapping the racing wheel button functions:
Logitech™G25/G27/GT/MOMO racing wheel button functions (Except Guide key）
can be swapped, the operating method is shown below:
To swap the button on the racing wheel to the PS 4 controller X button: Press the
"P" switch, the digit tube shows , then press the X button on the PS 4 controller,
the digit tube shows and blinks. Press the Racing wheel button, the digit
tube turns off. The setting procedure is completed and the button now
contains the X button function.
Pressing the button function on the racing wheel is the same as press the X button
on the PS 4 controller.
To restore the default function on the button, the step is shown below:
1.Press the "P" key ,the digit tube shows ,

2.Press the button on the PS 4 controller , the digit tube blinks,
3.Press the button again, the digit tube turns off, the button on the racing
wheel has its default function restored.
To set all buttons back to their original functions:
Press and hold the "P" switch for 3 seconds, the digit tube shows and blinks,
release the P button and all the buttons will return to their original functions.
(3) Regarding to different racing games and different kinds of shifter gear setting,
adjust the shifter gear digit number on MaxRace F-1 v.5 (shifter + or -) to match the
gear position of the game before playing or resuming the game.
(4) After connecting the MaxRace F-1 v.5 to the Logitech™G25/G27 racing wheel,
the default setting is set on manual control, use the gear shift (+ or -) to control the
shifter gear.(Push upward for a higher gear level, push downward for a lower gear
level), the steps are shown below:
Press and hold the M button on MaxRace F-1 v.5 for 3 seconds, wait until the digit
tube shows and blinks, now release the M button, the setting is completed. The
mode changes from manual control to + and –mode control.
Press and hold the M button on the device for 3 seconds, wait the digit tube
shows and blinks, release the M button, the setting is completed. The gear
shifter changes from + and –mode control to manual control.
