In order to ship XMotos vehicles as efficiently as possible, they are partially disassembled before crating.
Since some of the most commonly removed parts have a direct bearing on a vehicle’s reliability and safety,
conscientious assembly and preparation becomes extremely important. This assembly manual explains step
by step procedures of the following items for the XMotos XP125T.

2. Assembly
This assembly manual should be considered a permanent part of the motorcycle and should
remain if it is resold.

Clear a space about 10 ft. square to give yourself plenty of space to work.
Place the crate upright on its base.
Cut the straps and remove the cardboard cover.
Cut away the plastic ties securing the front wheel to the crate and remove the wheel.
Unfasten the top left and right brackets holding the motorcycle in position and remove it.
Unfasten the bolts securing the top half of the crate to the bottom half and remove it.
Remove the plastic cover.
Cut away the plastic tie securing the front fender to the rear wheel.

ØCut away the plastic ties securing the gear shift lever and remove the lever.
ØCut away the left and right plastic ties securing the foot rests.
ØCut away the plastic ties securing the front axle bolt.
ØCut away the plastic ties securing the handle bar assembly.

ASSEMBLY
HANDLEBAR
Remove the two bolts from the front number plate bracket.
Position the handlebars on top of the handlebar clamps and push the bolts through.
Before tightening the clamp bolts, position the bracket under the top triple clamp as illustrated
below and install the nuts and tighten the bolts.
Make sure the handlebars are positioned correctly and evenly before final tightening of the bolts.
See illustration below for tightening of the bolts. NOTE: Handlebar Torque - 17 ft. lbs

Remove the two crate nuts and crate bolt in picture A and discard them.
Cut the rear wheel steel tie to remove the motorcycle from the crate base.
Support the motorcycle with a suitable stand to install the front fender, front wheel and the rear
shock absorber.
Discard the crate base.
The front fender is fastened with 3 bolts.
Position the front fender between the fork legs and fasten it to the steering stem bracket with the
3 bolts provided.

ØRemove the rear shock absorber nut and bolt
ØPosition the shock absorber in to the mounting bracket and fasten the nut.

ØInstall the longer collar on the left side of the hub.
ØInstall the shorter collar on the right side of the hub.
ØLoosely fit the axle in to the left side of the fork leg.
ØRemove the plastic stopper from between the brake pads.
ØPosition the front wheel assembly between the fork legs.
ØTurn the left side fork leg to the side as in illustration. This will make the installation of the wheel easier.
ØInsert the front brake disc into the front brake pads.
ØInsert the front axle from the left side of the vehicle, turn the fork leg and install the axle nut.
ØTighten the axle nut.

Install the gear shift lever on the left side of the gear shift shaft and tighten the bolt.
Make sure to position the height of the lever with the bottom part of the foot rest so shifting will be easier.
Install the fuel tank vent hose located inside the tool kit that came with the motorcycle.
Make sure to pump the front brake lever several times to push the brake pads up against the brake
disc before your first ride. You are now ready to go. Good Luck and Happy Riding.

FRONT NUMBER PLATE
GEAR SHIFT LEVER
ØPosition the front number plate on to the metal bracket you previously removed.
ØMake sure the bottom bracket holes on the number plate are inserted on to the plastic pins of the front fender.
ØInstall the 2 bolts with the washers on to the bracket and tighten.
NOTE: Front Number Plate Bolt Torque - 14 ft. lbs.
NOTE: Gear Shift Bolt Torque - 9 ft. lbs.

WARRANTY
Thank you for purchasing the XP125T Dirt Bike. Your XP125T Dirt Bike is warranted against defects
in material and workmanship for the period of one year (1 Year) from the date of purchase. This warranty
is limited to the original purchaser of product. Product found to be defective during that period will
be repaired or replaced by 4J International Inc. at no charge. This warranty does not cover
any shipping damage. This warranty is void if it’s determined that unauthorized parties have
attempted repairs or alterations of any nature. 4J International Inc. disclaims any liability for
other incurred damages resulting from product defects. Any expenses in the removal and re-
installation of products are not covered by this warranty. 4J International’s total liability will not
exceed the purchase price of the product. A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) is required
before shipping product back to 4J International Inc.
