2. BEFORE ASSEMBLY
2.1 Select a safe space
You should train or dance in a safe and appropriate place. Please make sure there is
no any obstacle within your reach when you are spinning around the pole and
stretching your arms completely. You can place a chair as the pole to measure a circle
in DIA 3.0-3.5m as reference.
2.2 Select solid supporting points
The pole should be assembled between the ceiling and the floor. Please make sure
the supporting points are strong enough to hold the pressure. It is not recommended
to set up the pole to the hollow ceiling. You can knock the ceiling to tell if it’s hollow or
not by the sound or you can ask the professional for help.
Remark: You might use a ladder during this step. Make sure the ladder is held by adults when using.
Safety is the priority.

2.3 Check the parts
Open the carton and check every part according the part list on page 2. If you found
any parts missed, please contact customer service.
2.4 Dance pole height calculation
The base height of this dance pole is 2235-2375mm. If you need a higher pole, please
use the extension (125mm and 250mm extension are included) and the adjuster. You
can purchase more extensions of different lengths.
It is important to adjust the height of the pole to the optimization. So you may need the
extensions. The safe limit of adjustor is 140mm, you can’t calculate the height of
adjustor more than 140mm, that is why the height for the dance pole without any
extension is 2235-2375mm.
This table lists all the possible combinations of extensions. According to the table, you
can choose the right extension.

3. ASSEMBLY
Remark: Only 125mm and 250mm extensions are included.
3.1 Install the extension(s) to the base first (if needed). Extensions should always be
install at the bottom of the pole. Start with the shortest one.
3.2 Assemble the lower main pole to the extension or base. Tighten firmly by hand.

3.3 Put the adjuster cover on the pole B, then place the upper dome on the pole top.
Remark: The flange of the adjuster should be on the upper side.
3.4 Attach the assembled upper pole from step 3.3 to the assembled lower pole from
step 3.2.
Remark: You might use a ladder during this step. Make sure the ladder is held by
adults when using. Safety is the priority.

3.5 If you measure your room height correctly and use the right extensions, the
distance between the dome and the ceiling is less than140mm.
3.6 Unscrew the bolts on the adjuster cover and slide the cover down, then attach the
adjuster to the ceiling firmly. Make sure the upper dome is flat. Release the pole
then check to make sure:
A: The pole is totally vertical;
B: The pole is stable.

3.7 Tighten pole adjuster with spanner until it is really firm. Push or pull the pole to
check if there is any movement.
3.8 Slide the adjuster cover up, then tighten the screws and the assembly is finished.
4. SPINNING
Spin the pole
Unscrew the two hidden bolts at the tube
end with the tool A.
Lock the pole
Tighten two hidden bolts on the end tube
with the tool A.

5. MAINTANCE
The pole needs your daily cleaning. Please clean it with a damp towel then dry with a
clean towel. You should make sure the pole is clean and dry before dancing.
6. △ !WARNING
6.1 Keep children away from dance pole.
6.2 Never use body lotion or oil before dancing or training. It is extremely dangerous
as users would slip off from the pole and get injured. Keep your body dry when
dancing.
6.3 The ladder must be supported by adult when using.
6.4 Appropriate clothing should be worn when dancing. You should wear less when
dancing. It will be good for you to leave your arms and legs bare.
6.5 Inquiring with the professionals and doctors to make sure you are suitable for pole
dancing.
7. EXERCISE TIPS
* Beginners can learn how to dance from pole dancing class or from the teaching
lessons on the internet.
Warm up and cool down
Warm up before any exercise by doing 5 to 10 minutes of gentle stretching exercise.
Cool down after an exercise session with 5 to 10 minutes of gentle stretching
exercise.
