Overview
Young Living’s Dewdrop™ Diffuser functions as a humidifier, atomizer,
and aroma diffuser in one simple-to-use product. Inspired by the purity
and elegance of a drop of morning dew, the Dewdrop Diffuser’s design
reflects Young Living’s dedication to providing high-quality essential oils.
Its ultrasonic technology breaks any mixture of essential oils and water
into millions of microparticles, disperses them into the air, and releases the
constituents found in Young Living essential oils. Custom designed with up
to four hours of continuous run diffusion, automatic shut-off, and ambient
light control, Young Living’s Dewdrop Diffuser can transform any space into a
spa-like atmosphere.

Operating Instructions
1. Remove both outer and inner lids.
2. Add water until level reaches, but does not exceed, the red water fill line
marker.
3. Add 5-8 drops of essential oil.
4. Replace both lids back onto the unit; align the groove on the outer lid to
the notch on the base.
5. Plug the power adaptor into a power outlet.
6. Press the on/off button to switch on.
7. The unit should be producing mist and the LED light should be on.

Functionality
Safety and Care Instructions
Please read and follow these safety guidelines closely to ensure safe
operation of the diffuser.
• Unplug the diffuser immediately and discontinue use in the event of
smoke or a burning smell.
• Use room-temperature tap or spring water. Do not use distilled or
purified water.
• Never wrap the adaptor with cloth, paper, etc. Such actions may result in
damage to the diffuser or fire.
• Never touch the adaptor with wet hands; electric shock or injury may
occur.
• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the diffuser; this will void the
warranty.
• Never immerse the diffuser in water.
• Unplug the adaptor when refilling, cleaning, or moving the diffuser.
• Keep the diffuser out of reach of children.
• Do not remove or place objects in the water reservoir during operation.
• On/off button
• Press once to turn on the unit. The maximum
continuous run time is approximately four hours.
The unit will automatically shut off when the water
reservoir is empty.
• Press twice to turn off the LED light while the unit
remains on.
• Press a third time to turn off the unit.

• Do not place your fingers in the water during operation; this may result
in injury.
• Do not place acidic or alkaline chemicals in the reservoir.
• Use only the included power adaptor provided in the packaging or by
Young Living.
• Do not shake the diffuser.
• Any damage caused by the user does not qualify for replacement by
Young Living.
• Do not use metal objects to clean the ultrasonic plate; use only a cotton
swab or cloth dipped in rubbing alcohol or a neutral detergent.
• Never use the product for purposes other than those listed in this
manual.
• If the unit will not be used for an extended period or needs to be
relocated, unplug the power adaptor, empty the water reservoir, and
wipe the unit clean before storage.
• Clean the unit before switching to different essential oils.
• Use only 100-percent pure, natural essential oils. Artificial, synthetic, or
impure oils and fragrances can cause harm to the unit.
• The water reservoir level should not exceed the red water fill line marker.
• When unplugging the power adaptor, pull from the adaptor plug
instead of pulling the wire.
• Avoid placing the product under direct sunlight, close to a refrigerator
or fan, or in a hot environment.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the diffuser prior to cleaning. To ensure proper
performance, clean the ultrasonic plate and lid after each use. If essential oil
begins to build up on the ultrasonic plate, gently wipe it off using a cotton
swab dipped in rubbing alcohol. If essential oil begins to build up on the
lid, gently wipe it off using mild soap and water only. Never use a corrosive
detergent to clean the ultrasonic plate or damage will occur. Periodically
check under the diffuser to keep the fan intake free of debris. Debris can be
removed by blowing on the fan intake opening or wiping with a clean, dry
cloth. (Do not use aerosol sprays, solvents, or abrasives to clean the plastic
housing.) When not in use, clean the diffuser and store dry. Replacement
ultrasonic plates can be purchased from Young Living.
Troubleshooting
When switched on, the diffuser does not operate.
• Check that the adaptor is securely plugged into the wall socket and the
rear of the diffuser. Check that water is in the reservoir and it is not above
the red water fill line marker. If there is too much water, unplug the unit
and adjust the water to the red water fill line marker and restart.
There is no mist or a lower amount of mist than usual.
• Unplug the unit before performing the following procedures. Check the
water level. If the water is above the red water fill line marker, carefully
pour out the excess water from the opposite side of the base ventilation
hole. Refill the diffuser water reservoir to the fill line and restart. Check
for essential oil buildup on the ultrasonic plate. If oil buildup is present,

read the cleaning instructions. The ultrasonic plate must be free of
residual oil buildup for the diffuser to operate properly. Replacement
ultrasonic plates can be purchased from Young Living. Check that the fan
intake under the diffuser is free of any obstruction or debris that may
restrict air flow.
The lights do not work.
• Press the power switch “On” to verify that the lights are not functioning.
If the lights do not work, call Member Services for further instructions.
Water is leaking from the unit.
• Verify that the inner lid is in place. If the external air temperature is very
low or there is a high level of humidity in the air, the diffuser mist may
condense into water droplets.

Young Living Diffuser Warranty
Young Living Essential Oils (YLEO), Thanksgiving Point Business Park,
3125 Executive Parkway, Lehi, Utah 84043, subject to the exclusions
contained below, warrants its diffuser to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal consumer usage for a period of 12
calendar months from the date of original purchase.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Defects or damage resulting from use of the product in other than its
normal and customary manner;
2. Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect;
3. Defects or damage from use of natural oils other than those supplied or
sold by Young Living Essential Oils or an authorized distributor;
4. Defects or damage from use of materials other than essential oils;
5. Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance,
installation, adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any kind;
6. Breakage or damage caused by use of other than the specified voltage;
7. Products disassembled or repaired by anyone other than a Young Living
Essential Oils’ authorized agent so as to adversely affect performance
or prevent adequate inspection, verification, and testing to verify any
warranty claim. If there are any signs the diffuser had been opened, the
warranty will be void;
8. Products with labels removed or illegible serial numbers;
9. Marring such as scratches on any plastic surfaces and externally exposed
parts resulting from normal use;
10.Damage resulting from normal wear and tear; and/or
11.Damage resulting from the use of metal tools to clean the unit.

This limited warranty is the buyer’s exclusive remedy, applies to new
diffusers purchased from Young Living Essential Oils, and is non-
transferable. Please retain your original purchase receipt. In the event of a
warranty claim or return for repair, a copy of the purchase receipt should
accompany the diffuser when shipped to YLEO. To make a warranty claim
or to purchase spare parts, please contact the Young Living Member
Services Department at 1.800.371.3515 (6 a.m.–8 p.m., MT, M–F and 7
a.m.–5 p.m., MT, Saturday). If it is determined by Member Services that
the diffuser is to be shipped back to YLEO, the buyer will need to send
the product back in its original box (if available) with the power adaptor, a
copy of the original purchase receipt, and the YLEO Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA)# (displayed clearly on the receipt), which will be
provided by Member Services.

Instrucciones de Operación
1. Retire ambas tapas interior y exterior.
2. Añadir agua hasta que llegue al nivel, pero sin exceder el límite de la
línea de llenado de agua con el marcador color rojo.
3. Añadir 5 a 8 gotas de aceite esencial.
4. Reinstale las dos tapas nuevamente en la unidad; alinee la ranura de la
tapa exterior con la muesca en la base.
5. Conecte el adaptador de corriente a una toma de corriente.
6. Presione el botón de on/off (encendido / apagado) para encenderlo.
7. La unidad debería empezar a producir niebla y la luz LED debería de
estar encendida.

Funcionalidad
Instrucciones de Seguridad y para el Cuidado
Por favor leer y seguir de cerca las pautas de seguridad para
garantizar la operación segura del difusor.
• Desenchufe el difusor inmediatamente e interrumpa su uso en caso de
presentarse humo o un olor a quemado.
• Use agua de manantial o del grifo a temperatura ambiente. No use
agua destilada o purificada.
• Nunca envuelva el adaptador con tela, papel, etc Tales acciones pueden
provocar daños en el difusor o un incendio.
• Nunca toque el adaptador con las manos mojadas; pueden producirse
descargas eléctricas o lesiones.
• No desmonte ni intente reparar el difusor; eso anulará la garantía.
• Nunca sumerja el difusor en agua.
• Desenchufe el adaptador al rellenar, limpiar o mover el difusor.
• Mantenga el difusor fuera del alcance de los niños.
• No extraiga ni coloque objetos en el depósito de agua durante el
funcionamiento.
• Botón de on/off (encendido / apagado)
• Presione una vez para encender la unidad. El tiempo
máximo de funcionamiento continuo es de
aproximadamente cuatro horas. La unidad se apagará
automáticamente cuando el depósito de agua esté vacío.
• Presione dos veces para apagar la luz LED, mientras
la unidad permanece encendida.
• Presione una tercera vez para apagar la unidad.

• No coloque los dedos en el agua durante la operación; esto puede
provocar lesiones.
• No coloque sustancias químicas ácidas o alcalinas en el depósito.
• Utilice únicamente el adaptador de corriente incluido proporcionado en
el paquete o por Young Living.
• No agite el difusor.
• Cualquier daño causado por el usuario no califica para el reemplazo por
Young Living.
• No utilice objetos metálicos para limpiar la placa ultrasónica; utilizar
sólo un hisopo de algodón o un paño humedecido en alcohol o un
detergente neutro.
• Nunca utilice el producto para fines distintos a los mencionados en este manual.
• Si la unidad no se va a utilizar durante un período prolongado o necesita
ser reubicada, desenchufe el adaptador de corriente, vacíe el depósito
de agua, y limpie la unidad antes de guardarla.
• Limpie la unidad antes de cambiar a diferentes aceites esenciales.
• Utilice sólo aceites esenciales naturales 100 por ciento puros. Aceites
sintéticos o fragancias artificiales impuras pueden ocasionar daños a la
unidad.
• El nivel del depósito de agua no debe superar la línea de llenado de
agua marcada con rojo.
• Cuando desenchufe el adaptador de corriente, tire del enchufe del
adaptador en vez de tirar del cable.
• Evite colocar el producto bajo la luz solar directa, cerca de un
refrigerador o un ventilador, o en un ambiente caliente.

Limpieza y Mantenimiento
Para asegurar su funcionamiento adecuado, limpie la placa ultrasónica y la
tapa después de cada uso. Si el aceite esencial comienza a acumularse en
la placa ultrasónica, límpielo suavemente con un hisopo de algodón hume-
decido en alcohol. Si el aceite esencial comienza a acumularse en la tapa,
límpielo suavemente con un jabón suave y agua. Nunca utilice un detergente
corrosivo para limpiar la placa ultrasónica o ocurrirán daños. Revise perió-
dicamente debajo del difusor para mantener la entrada del ventilador libre
de residuos. Los residuos se pueden quitar soplando sobre la apertura de
entrada del ventilador o con un paño limpio y seco. (No utilice aerosoles, di-
solventes ni abrasivos para limpiar la carcasa de plástico.) Cuando no esté en
uso, limpie el difusor y guárdelo seco. Los repuestos para la placa ultrasónica
se pueden comprar de Young Living.
Solución de Problemas
Al estar encendido, el difusor no funciona.
• Compruebe que el adaptador está bien enchufado en el enchufe de
la pared y en la parte trasera del difusor. Verifique que haya agua en el
depósito y no está por encima de la línea de llenado de agua marcada
en rojo. Si hay demasiada agua, desenchufe la unidad y ajuste el agua
hasta la línea de llenado de agua marcada en rojo y reinicie.
No hay vapor o una menor cantidad de vapor que de costumbre.
• Desenchufe la unidad antes de realizar los siguientes procedimientos.
Compruebe el nivel de agua. Si el agua está por encima de la línea de
llenado de agua marcada en rojo, vierta cuidadosamente el exceso

Vuelva a llenar el depósito de agua del difusor hasta la línea de llenado
y reinicie. Compruebe la acumulación de aceite esencial en la placa
ultrasónica. Si hay acumulación de aceite presente, lea las instrucciones de
limpieza. La placa ultrasónica debe estar libre de acumulación de aceite
residual para que el difusor funcione correctamente. Los repuestos para
placas ultrasónicas se pueden comprar de Young Living. Compruebe
que la entrada del ventilador debajo del difusor está libre de cualquier
obstrucción o desechos que puedan restringir el flujo de aire.
Las luces no funcionan.
• Pulse el interruptor de encendido “On” (encendido) para verificar si las
luces no funcionan. Si las luces no funcionan, llame a Servicios para Socios
para obtener más instrucciones.
Hay fugas de agua en la unidad.
• Verifique que la tapa interior está en su lugar. Si la temperatura exterior
del aire es muy baja o hay un alto nivel de humedad en el aire, el vapor del
difusor puede condensarse en gotas de agua.

está libre de defectos en materiales y mano de obra bajo el uso normal
