OPERATION
1Select astation
ATuning in Click BAND keyforband selecting. Click UPorDOWNkeyfortuning step by
step (FM:50kHz/step, AM:9 kHz/step). Ifkeeping UPorDOWNpressed down for1 second, it will
search continuouslyuntil a station tuned in ordon’tin 30 seconds.
BCalling out Click BAND keyforband selecting. Click one keyofM1~+10 forcalling
outa station which stored in M1~M10. Press down M+10 keyfor1 second with CH1_ appears on the
VFDscreen, and then click one ofM1~M9 forcalling outthe station stored in M11~M19. Press down
M+10 keyfor2 secondsforcalling outthe station stored in M20.
2Saveastation
ASave with auto search Click BAND keyforband selecting. Click AUTOkeywith the
symbol AUTO”flashing on the VFDscreen, and then click UPorDOWNkeyforstarting to search
station fromthe lowestfrequencyto the highestfrequencyofthe band orin reverse order. The stations
received will be saved into the memoriesfromM1 to M20 until searching to the end ofthe band orall
memoriesfilled up. The station stored in M1 will be called outwhen AUTOSEARCH comesto the
end.
BSave manually Click MEMOkeywith the symbols MEN”and CH_ _”flashing on the
VFDscreen. Click one keyofM1~M+10 asthe waymentioned in section 1·Bformemoryselection
and then click MEMOkeyonce again to save the station received atpresentinto the memoryselected.
The screen will resume to receiving mode when done.
3Mono/Stereoswitching
Click MONO keyin circle forswitching between Stereo Mode and Mono Mode ofthe receiver.
Stereo Mode isforFMonly. The stereo function will be activated automaticallywith the symbol
STEREO”flashing in Stereo Mode while the FMstereo signalisstrong enough. Butthe S/Nof
Mono Mode isbetterthan thatofStereo Mode.
4Remote with compute link
Thissetcan be controlled bya programmanagerofZABKZ-PAseries(orDSPPA-MPseriesand
DSPPA-MAG series) via a link cord. Forthispurpose,fit a link cord fromthe Remote Link port ofthis
settothe link port ofthe programmanager.We can usethe managertomake programsortimingsfor
thisset.
