Installation
•The installation must be performed by a
qualifiedpersoninaccordancewiththerules
andregulationsinforce.Theindividualop-
erationsforinstallingtheappliancearede-
scribedundertheinstructionsfortheinstaller.
•Havetheapplianceinstalledandconnected
byaqualifiedpersonwithspecialistknowl-
edge, who will carry it out in accordance
withthedirectives.
•Ifanymodificationstothepowersupplyare
requiredbecauseoftheinstallation,these
should also be carried out by a qualified
electrician.
Operation
•Thisovenisdesignedforcookingfoodstuffs;
neveruseitforotherpurposes.
•When opening the oven door during or at
theendofcookingbecarefulofthestream
of hot air, which comes out of the oven.
•Beverycarefulwhenusingthecooker.The
extremeheatoftheheatingelementsmakes
theshelvesandotherpartsveryhot.
•Ifyoushouldforwhateverreasonusealu-
miniumfoiltocookfoodintheoven,never
allowittocomeintodirectcontactwiththe
flooroftheoven.
•Whencleaningtheoven,proceedwithcare:
neversprayanythingontothegreasefilter
(iffitted),theheatingelementsandthether-
mostatsensor.
•Ifisdangeroustomakemodificationsofany
kindtothisapplianceortoitsspecifications.
•Duringthebaking,roastingandgrillingpro-
cess,theovenwindowandtheotherparts
oftheappliancegethot,sochildrenshould
bekeptawayfromtheappliance.Takecare,
ifconnectingelectricalappliancestosock-
etsneartheoven,thatcablesdonotcome
intocontactwithhotringsorgetcaughtin
theovendoor.
•Alwaysuse oven gloves to take hot oven-
proofdishesorpotsoutoftheoven.
•Regularcleaningpreventsthesurfacema-
terialfromdeteriorating.
•Before cleaning the oven, either turn the
powerofforpullthemainsplugout.
•Make sure that the oven is in the “OFF”
position,whentheoven is nolongerbeing
used.
•Thisovenwasmadeasasingleappliance
orasacombinationappliancewithelectri-
cal hotplate, depending on the model, for
single-phaseconnectionto230V.
•Theappliancemust notbecleaned witha
superheatedsteam cleanerorasteamjet
cleaner.
•Donotuseabrasivecleanersorsharpmetal
scrapers.Thesecanscratchtheglassinthe
ovendoor,whichmayresultintheshattering
oftheglass.

NOTE
In the event of a power failure, the programmer
willkeepallthesettings(timeofday,programme
setting or programme in operation) for about 3
minutes. If power fails for a longer time, all the
settings will be cancelled. When the power is
restored,thenumbersinthedisplaywillflash,and
theclock/timerhastobereset.
All the oven functions are controlled by an
electronicprogrammer.
Youcanselectanycombinationofcookingfunction,
cookingtemperatureandautomatictiming.

To set the correct time of day:
a) press button and, while the symbol
isflashing,setthecorrecttimeofdaybypressing
buttons “ “ or “ “ (Fig. 1) .
Thetime arrow symbol will disappear about
5 seconds after the correct time is displayed.
b) if the symbol is not flashing anymore,
pressbutton twice.
Then,proceedasdescribedinpointa).
Beforefirstuse
Theovenshouldbeheatedwithoutfood.
Todothat,proceedasfollows:
— press button to switch on the oven.
— press button twice and select the
"Conventional Cooking" function
(Fig. 2).
— set the temperature to 250 °C using the
increasing push button “ “ .
— Allow the oven to run empty for
approximately45minutes.
— open a window for ventilation.
This procedure should be repeated with the
"Fan Cooking" and "Full Grill"
functionforapproximately5-10minutes.
Removeallpackaging,bothinsideand
outsidetheoven,beforeusingtheoven.
Whentheovenisfirstconnectedtotheelectrical
supply,thedisplaywillautomaticallyshow12:00
andthe symbol willflash.
Ensurethecorrecttimeofdayissetbeforeusing
the oven.

During this time, an unpleasant odour
may be emitted. This is absolutely
normal, and is caused by residues of
manufacturing.
Once this operation is carried out, let
the oven cool down, then clean the
oven cavity with a soft cloth soaked in
warmwater towhichalittlemildwashing-
upliquidhasbeenadded.
Before cooking for the first time,
carefully wash the shelves and the
baking tray.
To open the oven door, always hold
the handle in the centre (Fig. 5).

Theovenmustbeswitchedonbeforesettingany
cookingfunctionorprogramme.Whenbutton
is pressed, the oven symbol will appear in the
display,andtheovenlightwillswitchon(Fig.4).
Toswitchofftheoven,youcanpressbutton at
anytime.Anycookingfunctionorprogrammewill
stop,theovenlightwillswitchoffandthetimedisplay
willshowthetimeofdayonly.
Itispossibletoswitchofftheovenatanytime.
Howtoselect a Cooking Function
1)Switch on theoven by pressing the button.
2) Press button to select the required oven
function. Each time button is pressed, a
cookingsymbolwill appearin thedisplayandthe
correspondingcookingfunctionnumberwill appear
totheleftofthecurrentlyselectedcookingfunction
symbol (Fig. 5).
3) Ifthepre-settemperatureisnotsuitable,press
button “ “ or “ “ to adjust the temperature in 5
degreesteps.
-as soon asthe oven heats up, the thermometer
symbol rises slowly , indicating the degree to
which the oven is currently heated;

When the required temperature is reached, an
acousticalarmwillsoundfora short timeandthe
thermometersymbol willilluminatepermanently.
Howtosetthetemperatureandcooking
time
Pressbutton“ “and“ “toincreaseordecrease
the pre-set temperature while the “°” symbol is
flashing (Fig. 6). The maximum temperature is
250°C.

SafetyThermostat
To prevent dangerous overheating (through
incorrect use of the appliance or defective
components), the oven is fitted with a safety
thermostat,whichinterruptsthepowersupply.The
ovenswitchesbackonagainautomatically,when
thetemperaturedrops.
Shouldthesafetythermostattriggerduetoincorrect
useoftheappliance,itisenoughtoremedytheerror
aftertheovenhascooleddown;ifontheotherhand,
the thermostat triggers because of a defective
component,pleasecontactCustomerService.
The cooling fan
Thecoolingfanisdesignedtocoolthetheoven
and the control panel. The fan switches on
automaticallyafterafewminutesofcooking.Warm
air is blown out through the aperture near the
ovendoorhandle.Whentheovenisswitchedoff,
thefan mayrunonaftertheovenisswitchedoffto
keepthecontrolscool.Thisisquitenormal.
Theactionofthecoolingfanwilldepend
onhowlongtheovenhasbeenusedand
atwhattemperature.Itmaynotswitchinat
allatlowertemperaturesettingsnorrun
on where the oven has only been used
forashorttime.

provides direct heat to the base of

ensures air is circulated to cook the

comesfromthebottomoftheovenonly,
toallowyoutofinishyourdishes.Pre-

Top heating element - The heat
comesfromthetopoftheovenonly,to

defrostingdelicatefoodwhichcould
