COMPOSITION
The range consists of one 670 liter
refrigerated/freezer cabinet and is
characterized by a particularly compact size
that is ideal for installation in areas where
space is at a premium. The model has two
storage temperatures with dedicated cells
and is available with two half doors.
FUNCTIONAL AND
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
� Digital control panel with cabinet
temperature display and setting, manual
activation of defrost cycle (glass door models
also include internal light switch). Fully
compliant HACCP digital temperature
controls include visible alarms.
� Self closing and lockable door with the
possibility of opening up to 180°. Door can
be on-site reversible
� Door switch stops the fan when door is
opened to avoid cold air exiting the cell, thus
saving energy.
� Operating temperatures to suit both meat
and dairy storage requirements, which can
be adjusted from 0 +6 °C and -15 -22 °C
� Performance guaranteed at an ambient
temperature of 43° C.
� Constructed from the highest quality AISI
430 Stainless steel. Interior and exterior (feet
included) in stainless steel. Back panel in
galvanised steel. Interior base with corners,
pressed from a single sheet.
� Stainless steel runners and supports
easily disassembled (without any tool) for
more convenient cleaning.
� Mounted on adjustable Stainless steel
feet, with castors as an option. Prearranged
for plinth installation.
