Please Read Before USE
Do not use a high pressure
regulator. It may cause back-res,
internal res and explosions.
When using L.P Gas, the gas cylinder
must be xed with a reliable gas
regulator. We strongly recommend
Zenne regulators (ZR2017BT &
ZR2018BB - ONLY available in
Malaysia)
.
The high pressure relief hole on the
top of the gas regulators must not
be clogged. Otherwise, there would
be high pressure occurrence on the
gas cooker. This may result in big
ame or re may happen.

GAS COOKER INSTALLATION
Gas Hose Connection
Ensure that the gas hose
is not in contact with any
part of the gas cooker
while cooking.
Gas Type
Example:
KGS-201C-S L.P. Gas Case Side
Use only the type of gas
specied on the side label.
If the type of gas used is incorrect,
it can cause combustion, carbon
monoxide poisoning, re, and
other hazards.

Rubber
Hose
End of G-Pipe marked in red
Gas Hose Installation
DO NOT diversify the gas supply line. This may cause gas leaks,
which can results in an explosion or gas intoxication. ONLY use an
approved gas hose. Do not use a PVC hose as it has low heat
resistance. Minimise hose joining and avoid using “Y” or “T”
connector. The connection of the gas cooker MUST be performed
by a qualied person according to L.P. Gas standards.
Fit the certied ZENNE LPG hose ( BS3212 : MS2086 ) tightly over
the end of the gas supply line and secure it with a hose clip. If the
rubber hose is not secured tightly, it may cause a gas leak or even
an explosion.
Ensure that the gas hose is cut to the correct length (less than 2 m)
and not bent during installation.
( ONLY Applicable
in Malaysia )
Gas hose is too short. The stress and tension caused
by stretching may break the gas hose in the long term.
The hose connection at either the regulator or behind
the gas cooker can easily be loosened.
A sharp bend on the gas hose can
affect gas ow. The affected section
may crease, wrinkle or even puncture.
Hose entangled in loops. This may
slow down gas ow.
Bending, twisting or stretching may break the gas hose and cause a gas leak.
Gas Hose Replacement
Remove 50mm off hose end.

• It is recommended for the gas hose to be
replaced every three years.
When replacing gas hose, trim off 50mm
from the connecting end of the new hose
(as shown in the diagram).
This is to prevent any loose connections
that may cause gas leak.
• Sometimes, the end of the connecting
hose may have been overtightened or
torn. Thus, the part would have weakened
or lost its durability and elasticity in the
long term.
Perform a leak test on the
connections after changing
the hose to avoid any gas
leaks. (Please refer to Page 2

PLACEMENT OF PARTS
The CORRECT way of positioning a Small Burner Cap.
DISENGAGED
Gap created
due to tilting
of cap.
CORRECT TILTED
If the Small Burner Cap is placed in a tilted or disengaged
position during use, abnormal burning may occur.
* A cap is normally dened as a lid or cover. Therefore, the burner
cap functions as a cover for the burner body.
When placing the burner cap, ensure that it is positioned correctly
and not positioned at a tilted or disengaged position.
Gently press the burner cap downwards so that it comfortably
covers the burner body before use. When the burner cap is in
position, rotate it until it is sitting neatly on the burner body. If the
burner cap is not placed correctly, it will be difficult to rotate. The
rotational movement ensures that the burner cap is sitting neatly
on the burner body. In this position, the burner cap thoroughly
covers the entire burner body perfectly, leaving no gap for gas
leaks.
When the burner cap is positioned correctly, incidents that could
damage the burner such as re jetting profusely
from the burner body will not occur.

Reminder:
Failure to follow these rules will result in gas escaping from the
burner. In the long term, the intense heat will cause severe
damage to the gas cooker during combustion.
This ame failure device reacts to the
temperature of the ame, as it detects
the heat from the ames produced.
When the ames are extinguished due to blowing
wind or overow, the sensor picks up the change in
temperature and
the ame failure
device starts to
function. It cuts
off the gas supply
automatically within
a minute. Remember
to turn the knob back
to “OFF” position.
If you wish to continue
using the gas cooker, please
make sure that the slits of
the burner cap are not blocked
by any spillage. Then, re-ignite the
gas cooker.
WIND
OVERFLOW
REQUEST:
Clean up spillage on the ame failure device and burner cap before igniting the gas cooker
again. (Otherwise, it may cause ignition failure.)
CAUTION:
If the ame does not ignite after 15 seconds, switch off the burner and open a nearby
window or door. Wait at least one minute before trying to switch the burner back on.
WARNING:
Although the gas cooker is well equipped with ame failure device, it is highly recommended
that the user should not leave the unit unattended when in use.

Auxiliary Trivet (Usage & Caution)
USAGE:
The auxiliary trivet is used when the base of the pan
or wok size utilised during cooking is too small to be
supported by the main trivet. Hence, this optional
part is used to provide extra support.
Should the auxiliary iron trivet be used during cooking, please DO NOT turn the knob
to the maximum ame. The intense heat from the ame may soften and burn the trivet
until its surface turns red hot.
USE : DO NOT USE :
CAUTION :
• Burner Cap: LOW Flame
• Small Burner Cap: STANDARD Flame
Trivet
Wipe and clean the trivet
regularly to prevent corrosion.
If the tip of the sensor is covered up with food residue caused by burnt overow, porridge and
so on, please DO NOT use rough metal scour or scrapper to clean it as this may dent and spoil
the sensitivity of the sensor’s tip.
Turn the ignition knob back to ‘OFF’ position (Step 1), and DO NOT attempt to reignite the gas
