READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.
Place the smoker on an even,
stable and heat resistant surface.
ASSEMBLY-
To avoid losing any small components or hardware,
assemble the smoker on a hard level surface
that does not have
cracks or openings. Clear an area large enough to lay out
all
components and hardware. - When applicable, tighten all
hardware connections by hand first. Once this step is completed
go back and fully tighten all hardware. - Follow all steps in order to
properly assemble the sm oker . Remove all contents from the
carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before
attempting assembly. Once
the smoker is fully assembled, check to
make sure all the bolts are tightened secure. Tighten
again by using a
screwdriver.
BE CAREFUL WITH SHARP EDGES.
Every effort has been made in the manufacturing of the smoker
to remove sharp edges, however, you should handle all parts
with care to avoid possible injury. The best and safest way to light
the smoker is with fire starters. To avoid burns do not touch the
metal parts of the smoker until it has completely cooled down
(about 45 m in.),unless you are wearing protective gear (pot holders,
BBQ gloves ,BBQ mittens, etc.). Let the smoker burn for at least 30
minutes before using it for the first time. Recommended fuel is
charcoal or briquettes. Maximum amount of fuel: 1.5KG . Do not
place fuel directly onto the bottom of the smoker .Place fuel only on
the charcoal pan/grid. Arrange and light fuel per instructions on fuel
package. Do not cook before the fuel has a coating of ash. Always
wear protective BBQ gloves when adding fuel to retain desired heat
level. While wearin g BBQ protective gloves, carefully
spread coals
evenly across charcoal grid with a long handled tool.
WARNING! This

will become very hot, do not
move it
during operation.

Do NOT use any other flammable liquids to light!
WARNING!Keep children and pets away.
CAUTION! Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Don’t
operate the smoker
in enclosed spaces .
USE ONLY OUTDOORS.
DO NOT PLACE THE SMOKER ON A TABLE .
1.
Remove lid and upper body from the lower body.
2.
Carefully light the charcoal and allow to burn until covered with
alight
ash prior to closing door and continuing to Step 6. This may
take up to 30
minutes, if you use a BBQ Charcoal Starter this
may take less time.
3.
Place the empty water pan inside the body of the smoker
on the
lower support brackets. Position water pan so that rim is
resting securely on notched out step of all three support
brackets.
4.
Carefully, fill the water pan with warm water or marinade to 2.5 cm
below the rim. A full pan holds maximum 4 liters of water and will last
for approximately 3-4 hours. Do not over fill or allow water to over flow
from water pan .
5.
For flavoring wood: Use long cooking tongs to carefully place flavored
wood directly on top of hot charcoal or i nto the water pan .
6.
Place a cooking rack on the lower support brackets directly above the
water pan.
7.
Place food on the cooking rack in a single layer with space between
each
piece. This will al low smoke and moist heat to circulate evenly
around all pieces of food.
8.
Place the upper body on lower body, making sure the water pan
place.
9.
Place the other cooking rack on the upper support brackets. Make sure
the rim is resting securely on the notched -ou t step of all three
support
brackets. Place food on the cooking rack and cover
with the lid.
10.
Allow food to cook. After 3-4 hours of cooking, check water
level.
11.
Always use a meat thermometer to ensure food is fully cooked
before removing it from the smoker .
12.
After cooking, allow the smoker to cool completely down .
AFTER USE
1.
Allow the smoker and the fuel to cool down completely and
then clean the smoker thoroughly.
2.
Dispose of the ash and any remaining fuel in an
envir yldneirfyllatnemno
manner.
