1. Working Directions
Thank you for your urchase of 900C Vehicle GPS Tracker. In order to realize the full functions
of this roduct, lease read this manual carefully before starting to use the roduct.
1. This roduct can only be maintained and re aired by qualified rofessional service
ersonnel. If you detach this roduct for maintenance or re air, your warranty will be
invalidated.
2. When connecting the other devices, read carefully their instruction manuals, so as to carry
out correct installation; do not connect incom atible device.
3. Please use genuine original arts and qualified batteries and eri heral equi ments, so as
to avoid damage to this roduct.
4. As this roduct is a high-tech roduct, lease read carefully this manual before starting to
use the roduct, so as to avoid ina ro riate o eration.
5. Drivers should not o erate this roduct while driving a vehicle, thereby, affecting safe
driving.
6. This roduct can work ro erly only when GSM communication is in good condition.
7. Please reduce electromagnetic wave interference to the roduct; and use it ro erly.
8. GPS communication is liable to be affected by environmental shielding; may fail to carry
out ositioning during certain circumstances. It will resume the ositioning function as soon
as it leaves the shielding environment. This is normal. Please do not worry when
encountering such roblem.
9. Each signal sent out from the system will be confirmed for successful transmission in the
base station of the mobile o erator. However, if system sto age occurs or if the mobile
tele hone is reset to a switch off state by the customer, it cannot ensure successful
transmission.
10. For safety reason, do not tell the other eo le your 900C mobile number, without taking
recautions. Otherwise, your rivacy may be com romised along with other safety roblem.
2. Wiring Installation

2.2. Precaution before Installation
1 Check if all the arts are included.
2 Pre are a SIM card for GSM communication. Use some other mobile hone to confirm that
the PIN code has not been set and that it can dial out and receive tele hone calls and SMS

without roblem.
3 Before install the SIM card; make sure to cut off ower from the GPS Tracker unit. The
correct installation method is to ush the tray com letely into the GPS Tracker unit, until you
feel it is hooked by something.
4 Find a suitable lace inside the car for installing the unit.
5 Check if all the wiring has been connected correctly; then connect the GPS Tracker unit to
the ower source.
2.3. INSTALLATION
2.3.1 Step 1: Inst ll SIM C rd
1 Using a s eculate object to oke the small button of the SIM card seat, and then it will o -
u a small drawer.
2Put the SIM card in the drawer, and ut back the drawer, as direction shown in the icture.
3Make sure to turn off the ower before install the SIM card.
4 Make sure to deactivate the PIN code, so that the SIM card can o erate without PIN
rotection.
5 Before install the SIM card to the GPS Tracker, lease use a mobile hone to make sure the
SIM card can make & receive hone calls without roblem.
6Before install the SIM card to the GPS Tracker, lease use a mobile hone to em ty the
SMS storage of the SIM card.
2.3.2 Step 2: Connect GSM Antenn
1Connect the GSM Antenna to the unit.
2Fasten the connection by turning the screw in the bottom.
3Please do not swing round the antenna itself.
2.3.3 Step 3: Connect GPS Antenn
1GPS antenna is used to receive satellite signals in the sky. It should be ositioned at a
lace where it will have an unobstructed view of the sky. The ideal location is to of the
dashboard or close to the rear window of the car.
2GPS antenna can ick u signals through glass and lastic, but will not "see the sky"
through metal or other conductive surfaces. To avoid distractions of GPS signal, make sure

the antenna is not covered or shielded by any object containing metal, such as the metallic
windshield.
3If your car is with metallic windshield lease cut a hole on the windshield above the lace
where you ut the GPS antenna, so that the antenna can receive the GPS signals.
2.3.4 Step 4: Connect power ch rging
900C connects to the 6 in wires.

4.1. Position Report Function
4.1.1. Get position from vehicle - w y 1:
No matter where you are, when you want to know the osition of your vehicle
Step1 Send a SMS message or make a tele hone call to the 900C.
Step2 vehicle will re ort its location back to you by SMS, which including the osition
information

4.1.2. Get position from vehicle - w y 2:
A ly for one osition service by another way: you need re-storage the hone number in SIM
card:
Step1 Make a cell hone call to 900C
Step2 After listening the ring of 900C, it will hold off after two rings.
Step3 Then, after 10 second, the cell hone will receive the Position SMS. (Its means is
900C will send Position Data every 5 minute.)
4.2. Tracking Function
Tracking re ort function can be turned on or off according to the requirements of the user.
Tracking function will continually re ort vehicle osition until it get sto command .In this tracking
mode, 900C will send one osition message at a reset time interval.
Step1. Edit a message as following format, then send it to 900C
Command Remark
Send Format: A+Password+,+003,+XXX Note: XXX , if XXX=000 it is
STOP tracking
Unit: reset minute interval
Command code : 003

It means is 900C will send

Position Data every 3 minute.
Step2. 900C will send back one SMS-----Set Time OK.
This SMS means that 900C is in tracking mode now and reset time interval is 3 minutes.
Step3. 900C will send back osition SMS at reset time interval.
In this exam le, the SMS will send back at reset time interval: 3 minute
4.3. Stop tracking function.
This function is used to turn off tracking re ort function. Edit a message as following format, and
then send it to 900C:

5. GPRS Tracking by Computer
The default mode is GPRS when owering on the unit. The default setting is ours; you need to
send the following SMS to Set APN and IP, Port. (If you use our server, you only need to set APN).
