Y ou must request a demo account of the tracking system from our sales manager

Step 1: Create a new sub-user. I f you have an administrator account, you can offer a
sub-user for each your customer. Choose the menu “ Manage/Sub-user manage ”
Then c lick the “ Add ” , Edit the information of new account in the p op-up window .
After that, it will pop-up the window of “ Modify sub-user privilege ” , set the number of the
“ Limit car ” and hook the options which you want e ndow the new account.

Step 2: C reate a new vehicle . Choose the menu “ Manage/Vehicle Manage ”
Number-plate: you can name your vehicle with an understandable name ; also you can
use l icense plate number of your car.
Terminal ID: you can find the ID on the tag of the tracker.
Sim tel: you can fill in the number of the tracker or r andom n umber
O ther options you can fill with your own preferences . I f you like another icon, you can
change it.
Step 3: Distribute vehicle to new account. Choose the menu “ Manage/Distribute vehicle ” .
And hook the vehicles which you want distribute the new account.
NOTE: One vehicle can be distributed to many accounts. In other words many persons
can mange same vehicle.

After these 3 steps, the new account will be effective . T hen we can login the system with
this account .
Next we will i ntroduction function one by one;
1, Track replay: There are four modes of the f ilter ing data, By hour/ By day/ By month/
Custom time. H ook one vehicle and the click the “ Download ” button. Y ou can hook “ Show
track line ” i n order to see m ore intuitive
2, Send message: this function can v iew and send message to 900E which have connect
LCD s creen .
3, POI: you can and some POI on the map, if you want to add a POI, first you must open
the ctrl map with click the button ,then choose a POI icon to click a position on ctrl
map. A lso you fill a name of POI, after that you can add POI .
4, Fence manage: you can create the fence,
