Things to know
Do not move this desk without disassembling rst.
Moving this desk aer assembly may cause damage.
IMPORTANT:
Find the small RED RIBBON on the corner of the shipping
box. This ribbon is aached to the required assembly
hardware.
NOTE:
Some products include mulple shipping boxes only one
box will contain the RED RIBBON and hardware.
Place all parts on a clean and smooth surface such as a
rug or carpet to avoid the parts being
scratched or damaged.
Check and make sure that you have all parts
and hardware before beginning assembly.
Remove all wrapping materials, including staples &
packing straps before starng to assemble.
DO NOT over-ghten any screws.
Keep all hardware and parts out of reach of children.
Two people are required to complete the assembly.

Two people are needed for this step. Turn Right Pedestal (4) and Le Pedestal (5) upside down. Install the
Feet (D) x8 using Bolt (E) x16 and Washer (C) x16 on the boom of the Right and Le Pedestals (4, 5). When
nished, turn the Right and Le Pedestals (4, 5) right side up.

2Insert the Metal Legs (6) x2 into Le Pedestal (5) and Right Pedestal (4) separately.

3Use Bolts (F) x8 and Washers (C) x8 to aach Metal Legs (6) x2 to Pedestals (4, 5). Do not ghten Bolts (F) x8
completely. These must be kept loose unl later steps for the desk to be assembled correctly.

For beer screw alignment in the
Metal Legs, remove the drawers
from the Pedestal (4) by using the
toggle levers. Push the levers on
each side of the drawer down at the
same me and pull the drawer out
slowly.

Before aaching the Privacy Panel (2), ensure the desk is placed in the desired locaon. Once the Privacy Panel
(2) is aached to the Le Pedestal (5) and Right Pedestal (4), the desk cannot be moved without risking dam-
age to the Privacy Panel (2). Connect the Privacy Panel (2) to Le Pedestal (5) and Right Pedestal (4) using the
receivers.

Screw Cam Lock Pin (A) x3 to the underside of the desk. Remove the plasc lm from the Control Panel (8).
Aach the Control Panel (8) to the le side of the boom of the Desk Top (1) and secure it with Screw (M) x2.
If you would like to aach the control panel to the right side, please see addional instrucons below.

If aaching the control panel to the right side, unscrew the controller from the boom of the desk and ip the
controller around so the ports are now facing the other direcon.

Two people are required to li up the Desk Top (1) and connect it to Metal Legs (6) x2.
Secure the Desk Top (1) to the Metal Legs (6) x2 using Screw (N) x8. Make sure the Desk Top (1) is aached
completely before moving on to the next step. If aached improperly, desk will not funcon as intended.

8Return to Bolts (F) x8 from step 3. Tighten Bolts (F) x8. All screws and bolts installed so far should now be fully
ghtened.

Connect the wires as per the diagram below. Use the Zip Tie (H) to secure the connecng wires so they don’t
sag. Plug the Power Cord into a 110v wall outlet. It is recommended to plug the desk into a surge protector if
available. Raise the Desk Top (1) to the highest posion and prepare for next assembly step.

Note that the extension cable should always be used to connect to the furthest leg from the controller. If the
controller is orientated to the le (viewed from a seated/standing posion) then the extension cable would be
used to connect the le leg. If the controller is orientated on the right then the extension cable would be used to
connect the right leg.

MAKE SURE NO OBSTACLES ARE IN THE DESKS PATH.
MAKE SURE ALL CORDS ARE OF A LENGTH THAT WILL
ACCOMMODATE THE CHANGE IN HEIGHT.
Plug the Power Cord into a 110v outlet.
IMPORTANT!
You must RESET the desk prior to use.
Press and hold the DOWN buon on the Handset (8)
unl the desk reaches its lowest height. Release the
DOWN buon. Press and hold the DOWN buon
again for about 10 seconds unl the desk lowers a
lile bit more, slightly rises and stops. Release the
DOWN buon.
Your desk Control Panel is now set up for use.
To program up to four presets:
Use the up/down buons to nd a desired height,
then press “M” followed by a number 1-4.
For addional instrucons, please see the end of
assembly instrucons pamphlet.

11 Aach Hang Panel (3) by pushing panel onto Cam Lock Pins (A) x3 currently aached to the boom of Desk Top
(1). Insert Cam Locks (B) x3 into the Hang Panel’s exterior holes, then rotate to secure.

10 Tear o the thin lm on the back of the Cable Clip (L) and ghten up the cord of Control Panel (8) to secure it.

12 Secure the L Brackets (O) x3 to the boom of the Desk Top (1) and the Hang Panel (3) using Screws (P) x15. Use
the Zip Tie (H) to secure the connecng wires, so they don’t sag.

Covers (K) can be swapped
out if more space for cable
organizaon is needed.

Using Screw (M) x2, secure the top of the Cable Management Column (7) to the underside of the Desk Top (1)
and Wire Management Cover (K). The opening of the Cable Management Column (7) should line up with the
circle opening of the Wire Management Cover (K).

14 Install the File Clip (G) and Filing Bar (I) into the Pedestal drawer.

to x any scratches or marks that may
have occurred during the shipping or
assembly process.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT CONTROL PANEL
Notice: The control panel MUST be xed to under the desktop for functions to work. An error code
will display if the control panel is not attached rmly.
To Reset: Hold the down buon for 5 seconds. A sound will play. The control panel has now been reset.
An-Collision Detecon
• This feature is controlled by a sensor and an electric current in the control panel that will cause the liing
mechanism to change direcons when a foreign object or heavy force is detected. To protect users from
injury and the desk from damages, this desk will display an error code (E 8) that will require the control panel
to be reset.
Memory Presets
• This desk can store 4 preset height sengs. To set or change these sengs, adjust the desk to the desired
posion. Press the “M” buon and release. This will cause the control panel to change modes. Once the
display reads, S- you can now choose the number you wish to be associated with this height. The control
panel will return to the regular mode once the number is pushed.
Automac Tesng Funcon
• This feature allows for tesng when assembled and for any troubleshoong for the display screen on the
control panel. Presets 1 and 2 will need to be set before performing this funcon. At the same me, press
the up, down and M buon for 2 seconds. The display will show all the decimal points and then perform the
automac test paern. Once complete, you can exit this seng by pressing the up, down, and M buon at
the same me.
Seng the Minimum and Maximum Height Limits
• To set the minimum height limit, adjust to the desired posion and press and hold the M and down buon at
the same me. A sound will play, and the height limit is now set.
• To remove the minimum height limit, press and hold the M and down buon at the same me. A sound will
play, and the minimum height limit has been removed.
• To set the maximum height limit, adjust to the desired posion and press and hold the M and up buon at
the same me. A sound will play, and the height limit is now set.
• To remove the maximum height limit, press and hold the M and up buon at the same me. A sound will
play, and the minimum height limit has been removed.
Height Adjusng Lock/Unlock Feature
• This feature will prevent any buons on the control panel from acvang the li mechanism. To lock the
control panel, press the up and down buon at the same me for 5 seconds. The display will read LOC. The
control panel will not be funconal unl it is unlocked.
• To unlock the control panel, press and hold the up and down buons for 5 seconds. The display will return to
the regular screen.
