frame(pt.16). You will havetoslacken the
knurled section ofthe LShape Knob(pt.7)
and pull theknob backandthen select
the desired height. Releasethe knob and
retighten the knurled portion.

ADJUSTMENT
*Toadjusttheseatheight, slackenthespring knob on thevertical post
stemon themainframeand pullbacktheknob. Position thevertical
seatpostfor thedesiredheightsothatholes arealigned, thenrelease
theknob and retightenit.
*Tomovetheseatforward inthedirection ofthehandlebaror
backwardsawayfromit, loosentheadjusting knob and washerand
pull theknob back.Slidehorizontalseatpostintodesiredposition.
Align holes and thenretightentheadjusting knob.
*Toadjustthehandlebarheight, slackenthespring knob and secondary
knob and pull bothknobsback. Slidethehandlebarpostalongthe
housing on themainframetothedesiredheightand,withtheholes
alignedcorrectly, tightenthespring adjusting knob and thenthe
secondaryknob.
AsShown,adjustablegeartension
knob(63)foradjustdifferenttensioncontrol,
also havebrake controlfunction inthe
level-8direct pressdown.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
Usingyour SPINNINGBIKE provides you withseveralbenefits,it willimprove
yourphysicalfitness,tonemuscleand inconjunction withcaloriecontrolleddiethelp
you lose weight.
1.TheWarmUp Phase
Thisstagehelps gettheblood flowing aroundthebodyandthemuscles
working properly. Itwill also reducethe risk of crampandmuscleinjury. It isadvisable
todoafewstretching exercises asshownbelow.Each stretchshouldbe heldfor
approximately30 seconds,donot force orjerkyour musclesintoastretch- ifit hurts,
STOP.
2.TheExercise Phase
Thisisthestagewhereyou puttheeffortin.After regularuse , the musclesin
yourlegswillbecomeStronger.Worktoyourbutit isveryimportanttomaintaina
steadytempothroughout. Therateofworkshouldbe sufficienttoraiseyourheart
beat intothetarget zone shownon the graph below.

ThisstageistoletyourCardio-vascularSystemand muscles wind down.Thisisa
repeatofthe warm upexercise e.g.reduce yourtempo,continue forapproximately5
minutes.Thestretching exercises shouldnowbe repeated, againremembering notto
forceorjerkyour muscles intothestretch.
Asyou getfitteryou may need totrainlongerand harder.It isadvisabletotrainat
leastthree timesaweek,andifpossiblespaceyourworkoutsevenlythroughoutthe
week.
MUSCLE TONING
Totone musclewhileon your SPINNING BIKE you will need tohavethe
resistance setquitehigh.Thiswill putmorestrainon ourlegmusclesand maymean
you cannottrainforaslong asyou wouldlike.If you arealsotryingtoimproveyour
fitnessyou needtoalteryourtrainingprogram.You shouldtrainasnormalduringthe
warm upandcooldownphases,buttowards the endoftheexercisephase you
shouldincrease resistance,makingyourlegs workharden thannormal.You may
havetoreduce your speed tokeep yourheartrateinthetarget zone.
WEIGHTLOSS
Theimportantfactorhereisthe amountofeffort you putin.The harderand
longeryou workthe morecalories you will burn.Effectivelythisisthe sameas ifyou
weretraining toimproveyourfitness,the differenceisthegoal.
USE
Thetension controlknoballowsyou toaltertheresistanceofthepedals.Ahigh
resistancemakesitmoredifficult topedal,alowresistancemakesiteasier.Forthe
bestresultssetthe tension whilethe bikeisinuse.

OPERATIONPROCEDURE:
1. Installs1piece ofCR20323Vbattery,then the screenwill displayasfollowing “DrawingA”
and have “Bi”soundatthe same time.
Afterthat, it goesto thenextstep to the main menu as “Drawing B”.

2. Getaccess to the set-up mode ofTIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE.When you are in
each set-up mode, forexample in the time set-up mode, timevalue isblinking, you can press
“SET”button toadjustthe value and press “MODE”forconfirmation. The set-up of
DISTANCE,CALORIES, PULSEisthe same asTIME.

3. With anysignalbeen transmitted into the monitor,the value ofTIME,DISTANCE,
CALORIES start to countupasDrawing C.When thereisanyfunction hasbeen presetthe
target(TIMEorDISTANCEorCALORIES), the function will be counting down fromthe
presetto zero while the training starts. Once the targetisachieved to zero, the monitorstart to
beep for8 seconds,and thefunction will be counting up fromzero directlyif the training is
going. Press “MODE”button forconfirmation and skip to nextset-up.
4. In SCANmode shown as “Drawing C”.
TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE/(RPM/SPEED)will skip to displayin every6
seconds.The orderisasfollows.

Note:
1. Stop training for4 minutes, the computerwill enterto Sleep mode.
