I. ENT GENERAL INFORMATION: EQUIPM
- Abaco Bundle Handler (BH3T) is used for lifting and moving
bales such as a bale of stone slabs, a bale of stone glasses, etc.
- Bundle Handler is designed in a shape of C, which make it
possible to lift and move bales out of container.
- Two lifting arms can adjust bales to the longitudinal lifting points
so, it can lift bales of different sizes in a container easily.
- Using Bundle Handler is the best-choice for saving time,
increasing work productivity, and reducing labor with safety.
- Bundle Handler is sturdy being made of heavy duty steel pipes.
- There are two main components: Main Frame and Weigh Balance.
These components can be assembled and separated for easier packing
and transportation of if required.

I . :II SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. General Warnings, Cautions and Notes:
a. Before operations:
- Make sure that the Bundle Handler is in good operating conditions
by checking the following:
- Make sure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
- Confirm all the welded joints are free from any defects or damage,
such as separation, crack, and so forth.
- Adjust the distance between the lifting arms to be suitable with the
dimension of the stone bale to be lifted.
- Use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to protect
against injury.
- Make sure the available load of the crane to handle this Bundle
Handler to meet the total load of this device and the bale or the item
to be lifted.
b. During operations:
- Do not exceed the W.L.L. specified at page 1.
- No one is allowed to stand, pass or work underneath the load.
- Follow the steps and instructions in the operation manual.
- For your own safety, follow all the applicable laws and regulations
in your area.
- Any bale should be neatly packed securely and stable while
moving.
c. After operations:
- Clean the device thoroughly after each use.
- Store in a well-ventilated place, avoid places with high heat or
humidity.

2. Device Usage:
Step 1: Hang the lifting item on the hook (figure 1a).
Note:
- Adjust the span of the lifting arms which match the lifting item
(Refer appendix, page 8).
- Adjust two anchor points to provide the best balance for the item
to be lifted (figure 1 and 2).

Step 2: Move the lifting item between two Lifting arms and
hang the lifting item together by straps (figure 2).
Note: Pay attention to the balance of the lifting item.
Step 3: Lift and put the lifting item into the container.

Caution:
1) Make sure the lifted item is balanced horizontally, if not adjust
the anchor points.
2) After lifting the item for about 4 inches (10 cm) check all the
items specified in the previous column of General Caution of
Operations once again.
Warning: Check the Bundle Handler before and after operations
minutely for the following:
1) Inspect all the bolts and nuts are duly fastened.
2) Mechanical parts are all functional.
3) There are no distortion of the component construction.
4) All the welded joints are free from cracks, undercuts, cracks etc.

IV. APPENDIX:
Adjust the span of two lifting arms.
Rotate the crank handle clockwise or anticlockwise (figure 4.1) to
adjust the span to be suitable with the size of the item to be lifted
(figure 4.2).

V. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS:

- Thread shaft are
rusted or damaged.

VI. INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE:
- Operator is responsible to check the equipment regularly, not
limited to check the welded parts without any defects or cracks, etc.
to ensure the equipment is in good operating conditions.
- Periodically, operator is responsible to schedule equipment
maintenance, especially for check and tighten the nuts and bolts.
- Always keep the equipment clean and away from grease or any
foreign substance to prevent it from improper operation.
- Operator is recommended to always keep necessary spare parts on
hand for immediate maintenance or repair purposes before
operating.
- Operator is responsible to ensure all parts are genuine parts from
the manufacturer, and they are designed specifically for to be
installed to this equipment.
- Operator is responsible to ensure all repair installation are
performing appropriately and in safety manner.
- Store this equipment in a well-ventilated place (dry and cool),
avoid places with high heat and/or humidity.
- Keep maintenance records to ensure safety checks are carried out.

VII. WARRANTY POLICY:
At the time of delivery, it is necessary to inspect the Abaco
Bundle Handler (BH3T) to make sure that it has not been damaged
during shipment. The product at the time of dispatch is warranted to
be free of defects in material or workmanship.
Claims for errors, shortages, defects, or nonconformities
ascertainable upon inspection must be made in writing within eight
business days from the date of product delivery. Claims not made as
provided above and within the applicable time period will be barred
and no other claims will be considered.
We provide a warranty on the one (1) year Abaco Bundle Handler
(BH3T) from the date of purchase.
During warranty period, we will provide the replacement parts at
no charge (Please note: shipping and handling fees may apply).
Warranty coverage is void if:
- The operator failed to comply with the instructions in the
manual.
- The specifications are not followed.
- Damage is due to inadequate maintenance and inspections.
- Damage is due to improper storage and/or usage.
- Modification and repairs made to the equipment were performed
by the user/operator without the manufacture's knowledge and
agreement.
- Aftermarket or none genuine spare parts were used for repair
installation.
- Modification and repair installations were conducted by
uncertified individual.

You are kindly requested to read the following carefully.
PERIOD
The warranty starts from the date of purchase (date on
distributors invoice).
Warranty is valid for a period of twelve (12) months.
WARRANTY
This warranty is limited only to provide replacements of
the parts recognized by the Company as defective
(excluding worn-outs and consumables.)
The Company is not responsible for any misuse or abuse
of the product after purchase and/or caused by negligence
from the content of this manual.
In an event the equipment failed to operate and/or
required technical support, operator/user is responsible
for reaching out to our Customer Support Department.
One of our team member will inform you (operator/user)
of the appropriate procedures on how to file warranty
claim and advise you to your nearest approved service
center.
EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply for damages or failures caused
by:
Misuses, errors in transportation, incorrect handling or
failing to maintain the equipment appropriately.
Use of non-genuine parts/accessories, or of incorrect
specs.
