Step 4: Put the roller bearing into the handlebars mount, and put the screw then rotating it
tight with clockwise.
Step 5: Put the screw of bracket and push the other side of roller bearing to bracket hardly
then rotating it tight with clockwise. (the bracket installed please refer to step 1 & 2.)
Step 6: (1) Hook one of three partition (depends the thickness of handlebars)
(2) Fix the handlebars and put the ring then rotating the screw tight with clockwise.
