1) Warranty
Accu1® products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and
materials for a period of (5) years from date of purchase.
The following restrictions apply:
1) The warranty applies to products in normal use only. The product must be
serviced and maintained as described herein.
2) If the product fails it will be repaired or replaced at the option of Accu1Direct.
3) All shipment / delivery charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4) Warranty service claims are subject to factory inspection for product defect(s).
If during the warranty evaluation it is determined that the machine has been
used in any way other than the purpose for which it was designed, Accu1Direct
reserves the right to void the warranty.
5) All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. This warranty is
non-transferable.
6) Note that the warranty does not apply if it has been determined after
inspection by that the product or product part was damaged by accident, misuse,
has been tampered with or modified in any way.
7) Normal wear items are specifically excluded from warranty unless found to be
defective by Accu1Direct.
8) Engines and batteries are covered under the warranty of the manufacturers of
those products.
9) This warranty is exclusive to Accu1Direct products and shall be in lieu of any
other warranty, expressed or implied, which may be available to the purchaser.
10) All returned good must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization
number (RGA). Contact our factory to obtain the RGA number.

2) Safety
All operators must read and understand this manual.
1. Equipment is to be operated by qualified personnel only.
2. Follow the operating and safety procedures.
3. Only use qualified personnel when repairing or maintaining equipment.
4. This equipment must be used in the manner it was intended. Any other use
will void the warranty and possibly damage the equipment or cause bodily harm.
5. Do not leave the machine unattended while running.
6. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when operating this equipment.
7. Never operate the machine without proper ventilation.
8. Obey all safety labels.

3) Specifications
1. Purpose: The AccuVac 14 is intended to safely remove existing insulation.

4) Starting Procedures
Keep hands, clothing, etc away from the inlet and discharge of the
vacuum.
1. Place vacuum on a level surface. Position it so the filter bag will not be blown
by the wind and come in contact with the exhaust system.
2. Attach filter bag to the discharge of the vacuum using the strap clamp
provided.
3. Attach hose to the vacuum inlet using the clamp provided.
Do not overfill the gas tank.
4. Refer to the engine manual for correct starting procedures.
5. Start the engine.
6. The vacuum is ready for use.
Do not stand by or behind the filter bag.

5) Shutdown Procedures
1. Move the throttle to the slow position. Run vacuum for approximately (5)
minutes.
2. Turn the engine off.
3. Remove the bag.
4. Disconnect the hoses.
Do not remove the hoses or bag until the machine has come to a
complete stop.
6) Maintenance
1. Engine: Refer to the manufacturers service manual.
2. Battery: The battery cables should be checked daily for corrosion and
tightness.
3. Fan Housing & Impeller: With normal use, no maintenance is required.
If a problem, noise, or vibration should occur, stop the equipment and contact
Accu1Direct immediately.
The impeller assembly has been balanced at the factory. Noises or vibration
coming from the impeller means it has come out of balance. Do not replace the
impeller with any impeller than an Accu1Direct approved replacement.
7) Troubleshooting
Engine: Refer to the manufacturers manual
No Suction:
1. Stop engine.
2. Check hoses for a blockage or if they are loose.
3. Check inlet tube for blockage.
4. Check discharge tube for blockage.
5. Inspect impeller housing for blockage or damage.
5
