4. Insert Filler (103) between
Rear Panels (003) and slide
into Straight Bracket (102).
5. Insert Plastic Caps (012) into
Rear Panels (003) to join
them to Filler (103). Tap into
place with a mallet.

1. Locate slots on bottom of
Side (002) and Rear (003)
Panels and push down into
Corner Bracket (007).
2. Insert Plastic Cap (012) into
holes in top of Panels to join
them. Tap into place with a
mallet.
3. Locate slots on bottom of
Rear Panels (003) and push
down into Straight Bracket
(102).
6. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for
Side panel (002).

12. Insert Removable Front Door
(005) into Front Panel (004).
Locate studs on sides of
Removable Front Door then
push slightly in and down.
13. Insert Door Latches (010)
through holes in Top Door
(006).

Make sure holes in Joint
Channel (101) are at
F
9. Fit Joint Channel (101) into
slots in Front (004) and Rear
(003) Panels.
10. Screw Joining Stiffener (104)
to timber on Back Panel
(003) under Joint Channel
(101).
11. Push Door Handles (014)
into Removable Front Door
(005) until a ‘click’ is heard.
7. Connect Front Panels
(004) to Side Panels (002)
following steps 1, 2 and 3.
8. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for
inserting Filler (103) and
Plastic Caps (012) into Front
Panels (004).

14. Connect Lock Brackets
(013) to Front Panel (004)
by inserting them sideways
into holes. Twist into upright
position and screw into place.
15. Attach Top Door (006) to unit
with Hinge Pins (008). Tap
into place with a mallet.
16. Insert Door Stays (009) or Gas struts (011) into side panels and joint channel (for Gas struts please
follow separate instructions packed with the struts)
