1. Safety instructions
Warning!
Do not operate the grill in enclosed and/or habitable rooms,
e.g., buildings, tents, caravans, motorhomes and boats.
Use only outdoors!

2. Environmental and disposal measures
•Pay attention to cleanliness and safety when handling the grill and when disposing of
residues.
•The residual waste/ash generally only in designated containers made of metal or
metal. Dispose of non-combustible materials
3. Assembly
•Read the assembly instructions carefully and follow the assembly steps.
•Allow sufficient time for assembly.
•Create a working area of approx. 2 - 3 m².
•Use a soft base, such as a cardboard box or carpet, for assembly so that the surfaces
are not damaged during assembly.
•Remove the parts from the packaging and check the completeness of the individual
parts before assembly.
Danger!
•Packaging material is dangerous for children. Never allow children to play with packag-
ing material.
•Every effort has been made in the manufacturing plant to avoid sharp edges on this
barbecue. Handle the individual parts with care to avoid accidents or injuries during as-
sembly and commissioning.
•If necessary, work in pairs.
•Keep the tools you need (Phillips screwdriver and adjustable spanner) within reach.
•Do not tighten all screw connections until the unit has been completely assembled.
•If something is missing, contact our customer service department. (last page).
•We reserve the right to make minor technical changes to the unit, especially with re-
gard to the fastening parts.

4. Instruction for lighting the appliance
Before grilling:
•Wash the grill grate with warm rinsing water before using it for the first time.
•Always wear grill or kitchen gloves when grilling.
•Only use suitable long grill accessories (tongs, turner).
•The barbecue lighters (dry or liquid) must comply with DIN-EN 1860-3.
•Keep a sufficient distance from hot parts, as any contact can cause burns.
After grilling:
•Wait until the charcoal has burnt out and the barbecue has cooled down completely.
•Empty the cold ashes and clean the grill regularly before each use.
•Remove grill food deposits with a suitable grill brush from the trade.
•Always clean the grill with warm rinsing water.
5. Storage:
•Protect the unit from moisture and bad weather.
•If necessary, cover the unit with a suitable cover after it has cooled down completely.
The fuel tank has a capacity of about 1.7 kg.
Before first use, the grill must be heated and the fuel must glow for at least 30 minutes.
1.Stack the charcoal or briquettes in the fire bowl to form a pyramid. The grill can only
be used with charcoal/charcoal briquettes according to DIN EN 1860-2!
Pour over the pyramid lightly and evenly with DIN-EN 1860-3 ignition aid for charcoal.
2.Light the pyramid with a match after about 60 seconds.
3. Only grill food when the fuel is covered with a layer of ash.

6. Disposal
After the appliance has been discontinued, it must be disposed of in an environmentally
friendly manner.
Please follow the local regulations for disposal.
The device is mainly made of steel and different proportions of other materials.
•Metallic materials are generally considered to be fully recyclable. Separate the components
for recycling according to the following categories, for example:
➢Steel and iron, aluminium, non-ferrous metal
➢Plastics
•If necessary, contact a specialist disposal company for the packaging materials.
7. Warranty
We assume the warranty for the barbecue for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers workmanship defects and defective parts.
Costs for freight, assembly, replacement of worn parts and other are not part of the warranty.
The warranty expires and any responsibility passes to the executor:
•When the grill trolley is not used as intended.
•When the grill trolley is put into operation despite visible damage or incomplete assembly.
•When technical changes are made to the grill trolley.
•If accessories are used that are not expressly approved for this barbecue trolley (in case of
doubt, please contact customer service).
•If no original spare parts are used.
