CONTENUTO DEL KIT - KIT CONTENT
Prima della rimozione del cassone, segnare l’ingombro per la
successiva applicazione della fascea ferma tubi.
Before removing the pping body, mark the overall dimensions
for the subsequent applicaon of the pipes clamp.

Rimuovere le due vi del carter manubrio.
Remove the two screws from the handlebar cover.
Pracare un foro passante - Ø 8 mm.
Drill a through hole - Ø 8 mm.

Fissare il gruppo innes rapidi sul carter manubrio ulizzando la
vite 8x25 e la rondella in dotazione - applicare frenale forte.
Fix the quick coupling unit on the handlebar cover using the
8x25 screw and washer supplied - apply strong threadlocker.
Assicurarsi che il gruppo innes rapidi sia in posizione
orizzontale e che non possa ruotare.
Make sure that the quick coupling unit is in a horizontal posion
and that it cannot rotate.

Rimuovere la fascea dei tubi del cilindro idraulico.
Remove the clamp of the hydraulic cylinder pipes.
Rimuovere le quaro vi del coperchio scatola marce (due a
destra e due a sinistra).
Remove the four screws from the lever box cover (two on the
le side and two on the right side).

Rimuovere la vite sul retro della scatola marce, per liberare la
fascea stringitubi sul lato opposto.
Remove the screw on the rear of the lever box to release the
hydraulic cylinder pipes clamp on the opposite side.
Rimuovere i tubi dalla centralina oleodinamica
(ATTENZIONE:POTREBBE FUORIUSCIRE OLIO).
Remove the pipes from the hydraulic unit
(CAUTION: OIL COULD LEAK).

Rimuovere la vite di uuazione dalla centralina oleodinamica.
Remove the oat screw from the hydraulic unit.
Applicare il rubineo oante alla centralina oleodinamica.
Apply the oang faucet to the hydraulic unit.

Bloccare i tubi idraulici del kit innes rapidi, ulizzando la
fascea precedentemente rimossa.
Block the pipes of the quick couplings kit, using the clamp
previously removed.
Bloccare i tubi idraulici del kit innes rapidi alla scatola marce,
ulizzando la fascea precedentemente rimossa.
Block the pipes of the quick couplings kit to the lever box, using
the clamp previously removed.

Riavvitare le quaro vi del coperchio scatola marce (due a de-
stra e due a sinistra).
Screw again the four screws of the lever box cover (two on the
le side and two on the right side).
Se gli occhielli non sono orienta correamente (g.A), ruotarli
come mostrato in gura B.
If the eyelets are not correctly oriented (g.A), rotate them as
shown in gure B.

Fissare i tubi idraulici del kit innes rapidi al rubineo oante.
Fasten the hydraulic pipes of the quick couplings kit to the oa-
ng faucet.
Applicare gli innes rapidi maschi, precedente rimossi
dalla centralina oleodinamica, sui tubi idraulici del ribaltamento
cassone.
Apply the male quick couplings, previously removed from the
hydraulic unit ,on the hydraulic pipes of the pping body.

Allentare la fascea dei tubi del cilindro ribaltamento cassone.
Loosen the pipes clamp of the hydraulic pping body cylinder.

Aggiungere la fascea per ssare i tubi del kit pala da neve.
Add the clamp to secure the pipes of the snow shovel kit.
Assicurare i tubi idraulici del kit pala neve al telaio, ulizzando
le fascee in dotazione (i tubi non devono entrare in contao
con i cingoli).
Secure the hydraulic pipes of the snow shovel kit to the frame,
using the supplied clamps (the pipes must not get in touch with
the tracks).

Rimuovere la vite della fascea.
Remove the clamp screw.
Aggiungere la fascea in dotazione per ssare i tubi del kit pala
neve (ruotare secondo le esigenze).
Add the provided clamp to secure pipes of the snow shovel kit
(rotate as needed).

Opzione 1: forare e leare la piastra soo la linea
precedentemente tracciata. Avvitare la fascea in dotazione per
ssare i tubi del kit pala neve (ulizzare la vite in dotazione).
Opon 1: drill and thread the plate below the previously drawn
line. Screw the provided clamp to secure the pipes of the snow
shovel kit (use provided screw).
Opzione 2: far passare i tubi all’interno del supporto cassone.
Opon 2: route the pipes inside the pping body support.

Allentare alternatamente le vi di tensionamento del cingolo, e
rimuoverle completamente.
Alternately loosen the track tension screws, and remove them
completely.
Sostuire le rondelle più grandi, con quelle più piccole fornite in
dotazione con il kit pala neve.
Replace the larger washers with the smaller ones supplied with
the snow shovel kit.

Centrare la piastra inferiore aacco pala.
Center the shovel aachment boom plate.
Fissare la piastra inferiore aacco pala, serrando le vi da 12
mm. Avvitare le vi da 16 mm per regolare la tensione dei
cingoli.
Secure the shovel aachment lower plate, ghtening the 12
mm screws. Screw the 16 mm screws to adjust the track tension.

RISULTATO DELL’ASSEMBLAGGIO - ASSEMBLY RESULT
Rimuovere le 3 vi 8x25 sulla parte superiore del supporto
cassone.
Remove the 3 screws 8x25 on the upper part of the pping body
support.

Posizionare il supporto superiore della pala senza serrare le vi.
Place the upper shovel support without ghtening the screws.
Bloccare il supporto ulizzando i 3 perni in dotazione.
Lock the holder using the 3 pins supplied.

Serrare le vi della piastra di aacco superiore della pala.
Tighten the screws of the upper shovel aachment plate.
