May we, the manufacturer, take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our ATV to
serve you.
This Owner’s Manual is prepared for you the details as to operate and maintenance
necessarily to perform in safety. Therefore, we would like you to read the manual before
operate the vehicle.
It is our sincere wish that you enjoy operating the ATV and getting fun from it. Should
you have any problems, please feel free to contact our local dealer in your area.

SAFETY NOTES
_Don’t allow your child to ride without your supervision.
_Keep a safety distance between your vehicle and other vehicles.
_This vehicle is designed to be operated only on level, off road surfaces, free of obstacles.
_Both the parent and their children must fully understand everything in this manual before
riding.
_When operate this vehicle on public streets, do not make turns with high speed to avoid
tumble-over. This vehicle does not equipped with differential gears.
_Do not operate this vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This can impair
judgement and result in serious injury or even death.

CHECK PRIOR TO OPERATE
Inspect your vehicle every day before you run it. It only takes a few minutes to check and may
save your life.
_Check the tires condition and pressure.
_Check the nuts, bolts and other fasteners.
_Check the drive chain condition and slack.
_Check the engine stop switch for good function.
_Check the throttle for smooth opening and closing.
_Check the fuel level in fuel tank and oil level in oil tank.
_Check the brake operation to see is there any tie-up by brake cables.
_Check the easiness for turning to the left and right of steering handle.
_Check brake lever for effective braking. The free play should be between 1-2 cm
(about 1/2 inch). Try braking soon as you are driving off.
CHECK PRIOR TO OPERATE
(1) Check and / or Refill Oil
CAUTIONS_
_Be sure to have sufficient oil, and the cap is installed correctly.
_Total oil capacity_2.0 Liter
_Prescribed oil: 4-stroke engine oil only, synthetic type is recommended.
_Use grade SAE 90 for transmission gear oil.
_Long distance driving would damage or burn out the engine parts if oil is insufficient.

(2) Check and refill fuel
CAUTIONS_
CHECK PRIOR TO OPERATE
(1) Check tires pressure
*Check tire pressure if they are normal.
_Do not inflate the tire pressure as indicated on the tire.
_Stop the engine for refilling.
_Use unleaded gasoline with octane level 92 or higher.
_Turn the gasoline cap clockwise to tight up. Counter clockwise to loose it.
_Do not over fill the gasoline, it could cause fire when the engine is hot.
Tire size: front 21x7-10
Rear 21x10-8
Recommended tire
pressure: 10 psi (0.35 kgf/cm2)
Max. pressure : 15 psi (1.05 kgf/cm2)
Min. pressure : 3.5 psi (0.245kgf/cm2)

Check if there is any gravel in the tread grooves or any nail puncture. If so clean it.
_Check for any crack or heavy worn-out, then replace it with new ones, if worn-out exceeds the
limit.
_Detailed tire specification please check the marking on tires.
CHECK PRIOR TO OPERATE
(1) Check battery
_Open the seat.
_Remove positive and negative terminals
(negative first).
_Remove battery and check voltage.
_Normal voltage_12V and above
_Keep terminals clean constantly.
_Charge the battery base on the instruction.

(2) Check front and rear shock absorbers.
_Apply pressure on both front steering handle and seat to check the function of front and rear
absorbers.
(3) Check if exhaust is normal.

MAIN SWITCH
OFF
_To turn off the engine.
_The key can be extracted.
ON
_To start the engine.
_The key can not be taken out.
_To operate the head light.
_The key can not be taken out.

OPERATION
ELECTRIC STARTER
HEADLIGHT BEAM SWITCH
Low beam
_For normal condition.
High beam
_For farther lighting.
_Cranks the engine.
CAUTIONS_
_Don’t push down again the starter button as the engine is running.
_Don’t press the starter button more than 10 seconds when start up.

HORN BUTTOM
_Turn on main switch and press down the horn
buttom, the horn will sound.
OPERATION
SIGNAL LIGHT SWITCH
_Right signal light flashing indicates turning
to the right.
⊥ Left signal light flashing indicates turning to
the left.
CAUTIONS_
_Turn on signal light for turns.
_Turn off signal light after turning.

OPERATION
FRONT / REAR BRAKE
The foot brake pedal is located on the right side in
front of the foot rest. When step on the brake pedal, 4
wheels will stop at same time.
PARKING BRAKE LEVER
Pull the right brake lever will perform brake function
Push the locking will lock the brake.

OPERATION
BRAKE RELEASE PARKING
1. Pull the right lever firmly.
2. Press the lever downward to the fixed brake As
brake position is fixed, the wheels will stop.
3. Pull the brake lever tightly, the fixed lever will
bound off.
4. There will be no brake function after brake
lever is released
CLUTCH LEVER
*The left lever is to dis-engagl the clutch function.
*Push the bottom to operate reverse function. RELEASE
REVERSE FUNCTION
1. Push the bottom on left and pull lever.
2. push the rod left side of
engine to set into neutral.
CAUTIONS_
1. set the gear to neutral.
2. push the bottom on left lever and pull
the lever to dis-engage the clutch.
3. use right hand to pull the rod on left
side of engine.

OPERATION
ENGINE START-UP & CAUTIONS
_Check oil and fuel prior to start-up.
1. Turn “Main Switch” on.
2. Start engine
Use of electric starter, throttle lever should be at the “close” state and set the gear to neutral..
Then push the starter button..
CAUTIONS_
_In case the engine will not start after the starter running 3 ~ 4 seconds, push the throttle
lever slightly, then try again and engine should start.
*Use choke function on bottom of left switch if the temperature is low and difficult
to start.
_Release the starter button immediately after engine start-up.
_Do not press the button again as engine is running, or parts may be damaged.
_Start-up the engine at an open area since the exhaust gases from the engine is
poisonous carbon monoxide.
