Attach the Male Quick Release Clip to the
Retract Shoulder Bracket using M3x8mm
and M3x6mm Button Head Cap Screws,
6mm North-South and 8mm East-West,
and 3mm Aluminium low prole Nuts.

Attach the Twin Skid Foot Clip using M3x12mm
Socket Head Cap Screws and Outer Housing Spacer.

Begin by xing your M3 Outer Housing
Spacers to your Landing Gear Plates using
M3x8mm Socket Head Cap Screws and 1mm
Washers.
Note: only put the Outer Housing Spacers in
that are shown in the picture below.
Attach the Male Quick Release Clip to the
Retract Shoulder Bracket using M3x8mm
and 3mm Aluminium low prole Nuts
with M3 Nylon washers on the face of the
Shoulder Bracket. X4

Center the Landing Gear Skids and snap into
place. Push on End Caps.
Repeat steps 1-4 for your second set of Landing
Gear.

Green circles indicate where to attach your Retract Main Housing
to the Core of your Craft.

Note: SkyJib Coax uses
360mm Skids and Standard
Uses 450mm Skids

Attach the Retract Shoulder and male Clip to your
Landing Gear using M3x12mm Socket Head Cap
Screws, Outer Housing Spacers and 1mm Washers..

Attach the Female Quick
Release Clips to the inner
Shoulder Bracket using
M3x8mm Socket Head Cap
Screws and M3 Nyloc Nuts.

Attention:
Attach your
Clips this
way up.

Place the Retract Main Housing onto the Core
of your Craft, making sure the Servo is to the
rear.
Repeat step 10 for the second leg.
You can now clip your Landing Gear onto your main
housing as shown here.

Attach using M4x12mm Socket Head Cap Screws and
M4 Locking Washers. (Mounting Positions are the same
for SkyJib Craft)

Note: If you have
obstruction from
the servo when
mounting the Gear
Rail assembly,
then remove
the Retractable
Landing Gear and
remount it with the
servo to the front.

Move the “gear switch” of your transmitter
into the “gear down” position.
Tighten the M3 x 12mm SS servo horn bolt rmly.
Close the mechanics arms around the servo horn spline
with your ngers, making sure that they are in the fully
collapsed position…apply rm pressure with your ngers.

Undo the M3 x 12mm SS servo horn bolt until the
servo can rotate freely without operating the retract
mechanics – removing the legs allows access between
the bearing shafts with a long shank 2.5mm socket
driver..

Test the retracts full movement making sure the servo
motor does not “run” at the gear up or gear down
position.
