Put on your wristband
Put on the wristband,
adjust to fit when you
feel comfortable (as
shown in the figure).

Power on
Hold the screen to power on the
wristband if it is powered off.
Turn on the screen
You can wake up the screen by the
following ways:

Tap the screen in the clock interface to
switch between pages and view fitness
and sleep data.
Main Menu
Hold to wake up the screen, flick up or
down in the clock interface to switch
between pages, tap the screen to enter.

Messages Training
Function Schedule
Messages: Flick from left to right to view
the messages. To delete, switch to the
message and hold the screen.
Training: Set the exercise on your phone,
then find and choose the exercise on your
wristband, hold to start.
Function:
Tap the screen to switch between the
following functions.
Find phone No Disturb(off)
Information No Disturb(on)
Dial Power off
Restore to Factory Setting
Hold the screen to access to the above
functions, such as find the phone, switch
No Disturb on/off, View information, switch
from Dial styles, power off or restore the
wristband to factory setting.

Note: When the No Disturbing mode is on,
No Disturb icon will be displayed at the top
corner of clock interface.
If you choose YES to restore to factory
setting, the wristband will be unbinded
and the schedule, message, alarm clock
data will be totally erased.
Paring with Your Phone
Download APP
Scan the QR code by your
phone, or search "Zeroner
Health" on App store or
Google Play to download
and install the app.
Register and Log in
Open the "Zeroner Health" App and
register with your phone number and email
address to log in.
Pairing
Turn on Bluetooth of your phone, then
enter the APP to pair the wristband with
your phone. The Bluetooth icon will

stay on the left corner of the clock
interface if the two devices are connected
successfully.
When the phone is successfully paired
with the wristband, the time and sports
data will be synced, as well as Sleep
monitor, Messages, Call reminder, etc.
Remove the Strap to Charge
Detach the strap from the back of
wristband which says "OPEN".
Take out the main part and charge it by
a 5V/1A USB port.
Charge the wristband for 45 minutes.

Fitness/Sleep Monitor
By wearing the wristband on your wrist, it
can easily identify and record your
movement as well as sleep data by the
sensitive sensors within the wristband.
FAQs
Q: The time on the device displays
incorrectly after successfully connected
and synced with your phone.
A: Restart the wristband and try to sync
again.
Q: Why my wristband has no Call ID
Display?
A: Android: When opening the Zeroner
Health APP for the very first time, please
allow "Zeroner Health" to access to calls,
SMS, contacts and keep "Zeroner Health"
APP active in the backstage. If there are
security softwares in your phone, please
put "Zeroner Health APP in the white list.
iOS: Restart your phone and reconnect

with the wristband. After it is connected,
wait until the phone pops up "Bluetooth
pairing request" and then select "pair".
Q: The icon shows the Bluetooth was
connected, but the App cannot SYNC
data?
A: Exit the App, restart the Bluetooth and
try to connect again. If the above steps
don’t work, please power off your phone
and try again.
Precautions
Prolonged exposure may cause skin
irritation or allergic to some users. If you
find any skin redness, swelling, itching or
other allergic symptoms, please
discontinue to use or wear it over clothing.
Continue to use, even after the symptoms
subside, it may make the symptoms recur
even worse. If symptoms persist, please
consult your doctor.
