Installation Manual: Easy Grow A48 (48 Planter) structure system

Thank you for purchasing Easy Grow A48 hydroponic system. When properly assembled and maintained,
this system will provide years of reliable service. These instructions include helpful hints and important
information needed to safely assemble and properly maintain the system. Please read these instructions
before you begin.

UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS
1. Unpack the contents of the shipment and place where you can easily inventory the parts. Refer to the
Bill of Materials/Spec Sheets.
2. Verify that all parts listed on the Bill of Materials/Spec Sheets are present. If anything is missing or you
have questions, consult the Pictorial Parts Guide and all diagrams for clarification, or contact Customer
Service.

The following graphics and photos will help identify different parts of the EASY GROW hydroponic
system. (Some parts may not be shown)

Getting Started
Assembly Procedures
Step 1:
Assemble the Iron Frame Stand. Use the A shape Iron frame (1) and connect it with 43’ connectors (2).
See the red circles in below image to see how to connect it exactly. Connect both the connectors.
Step 2:
Take the 75mm pipe, which is one side connected with reducer and one side open and keep it on the
top of the stand as per the below image. Connect the other side with 40mm pipe connector (4) as
shown in another image.

Step 3:
Connect the other connectors also in the same way as shown below. Also fix the other side in same
manner.
Step 4:
Connect the water pipe T connector (5) with water pipe nozzle (6) on both of the top pipes as shown
below. Also connect the End caps (7) after fixing the water pipe.

Step 5:
Connect the Drainage pipe (8) and attached it to the reservoir bucket and motor. Fill bucket reservoir
with Water and Nutrients as per the Nutrients Guide given. See the below images.

Step 6:
Fill Net Pots with clay pebbles and plants and put it into the spaces/holes given in pipes. Make sure to
keep the roots outside the net pots so that plant root touches the water flows into the pipes.
