INTRODUCTION
Dear friends, thank you for choosing our products!
Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2 is a «smart» indicator
designed for continuous monitoring and temperature control,
both for children and adults. Smart temperature indicator AGU
STI2 will greatly facilitate the life of caring parents and will
make it easier and more comfortable to conduct a procedure
of monitoring the axillary temperature of a child. The tempera-
ture is monitored every 4 seconds. The monitoring results are
transmitted in real time via Bluetooth® wireless data trans-
mission to your smartphone. With the help of Smart tem-
perature indicator AGU STI2, you have the opportunity
to monitor the child’s temperature for 24 hours a day.
Using the mobile application, you receive notications of
changes in temperature, and you can also see the dynamics
of temperature changes.
Please read this user manual carefully before using
the device.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2 is not a medical de-
vice and designed for home use. Do not use the device for
other purposes. The device is designed for temperature
monitoring for both children and adults. The indicator is xed
on the child’s body with the help of special stickers. These
stickers are included in the kit and they can be purchased
separately.

*The human body naturally screens Bluetooth® signal. In case of disconnection
with the smartphone it is reccomended to check the correctness of indicator
xation (chapter 10 «Methods of wearing the device») and/or carry the smart-
phone closer to the indicator.
Also, the radius of signal reception depends on the Bluetooth® module, set in
a smartphone.

The features of Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2:
• compact, thin and light weight indicator (38x38x7 mm,
approximately 8 g (without battery);
• the monitoring is taken every 4 seconds;
• replaceable battery;
• the working radius is up to 10 meters.

SAFE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
• The device should be used only for its intended pur-
pose in accordance with this instruction manual.
• Any modication of the device is prohibited.
• Do not allow the child to play with the device. This de-
vice is not a toy and is not intended for games!
• Do not disassemble the device.
• Do not expose it to direct sunlight, high or low temper-
ature, moisture or dirt.
• Do not allow penetration of any solutions into the device.
• Replace the battery as needed. When the battery is
low, you will receive a notication in the application.
• The device is not waterproof and can not be used to
monitor the temperature of liquid.
WARNING
One-sided stickers and double-sided stickers for
Smart Temperature Indicator AGU STI2 are dispos-
able and cannot be reused.
Do not use stickers for temperature monitoring for
children with skin hypersensitivity and/or prone to
allergy.
The recommended time of the xative stickers use
on skin is 12 hours maximum. Use another sticker
no earlier than 6 hours aer removing the previous
one when xing it on the same skin area. In case of
long-term temperature monitoring for children (over
12 hours), it is recommended to interchange xation
of the indicator under the right and le underarm.
GUIDELINES FOR FIXATIVE STICKERS APPLICATION
Always x the sticker on clean, dry, intact skin with no tension.
Do not x the sticker with tension. It can injure skin. Make
sure there are no folds when xing the sticker.
REMOVING FIXATIVE STICKERS
Gently li the sticker edge when removing the one-sided
sticker, grasping it along the width and pull it back slowly,

removing it smoothly parallel to skin in hairline direction.
While pulling the sticker back, keep it closer to the skin
surface and hold the skin near the sticker strip being removed.
Li the smart indicator edge gently when removing the
double-sided sticker, grasping the smart indicator along the
width and pull it back slow and smooth. Hold the skin near
the sticker being removed.
WARNING
Keepthedeviceoutofthereachofchildren.Thedevice
contains small details, dangerous for a child.
WARNING
Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents or benzine
to
treat the Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2,
and never immerse the device
in liquid – all this can
lead to the failure of the device.
WARNING
Do not use boiling for sterilization! Never wash the
Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2 in a dish-
washer!
Remember that the Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2
should be kept in a room
where the temperature will be
monitored, not less than 2 hours; otherwise the monitoring
result may be incorrect.
PREPARATION FOR WORK
1. Open the battery cover using
the key provided.

2. Remove the protective layer from
the battery.
3. Reinsert the battery if
necessary.
4. Close the battery cover with
the key.
INSTALL THE APPLICATION
1. Install the application.
Option 1: go to PlayMarket or AppStore
and enter «AGU» into the search box,
then download the application.
Option 2: for direct download scan this
QR-code.
2. Download and run the application.
3. Register or log in through the social network.
4. Select the device you want to connect to.

5. Enter the required information about the child.
6. Turn on the device* and click the «Connect» button.
*The Bluetooth® LED indicator on the device panel will ash green every
4 seconds.
When the device is turned on, the Bluetooth® LED indicator
ashes every 4 seconds.
If the connection fails, press the ON/OFF button to turn o the
device. Aer a few seconds, turn on the device to try again.
If the connection with the device is lost due to a long distance,
bring the phone closer to the device and it will connect au-
tomatically.
METHODS OF WEARING THE DEVICE
WARNING
It is recommended to use Stickers AGU SSTI2.
WARNING
Before using the sticker, please make sure that the
contact surface of the skin is cleaned.
WARNING
With prolonged temperature monitoring, if there is
an allergic skin reaction, you should immediately
stop using stickers.

1. Remove one protective layer of the double-sided sticker
and attach the sticker to the sensor side of the Smart indicator.
2. Remove the second protective layer of the sticker.
3. Raise the hand and attach the Smart indicator AGU STI2
just below the armpit. Be sure to place the Smart indicator
as close to the axillary as possible and place it the same
way as on the picture is shown.
WARNING
Ideal temperature monitoring points are body
cavities close to major blood vessels: the mouth,
-
perature measured from other position can’t be

considered as core body temperature of human
being which might cause wrong judgement.

To use the one-sided sticker will further avoid movement of
the Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2.
1. Remove the protective layer of the one-sided sticker.
2. Use the sticker to x the Smart indicator which already
attached on the under-arm.
3. Make sure that the button hole in the one-sided sticker
matches the button on the device case.

START MONITORING
1. Turn on the device.
The device will continuously monitor the tempera-
ture and transfer the results to the application every
4 seconds.
2. Hold the arm tight for at least 20 min for temperature
stablization.
By pressing the arm tight with body, the device is full sur-
rendered by body which shortens stable time and accuracy.
If the arm is hold to the body naturally, the stabilization pe-
riod might be longer.
WARNING
The Smart temperature indicator AGU ST2 is not
designed for quick monitoring purpose, it is used
for long period continuous monitoring of tempera-
ture. Therefore, a certain stabilization period is

Once completing the usage, press the ON/OFF button on
the device case. At the same time, the LED indicator will
ash 2 times before the device is o. Also, If the obtained
temperature is less than 32°C for more than 10 minutes,
the device will automatically turn o (for example, in the
absence of contact with the skin).
DEVICE CLEANING
WARNING
Do not use chemically active detergents to clean
the device.
It is necessary to clean the device before and af-
ter each use.
1. Clean the device with a piece of dry cloth. If necessary, the
cloth can be slightly moistened.
2. Leave the device to dry in air at room temperature.
3. Store the device in a dry, clean and dust-free place accord-
ing to storage conditions.
4. If necessary, clean the device with a disinfectant. Do not let
the disinfectant solution to enter the device.

STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION
AND OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
The device should be transported at a temperature of –10°C
to +40 °C with a maximum relative humidity of 75 %.
The device can be operated at a temperature of +10 °C to +40 °C
with a maximum relative air humidity of not more than 65%.
The device should be stored at a temperature of +10 °C
to +30 °C with a maximum relative humidity of not more
than 65%.
Do not subject the device to sudden temperature uctuations.
WARNING

DISPOSAL
The symbol on the device and its packaging indicates
that this device is not included in the category of house
hold waste.
• Disposing of this device in a proper way you will help
to prevent possible adverse consequences for the en-

• For environmental protection purposes this device
should not be disposed of together with domestic
(household) waste. The disposal should be performed
in accordance with local regulations and laws.
• The device should be disposed of in accordance with
the EU Directive 2012/19/EU WEEE (Waste Electri-
cal and Electronic Equipment) for waste electrical and
electronic equipment.

CERTIFICATION
The product meets the basic requirements of:

• the main requirements of Customs Union Technical
Regulation 020/2011 «On Electromagnetic Compati-
bility of Technical Products», concerning electromag-
netic compatibility of technical products.
MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Warranty for Smart temperature indicator AGU STI2 makes
12 months from the date of purchase with strict coobser-
vance of the operating conditions in accordance with the in-
struction manual.
The warranty is valid subject to availability of a warranty card
lled out by a duly authorized representative conrming the
date of sale and also of the relevant receipt. The warranty
does not cover the consumable parts, components and con-
stituent elements, namely: battery, key for battery compart-
ment, stickers, gi box.
The warranty and free maintenance service are not pro-
vided in case:
• the device is used with violation of the requirements
set by the operation manual;
• damage is caused by consumer’s willful or wrong ac-
tions as a result of improper or negligent use;
• traces of mechanical eect (dents, cracks, chips, etc.),
tampering, dismantling, traces of repairs outside the
authorized technical service center, traces of ingress
of moisture into the case or eect of corrosives, or
of any other outside interference with the device de-
sign are observed on the device case, and also in oth-
er cases of violation by the consumer of the rules of
storage, cleaning, transportation and maintenance of
the device stipulated by the operation manual;

the use with devices) and other foreign matters inside
the device.
Precisely follow the instructions to ensure reliable and long-
term operation of the device.
If the device does not work properly, contact the service centre.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in the

WARNING
Do not try to repair the device yourself; it will lead
to loss of warranty. Changes made to this Smart
temperature indicator AGU STI2 without the man-
ufacturer’s permission will void the warranty.
