ADVERTENCIA - Este aparato ha sido diseñado para su uso en un entorno doméstico y
pequeñas oficinas solamente. Cualquier otro uso no es recomendado por el fabricante
y puede provocar incendios, descargas eléctricas u otros daños a personas o bienes.
Cuando se utilizan aparatos eléctricos, las precauciones básicas de seguridad siempre
se deben seguir:
1. No utilice la unidad con un cable o enchufe dañado, después de un mal funcionamiento
o se haya dañado de alguna manera. Regréselo un centro de servicio autorizado para su
revisión y reparación.
2. Esta unidad debe mantenerse siempre en una posición vertical para evitar cualquier daño.
El aparato debe colocarse sobre una superficie plana y nivelada durante la operación.
3. Compruebe la tensión de alimentación para asegurarse de que coincide con las unidades

sobrecalentarse y provocar un riesgo de incendio. Sólo use una extensión después de
asegurarse de que está en perfectas condiciones.
19. No utilice la unidad sin el filtro de aire.

Este aparato no está diseñado para ser utilizado por personas (incluidos niños) con capacidades

Timer
La unidad se apaga tras el temporizador seleccionado (2, 4 u 8 horas).
Swing
Seleccionar el movimiento del flujo de aire: Wide, Front ó Up según se desee.
Para fijar la posición presionar la tecla Swing hasta que se apague el LED.
Laundry Mode
Utilice el “Laundry mode” para secar la ropa. El aparato secará continuamente el
aire hasta que cambie a uno de los modos normales descrito a continuación: Hi,
Economy o Auto.
Normalmente se tarda 2-8 horas para secar la ropa. Es posible que desee poner
su deshumidificador en el temporizador cuando se utiliza el "Laundry mode" para
evitar el desperdicio de energía.
Evite el "Laundry mode" para el uso diario normal. Usted puede utilizarlo para el
secado extremo de habitaciones muy húmedas durante 2-3 días y luego cambiar
al modo Economy recomendado.
CÓMO USAR SU DESHUMIDIFICADOR

Laundry Mode: Quick
Se utiliza para secar rápidamente la ropa durante un período de tiempo más corto o
secar una sala muy húmeda rápidamente. Su deshumidificador funcionará en Turbo.
Durante la operación la alimentación se conmuta al modo de baja energía en tanto la
humedad del aire disminuya.
Utilice los "Laundry mode" con moderación y cambie al modo Economy para un mayor
ahorro de energía una vez que su ropa está seca o la humedad de la habitación se
reduce a 55%HR
Laundry Mode: Normal
Utilice este modo para aumentar la conmutación al modo de ahorro de baja energía
durante el funcionamiento.

Dry Mode
High – Seca el aire a aproximadamente 45%HR y detiene la deshumidificación en este
punto, pero se ejecuta en modo de sólo ventilador para muestrear el nivel de humedad
del aire. Si la humedad relativa aumenta, deshumidifica de nuevo.
Economy – Seca el aire a aproximadamente 55%HR y se ejecuta en modo de ventilador
para muestrear el nivel de humedad del aire. Se deshumidificará de nuevo cuando la
humedad relativa aumente.
Utilice este modo en un dia doméstico normal para mantener la humedad a un nivel
saludable del 55%HR. (Bacterias y moho no se reproducen en este nivel).
Auto – Al igual que en Economy excepto que una vez que se alcanza el nivel de
humedad relativa del 55%, el ventilador cambiará entre el modo normal y economy en
función de la humedad relativa y la temperatura para encontrar un equilibrio entre el
ahorro de energía del modo Economy y el secado rápido en el modo High.
Full
Se ilumina cuando el tanque de almacenamiento está lleno o insertado de manera incorrecta.
Check
Se ilumina cuando:
1. Filtro necesita limpieza.
2. El aparato necesita enfriarse. Apagar, dejar durante 30 minutos y volver a
encender. Esto es normal.
3. En condiciones de baja humedad o temperatura.
4. En condiciones de alta temperatura de más de 35 ° C
Cuando la luz de verificación se enciende, retire el enchufe principal de la toma de
corriente. Muévalo a otra habitación después de que se enfríe o cuando las condiciones
lo permitan, ponga el enchufe principal de nuevo en la toma y encienda la unidad.
Asegúrese de que el deshumidificador está situado a una distancia segura de cualquier

Para mejores resultados, coloque el
deshumidificador en algún lugar central,
como un lugar de estar o un pasillo.

Evite colocar el deshumidificador en zonas

un radiador o fuente de calor, como secadoras,
cocinas, etc para evitar que el deshumidificador
se sobrecaliente.
No utilice este deshumidificador en un ambiente
polvoriento o industrial donde las partículas pueden
entrar en el deshumidificador. Esto provocará un mal
funcionamiento e invalidar su garantía

PARA DRENAR EL AGUA (drenaje contínuo)
Usted puede utilizar una manguera con un diámetro interior de 12 mm
para drenaje continuo:
1. Utilice un destornillador para quitar la tapa en la parte posterior.
Coloque la manguera en el conector a través del orificio.
2. La manguera debe conducir a un drenaje adecuado en una
pendiente descendente sin curvas cerradas.
Nota:
1. Asegúrese de que el tanque de almacenamiento se ajuste bien en la posición
antes de insertar la manguera.
2. Antes de retirar el tanque, asegúrese de que la manguera está desconectada.

MANTENIMIENTO
Limpieza de la unidad
1. Apague la unidad, espere a que el ventilador se detenga y desconecte de la
toma de corriente.
2. Limpie la superficie con un paño suave y húmedo.
3. Seque bien con una toalla después de la limpieza.
4. Con el fin de evitar daños, no lave la máquina con agua, o permita que el agua
se escurra en la entrada o salida de aire.
Limpieza del filtro
Limpie el filtro cada 2 semanas para mantener el aire limpio y prolongar
la vida de su deshumidificador.
1. Apague el equipo y quite el filtro de la unidad.
2. Limpie el filtro solamente con una aspiradora, o lávelo y séquelo.
3. Vuelva a colocar el filtro en su posición.
4. Si el filtro está cubierto de polvo, el flujo de aire y el rendimiento de la unidad
se verán afectados. Revise el filtro periódicamente para asegurar que el polvo
es eliminado.
Antes de guardar
1. Apague la unidad, espere a que se pare y desenchufe de la toma de corriente.
2. Limpie y seque el tanque. Deje la unidad para drenar durante aproximadamente un día.
3. Limpie el filtro y la unidad. Cubra la unidad para evitar que se acumule el polvo.
Guardar en posición vertical en un lugar fresco y seco.
4. No exponga a la luz solar directa.

No haga funcionar la unidad sin el filtro de aire.
La acumulación de polvo en la unidad puede causar
un mal funcionamiento y sobrecalentamiento.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE OPERATING.
WARNING - This appliance is intended for use in a domestic environment and light office
use only. Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause fire,
electrical shocks or other injury to person or property.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
1. Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug, after it malfunctions or has been
dropped or damaged in any way. Return to an authorized service facility for examination
and repair.
2. This unit should always be kept in an upright position to avoid any damage. The appliance
must be placed on a level flat surface during operation.
3. Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the units rated specification before
operating.
4. Operate this unit in an ambient temperature between 1°C and 40°C.
5. Ensure that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked or covered.
6. Do not place the unit too close to curtains or other objects - min 40cm.
7. When using the "LAUNDRY MODE" to speed up the drying of wet clothes in the
room, please keep the clothing at a safe distance from the unit to prevent water from
dropping onto the unit.
8. Never place anything on top of the unit and do not cover with any kind of material while
in use.
9. This product is intended for domestic and light office use ONLY and not for commercial,
industrial or outdoor use.
10. To protect against electrical shocks, do not immerse unit, plug or cord in water, or spray
with liquids.
11. Never unplug the power cord without press the "ON/OFF" key to off first, as this could
damage the unit.
12. Always unplug the unit when not in use or moving location. To disconnect from the
power supply, grip the plug and pull from the power socket. Never pull by the cord.
13. Always empty the water tank before storing the unit away.
14. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children and pets.
15. Do not run power cord under carpeting, or cover with rugs or runners. Arrange the
cord away from areas where it may be tripped over.
16. Never operate or store the unit in direct sunlight.
17. To repair the unit, take it to a qualified service engineer. Repairs carried out by
unqualified people may cause damage to the unit or injury to persons or property and
void the warranty.
18. Where possible, avoid the use of an extension cable as they may overheat and cause
a risk of fire. Only use an extension cord after ensuring it is in perfect condition.
19. Do not use the unit without the air filter.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Timer
The unit switches off after the selected timer (2, 4 or 8 hours).
Swing
Select swing for Wide, Front or Up as desired. To hold the swing, press Swing
until LED is off.
Laundry Mode
Use the Laundry modes to dry your clothes. The appliance will continuously dry
the air until you switch to one of the normal modes described below, Hi,
Economy or Auto.
It typically takes 2 – 8 hours to dry your laundry. You may want to put your
dehumidifier on the timer when using the Laundry mode to avoid wasting energy.
Avoid using the Laundry modes for normal daily use. You may use for extreme
drying of very damp rooms over 2 – 3 days and then switch to the recommended
Economy mode.
HOW TO USE YOUR DEHUMIDIFIER

Laundry Mode: Quick
Use to quickly dry your clothes over a shorter period of time or dry a very damp
room quickly. Your dehumidifier will run on high Turbo. During the operation the
power will be toggled to low energy mode as air humidity gets lower.
Use the Laundry modes in moderation and switch to Economy mode for more
energy savings once your laundry is dry or the room humidity is reduced to 55%RH
Laundry Mode: Normal
Use this Saving-Laundry mode to increase the toggling to low energy saver
mode during operation.

Dry Mode
High – Dries the air to approximately 45%RH relative humidity and stops dehumidifying
at this point but runs on fan only mode to sample the air for its humidity level. If the
relative humidity rises, it dehumidifies again.
Use this to control a very damp room in the first couple of days and then
switch to economy to save energy. Whilst the dehumidifier is running on fan
mode only, turning on the ioniser effectively purifies the air with negative ions and
silver ion filtration.
Economy – Dries the air to approximately 55%RH and runs on economy
fan mode to sample the air for its humidity level. It will dehumidify again when
the relative humidity rises.
Use this mode on a daily normal household use to keep the humidity to a
healthy level of 55%RH. (Bacteria and mould will not breed at this level).
Auto – Same as Economy except that once the humidity level of 55%
relative humidity level is reached, the fan will toggle between the normal and
economy mode depending on the relative humidity and temperature to find
a balance between the energy saving of the Economy mode and quicker drying in
Full
Lights up when bucket is full or not properly inserted.
Check
Lights up when:
1. Filter needs cleaning.
2. Appliance needs to cool down. Switch off and leave for 30 minutes and turn
on again. This is normal.
3. In low humidity or temperature conditions.
4. In high temperature condition over 35°C
When the check light comes on, remove the main plug from the socket. Move
it to another room after it cools down or when conditions allowed, put the main plug
back to the socket and turn on the unit. Make sure the dehumidifier is placed in a safe
distance away from any obstacles. (See unit setup in the next page)

Avoid placing the dehumidifier in small confined
areasor in close proximity to a radiator or heat
source such as tumble driers, cookers etc. to
avoid the dehumidifierfrom overheating.
Do not use this dehumidifier in dusty or an
industrial environment where particles can get into
the dehumidifier. This will cause a malfunction
and void your warranty.

TO DRAIN WATER (Continuous Drainage)
You may use a hose with an inner diameter of 12mm for
continuous drainage:
1. Use a screwdriver to remove the knockout at the back. Attach
the hose to the connector through the hole.
2. The hose must lead to an appropriate drain at a downward
slope with no sharp bends.
Note:
1. Ensure the bucket is well fitted in position before inserting the hose.
2. Before removing the bucket, ensure that the hose is disconnected.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the unit
1. Turn off the unit, wait for the fan to stop and unplug from the power socket.
2. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth.
3. Dry thoroughly with a towel after cleaning.
4. In order to avoid damage, do not wash the machine with water, or let water
drip into the air inlet or outlet.
Cleaning the filter
4. If the filter is covered with dust, the airflow and the performance of the unit
will be affected. Check the filter periodically to ensure any dust is removed.
Clean your filter every 2 weeks to keep your air clean and prolong the
life of your dehumidifier.
1. Turn off the unit and remove the filter from the unit.
2. Clean the filter only a vacuum cleaner or wash and and dry it.
3. Replace the filter in position.
Before storing
1. Turn off the unit, wait for it to stop and unplug from the power socket.
2. Clean and dry the bucket. Leave the unit to drain for approximately one day.
3. Clean the filter and the unit. Cover the unit to prevent it from
gathering dust. Store upright in a cool dry place.
4. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
