II. Add camera
1. Register &login
App canberegisteredvia phonenumbersande-mailaddressesaswell asviaWeChat.
Note:phonenumbersregistration isonlylimitedin Chinacurrentlyand also dousetruee-mail
addressesbetter forfindingforgottenpasswordback in thefuture.
2. Process of addingnew devices

Deviceneedstobebacktoinitializedstatusbypressingthe reset”buttonfor5secondswhen
addingnew devices.
Twowaysforaddingdevice:oneisviaWi-Fi,theother isviawire.Wi-Fiaddingcanbedivided
intosmartlink and APconnection.

Selectsmartlink followtheinstructions inputdefaultpassword(seepic 3.3.2) after
camera connectingwithWi-Fi save.
Ifthisisyourfirsttimetoaddthiscamera, youare theownerofitafter adding.Youcanclick
onthe share buttonontherightuppercorner(seepic 3.3.4)and sharetoyourfriends.

1) If friendsnearby.
AskyourfriendstoopenAPP clickon scan”scantheQRcode jump to the
interfaceof addingsharingdevice(seepic 4.2.3) done.

2) If friendsnot nearby.
Youcansharethelinktofriendsbysocialnetworkingtools (onlyWeChatissupported),
detailsareasfollows:

Defensesettings (thisfunction needsdevicesupport) Setregularplanof deploying& revoking
alarm
Networksettings Shiftbetweenwired& Wi-Ficonnection orshifttoother Wi-Fi.
Alarmsettings receivealarmprompt、deletealarmpushingaccount、bound alarmpushing
e-mail、buzzer、motiondetection and sensitivity.

Record settings Setrecordmode---recordmanually, recordalarm,recordtimer.
Note:motion detection orsensorshould beswitchedonaswell asdefensesucceededwhen
usingalarmnotification and alarmrecording.
Addsensor (thisfunctionneedsdevicesupport) It’savailabletoadd ordinarysensor(door
magnetic, PIR),remoter, specialsensor(smokedetector, specialgasdetector).
Addingmethods:click”+”in add sensorinterface confirm trigger sensor addsuccessfully.
Usingcase:switch on receivealarmprompt”in alarmsettings after add sensorsuccessfully.And
atthesametimedeployingalarmshould bedone.Oncedoormagneticistriggeredafter
deployingalarmsuccessfully, devicewill send alarmnotificationsto phoneAPP.

①Q:Noticewrongpasswordwhencheckingrealtimevideos.
A:Devicevisitingpasswordprobablyhasbeenchangedbyotherpeoplebutyoucanenter
correctremotevisitingpasswordin thepopup. Ifyouforgot thepassword,youcanpress the
reset”buttonfora longtimeand restart.
②Q:Itshowsdeviceisofflinein devicelisting.
A:Pleasecheckwhethercameraisconnectedwithnetworkproperlyand networkindicator
lightisalwaysonornot.
Pleasecheckwhethertherouter’snetwork isfineornot.
③Q:Whatshall wedoif phoneAPP can’tgetany notifications?
A:Checkwhetheralarmitems &alarmnotificationsin alarmsettings areswitchedonand
makesureyouhave deployedalarmsuccessfully.Also whetherandroidbackgrounderhave been
prohibitedornot by SafeMgr.
④Q:Whatshall wedoif motiondetection givesmisinformation?
A:Updatedevicefirmware (above 14.0.07.76)andAPP (above 00.46.00.13)so thatyoucan
adjustmotion detection sensitivityin APP settings orreviseconfiguration filesmd_level=3(1~6,
thesmaller, themore sensitive)
⑤Q:Recordedvideos filescan’tbesearchedoutonplayback.
A:Pleasecheckwhether SD cardisdamagedornot.
Pleasecheck thesearchtimeof recordedfilesand systemtimeof camera.
⑥Q:Camera can’tconnectwithWi-Fi.
A:Confirmtheinputpasswordiscorrect.

Camera isnot supportedfor5GWi-Fi, pleaseconnectwith2.4GWi-Fi.
Someitems restrictedonWi-Fiaccess such asAPisolation,Wi-FiZoneand etc. should be
closed.

A:Firmwareisnot supportedforthisfunction.
