Safety instructions
Caution
The main body is IP65 waterproof, but please do not use a
pressure washer, etc. to clean the body of the recorder.
When using a pressure washer to clean the motorcycle, if
water enters the car recorder, it may cause a malfunction
and is not covered by the warranty.

Before use
(1) Charging the battery
Open the back cover and use the included cable to connect to the socket for charging.
Connect to an AC adapter (sold separately) or other external power source to charge.
※The indicator lights up when charging starts. It turns off when it is finished.
※If the computer current voltage is less than 5V/1A, charging may be slow.
※If the recorder is left for a long time, the battery may be depleted and the main unit
may not start (even if the power cord is connected). In this case, please charge the main
unit for 30 minutes or longer, i.e.,normal start-up.
Use a waterproof USB charging cable for continuous recording. Connect the host to the
USB slot of motorcycle/ bicycle or power bank to charge while recording.

(2) Format the memory card
For the normal use and recording of this unit, the card must be formatted regularly.
※The memory card is sold separately.
※ Note: Formatting the card will erase all data, please backup in advance.
● Connect the card to the computer via a card reader.
● Select the removable device, and select "Format" from the pop-up menu of the right
mouse button.
● Select FAT32 as the file system and format it. After completing the above settings, the
card will be formatted correctly.

※ Please use 8GB to 128GB and Class 10 or higher speed card. If you use an unqualified
card, you may not be able to boot and record normally.
※ When setting, it cannot exceed the range value. If the value you set exceeds the range
value, you may not be able to start the device, and it is not covered by the warranty!

WIFI connection
AKY-610 PRO with built-in Wi-Fi can be connected to a smartphone and use a dedicated
player application to perform various operations on the smartphone, such as checking,
playing, saving, downloading and deleting recorded videos and photos.
● Download the app [Car_dvr] App
Please download in the Google Play Store / Apple Store.
● Wi-Fi connection
(1) Turn on the motorcycle recorder power (Wi-Fi automatically starts after turning it on),
and select the Wi-Fi with the following name in the Wi-Fi list of the smartphone to connect.
WIFI name: WIFI_610Pro_EA12 Password: 1234567890
※The last 4 digits of the WiFi name of each product are random, and the WiFi name of
each package is different.
Note: WIFI will only be displayed when the driving recorder is turned on.
(2) Open the [Car_DVR] APP and enter the main interface. Touch the [Camera Browser]
button to enter the playback mode.

(3) Open the [Car_DVR] app and enter the main interface. Touch the [Local File] button
to check the files saved on your phone.

System settings
● After connecting to WiFi, set up the driving recorder through the smartphone app.
(1) Open the [Car-DVR] APP and enter the main interface.
(2) Touch the [Settings] button to switch to settings. Select "Camera Settings" to display
the setting items.

Loop recording time setting: 1 minute (★) / 3 minutes / 5 minutes

Exposure correction: 0 (★) (default value recommended)
Time and date synchronization: The date and time of the driving recorder are automatically
synchronized with the phone.
Reset: Reset the driving recorder. After reset with APP, the host will restart automatically
and WIFI will be turned off. if APP can't reset, please press the reset button of the host with
a toothpick, etc. to reset.
Format SD card: Delete all data in SD card.
※The items marked with (★) are the factory default values.

Installation Location
Notice:
When installing, make sure that the main body lens is not facing the ground.
To prevent the device from falling, please attach the anti-drop strap to the
back cover of the fuselage.

■ Install the mainframe bracket to the mainframe.
The mainframe bracket is divided into three parts: A, B, and C.
①Install the mainframe bracket in the middle of the mainframe.
(The red line part of picture ①)
※The lower end of the bracket should be aligned with the step
A in the middle of the body.
②The plane part of A of the main unit bracket and the plane part
of the upper part of the main unit should be completely matched.
③ The locking part of the main frame is fixed by engaging with nails.
④Press the small lock to firmly fix the bracket.

Different installation positions will be equipped with different mainframe brackets.
For handlebar installation
1. Install the handlebar mount on the handlebar and tighten
the screws to fix it.
Tighten it evenly so that the plane part of the bracket is
completely fit with the plane part of the top of the host.

※ To prevent the main unit from falling, please install an anti-fall stopper on the back
cover of the main unit.
※The accessory includes a steel fall arrest rope, fix one end to the bracket and the
other end to the bicycle or motorcycle.

● Long press for 3 seconds: turn on/off the power
※ Power on: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. After releasing
your finger, the red LED will light up, and the power will be turned on after the motor
vibrates 3 times.
※ Power off: Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds. After releasing
your finger, the motor vibrates once, the LED light is off, and the power is turned off.
● Short press: start/stop recording
During recording, short press the power button to stop and resume recording.
● Continuous short press twice: switch from continuous recording to emergency
recording.

About recording

Two recording modes description
(1) Sports camera mode
① Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, the host motor vibrates 3 times and
the red LED lights up. Turn on the host power.
② Short press the power button, the motor automatically vibrates 1 time, the red and
blue LED lights up at the same time. Start recording instantly.
③ Short press the power button 2 times continuously, the blue LED indicator flashes at
high speed and starts emergency recording.
After the emergency recording, the blue LED indicator switches from high speed flashing
to slow flashing, and automatically switches to continuous recording.
Short press the power button in emergency recording, the red light is on and recording
stops. Short press again, the motor will automatically return to continuous recording after
vibrating once.
Notice:
※Continuous recording files will not be overwritten automatically. Recording will be
stopped automatically when the capacity of the continuous recording folder reaches
the maximum. When the red and blue LEDs are on at the same time, it will enter
standby mode.
※Emergency recording files cannot be automatically looped.
(2) Driving recorder mode
① Long press the power button for about 3 seconds, the host motor vibrates 3 times, and
the red LED light is on.
When the host is powered on, the motor automatically vibrates once, the red LED indicator
goes out, and the blue LED indicator flashes slowly. Start recording anytime.
② Press the power button twice continuously, the blue LED indicator flashes at high speed.
Start emergency recording.
After the emergency recording is over, the blue LED indicator changes from high-speed
flashing to slow flashing, and continuous recording is automatically resumed.
Short press the power button during emergency recording, the red light turns on, and
recording stops.
Short press again, the motor vibrates once to return to continuous recording.
Notice:
※ Continuous recording files and emergency recording files can be automatically looped.

During recording, press the power button briefly to stop recording.
When recording is stopped, press the power button again briefly to resume recording.

About Emergency Recording
Besides continuous recording, emergency recording can also be started manually.
(1) Starting Emergency Recording
During continuous recording, press the power button twice in quick succession to start
emergency recording.
During emergency recording, the blue light flashes rapidly.
(2) Stop emergency recording
Automatic stop: After emergency recording is completed, continuous recording will be
resumed automatically.
Manual stop: During emergency recording, press the power button once to stop emergency
recording, and press it again to start continuous recording.
※ The video files of emergency recording are saved in the [Event] folder of Micro SD card,
and will be covered automatically from the old files when the [Event] folder reaches the
capacity limit.
(3) Save Emergency Recording
When you start emergency recording, it will start recording according to the set recording
time. The emergency recorded video is saved in the [Event] file.
Caution:
● If the emergency video folder reaches the capacity limit, it may not be able to
record. Please format the SD card regularly.
● It is recommended that the loop recording time be set to 3 minutes.
●The number of videos stored depends on the situation at the time of recording.
●We cannot guarantee that all emergency recorded video files will be saved.

About pictures
The driving recorder can take photos with a special app when it is connected to a phone
via Wi-Fi.
During the recording process, press the photo button to take a still photo.
Open the "Car-DVR" app and enter the main interface.
Touch the "Camera" button to switch recording mode.
Touch the "Photo" button to take a still photo.
※ Please refer to P7 "Wi-Fi Connection" in this manual.
The still pictures taken will be saved in the [Photo] folder of the memory card.

(1) Turn off the host power and take out the SD card.
Use a card reader to connect the SD card to the computer.
(2) Find the SD card device on the computer and double-click it.
(3) Three folders appear, "Event", "Normal" and "Photo". Click to play recorded videos
and captured photos.

(1) Please turn off the power of the host and take out the SD card.
Use a card reader to connect the SD card to the computer.
(2) The SD card is recognized as a removable device.
(3) Double-click the SD card.
(4) Three folders of "Event", "Normal" and "Photo" appear.
Click on the folder to play recorded videos and photos.
Note: When playing video files, it is recommended to use QQPlayer to open the
video files.

Factory settings
When the host becomes unstable or stops working, the factory settings can be restored.
(1) After turning on the machine, use a hook or other props to press the reset button.
The host will be forcibly power off.
(2) It may not be reset via the app.

Please press the power button while the red LED is on, and
check if the blue LED is flashing.
Make sure the SD card has enough memory remaining.
In sports camera mode, recording will stop when the card
reaches the capacity limit.
Make sure the SD card is inserted correctly.
The SD card may not be formatted, please format it.
Please use a genuine SD card of 8GB to 128GB (Class 10
or higher).
Some video playback software cannot be played.
Recommend Windows Media Player.
Make sure that the host and computer are properly connected.
Transfer the video file to the computer before playing the
video file.
Please update the video playback software to the latest
version. Please use playback software other than Windows
Media Player to confirm. (PotPlayer, KMPlayer, etc.)
Make sure that the usb 2.0 port is connected.
Replace the SD card reader.
Remove unused USB devices.
Make sure the host power is turned on.
Make sure the SD card is inserted correctly.
The video files on the SD card may be corrupted.
Try reformatting.
Try taping the microphone to the hole in the microphone.
Change the mounting position so that the radio microphone is not
facing the direction of travel.
Please reset the host.
Restart the host and replace the SD card.
Please reboot the host.
Make sure the WIFI connection is correct.
