1. Read Instructions All the safety and operating instructions should be read before this product is
operated.
2. Retain Instructions. The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
3. Heed Warnings. All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be adhered

5. Water and Moisture. The appliance should not be used near water - for example, near a bathtub,

6. Carts and Stands . The appliance should be used only with a cart or stand that is

An appliance and cart combination should be moved with care. Quick stops,
excessive force, and uneven surfaces may cause the appliance and cart
combination to overturn.
7. Wall or Ceiling Mounting. The product should be mounted to a wall or ceiling only as
recommended by the manufacturer.
8. Heat. The appliance should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers,
stoves, or other appliances (including amplifiers) that produce heat.
10. Grounding or Polarization This product may be equipped with a polarized alternation-current
line plug (a plug having one blade wider than the other). This plug will fit into the power outlet
only one way. This is a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try
reversing the plug. If the plug should still fail to fit, contact your electrician to replace your
obsolete outlet. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.
11. Power-Cord Protection. Power-supply cords should be routed so that they are not likely to be
walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them, paying particular attention to the
cord in correspondence of plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
appliance.
12. Cleaning - The appliance should be cleaned only as recommended by the manufacturer. Clean by
wiping with a cloth slightly damp with water.Avoid getting water inside the appliance.
13. ForAC line powered units - Before returning repaired unit to user, use an ohm-meter to measure
from both AC plug blades to all exposed metallic parts. The resistance should be more than
100,000 ohms.
14. Non-use Periods. The power cord of the appliance should be unplugged from the outlet when left
unused for a long period of time.
15. Object and Liquid Entry. Care should be taken so that objects do not fall and liquids are not spilled
into the enclosure through openings.
16. Damage Requiring Service. The appliance should be serviced by qualified service personnel

A: The power-supply cord or the plug has been damaged; or
B: Objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled into the appliance; or

20. Lightning For added protection for this product during a lightning storm, or when it is left
unattended and unused for long periods of time, unplug it from the wall outlet and disconnect the
antenna or cable system. This will prevent damage to the product due to lightning and power-line

22. Replacement Parts When replacement parts are required, be sure the service technician has used
replacement parts specified by the manufacturer or have the same characteristics as the original

. SEARCH MODE BUTTON – Press this button to toggle the
function of the JOG WHEEL between fast search mode (the
LED is lit) and normal mode. The fast search function is
automatically turned off when the JOG WHEELis not used for
morethan 15seconds.
PLAY MODE: normally the JOG WHEEL is used as pitch
bend tool to synchronize the beats of the playing track to
another track. When the fast search mode is turned on, you can
use the JOG WHEELto search very quickly forward /backward
insidethe currenttrack.
PAUSE MODE: normally the JOG WHEELis used to search
veryprecisely(1 frame precision)forthe exact cue point.When
the fast search mode is turned on, you can use the JOG WHEEL
to search very quickly forward/backward inside the current
track.
.CARDSELECT BUTTON–Select which card willbeactive
and the relational LED will be lit. The function can only be
selectedunder pausemode.
.SEAMLESS LOOP (See basic operation for more
information.)
A BUTTON –Allow you to set the cue point without stopping
the playback (CUE ON THE FLY). This button also sets the
beginning of a seamless loop. When the button contains a cue
pointit lightsup.
B/EXIT BUTTON – Used to set the endpoint when looping
music. The point where you press the button will be memorized
as an endpoint of the loop. The player starts to loop seamlessly
untilyou pressthis buttonagain toexit.
RELOOP BUTTON –When a loop is programmed but not
activeyou canalsorestart theloop. pressthe RELOOPbuttonto
enterthe loopagain.To exitthe looppresses theOUTbutton.
. LCD DISPLAY – This high quality LCD display indicates
all the functions, as they are occurring. The display ICONS will
beexplained inthe nextsection.
. TAP/BPM BUTTON – The unit has a full automatic BPM-
counter. In some rare cases the automatic beat counter doesn't
count as it should do (beat are out of the normal range or there' s
simply no beat to detect). In these cases you can help the beat
counter by manually tapping this button to the rhythm of the
beat.See basicoperation formore information.
. PITCH SLIDER – This slider is used to adjust the playback
pitch percentage when the PITCH function is activated. The
slider is a set adjustment and will remain set until the pitch
slider is moved or the PITCH function has been turned off. The
maximum pitch range of the slider is +/-16%. This adjustment
can be made with or without a SD card in the slot. The pitch
adjustmentwill remaineven ifa SDcard hasbeen removed,and
will reflect on any other SD card loaded into the unit. That is to
say, if you set a +2% pitch on one SD card, remove that card and
insert another, that card will also have a +2% pitch. The amount
of pitch being applied will be displayed in the LCD. Use this
slider to match the BPM’s of this unit to that of another music
source. By changing the pitch of one SD with respect to the
otherin thisway,thebeatscanbematched.
. SD CARD SLOT – Gently insert a SD card into the slot.
Pressthe SDcard whilein Pause/Cuemode toeject theSD card.
. TIME BUTTON – The TIME button switches between
elapsed playing time and remain time in a track. The default
modeis remaintime.
. FOLDER BUTTON – Use to switch between FOLDER and
TRACK search modes. When the LED of FOLDER button is
lit, the player is in the FOLDER search mode, otherwise it is in
TRACKsearch mode.
*File name is the first display when select a track and Folder
nameis thefirst displaywhen selecta folder.
. TRACK KNOB – Use this knob to select track or folder,
dependingon thesetwo differentmodesas below.
In TRACK mode, use to select a track. Turning track knob
will navigate between tracks. Holding down and turning track
knob will rapidly forward / back skip through the tracks by 10
tracksper click.
In FOLDER mode, turning track knob will forward / back
skip between folders. You can also switch between displaying
Folder Name/FILE NAME/TITLE/ARTIST/GENRE/
BITRATE for easy searching by each pressing the TRACK
button. Release the TRACK button when you see the
information you want to keep on the display. You can find more
informationin basic operationparagraph.
. PITCH ON/OFF BUTTON – Use to turn the PITCH
SLIDERfunction onand off.WhenON,the buttonwill glow.
. PITCH SELECT BUTTON – Press the button in order to
change pitch percentage of 4%,8%,16%. When the pitch range
isselected, therelated LEDwill glow.
. PITCH BEND BUTTONS – The speed rises while the
“+button” is pressed and returns to the original pitch when the
button is released. The speed drops when the “–button” is
pressed and returns to the original pitch when the button is
released. These buttons can be used to synchronize the beats of
2tracks.
. SEARCHBUTTONS
This search button allows you to quickly scan backwards
througha track.
This search button allows you to quickly scan forwards
througha track.
. PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON – Every time you press the
PLAY/PAUSE button the player changes from play to pause or
from pause to play. The button blinks as long as the player is set
topause.
. CUE BUTTON – Pressing the CUE button during playback
provides an immediate return to the position at which play was
started. Playback starts immediately from the programmed cue
point for as long as the CUE button is pressed. The SD player
jumps back to the cue point as soon as the CUE button is
released. Also with the unit in pause mode (Play/Pause button
blinks) the jog wheel is used to set a different start point. By
pressing “PLAY/PAUSE" or “IN” button followed by "CUE",
youcan confirmthis newcue point.
.JOG WHEEL – This jog wheel serves 3 functions
depending on the mode you are working in.
The jog wheel acts as a slow frame search (1/75 sec) control
when the SD is not playing but either paused or set to a cue
point. To set a new cue point, spin the wheel then press PLAY or
IN when you have determined the proper position. Press CUE
toreturn tothe “CUEPOINT”.
If the track is playing and this search function is not active,
the jog wheel temporarily bends the pitch of the music up to+/-
100% by rotating the wheel clockwise to speed it up or
counterclockwise to slow it down. The amount of pitch change
isdetermined bythe speedof rotation.
If the search function is active, you will be able to search at a
higherspeed throughall thetracks.
. POWER SWITCH button – It is used to switch the power
on/ standby. When power cord plug into the rear socket to be the
STANDBYmode, all LED are off but STANDBYLED.
(a)Inthe STANDBYmode,presspower button to POWER ON,
“InsertCard” is displayed in the LCD, SD1 LED will glow red
andSD2 LEDwill glowgreen.
(b) In the POWER ON mode, press and hold the power button
morethan 2sec.to standby.
. TEMPO LOCK BUTTON – This button is used to choose
the tempo lock mode and the pitch control mode. Tempo lock
mode allows speeding up or slow down playback speed without
alteringthe tonalityof music.
. SGL/CTN BUTTON – You can choose between “single
trackmode” and“continuous play”.
Continuous play: the complete SD will be played without
interruption.(mostly usedin pubs)
Single track: player stops at the end of each track and waits at
the beginning of the next track. (Mostly used by deejays) Push
theSGL/CTN buttonfor morethan 1second toswitch between
normal and “auto cue” mode. See basic operation for more
information.
. POWER CONNECTOR – Plug in power adapter here. It is
aswitching adapterto suitableto eachvoltage.
. FADER START – This connection allows two SD players
to be linked for relay play. This can also be connected to a
mixingboard thatsupports automaticfader start.
. AUDIO OUTPUTS –Output for the audio signals is from
each player. Use the supplied cinch/cinch cables to connect
theseoutputs tothe CD/lineinputs ofyour mixingunit.

. CUE INDICATOR –This indicator will glow when the device is in CUE mode and will flash
every time a new CUE POINT is set.
. FOLDER INDICATOR – Indicates the number of the currently playing folder.
. TIME BAR INDICATOR –Shows either time remaining or elapsed depending on the setting of
the TIME BUTTON. This bar will begin to flash shortly before the end of a track.The flashing bar is
a great visual reminder a track is about to end regardless of which time mode the unit is.
. BPM STATUS – This will indicate that theAUTO BPM counter is active.

. TEMPO LOCK– Indicates if the tempo lock is activated (lock symbol).
. LOOP INDICATOR – Indicates if LOOP function is activated.
. RELOOP INDICATOR – Indicates if a loop has been set which can be activated with the Reloop
function ("Reloop").
. AUTO CUE STATUS – Indicates if Auto Cue is activated ("AUTO CUE"). Press and hold the
SGL/CTN for 1 sec. to turn theAuto Cue function on and off.
. TIME DISPLAY– Indicates the time of the chosen Time mode in minutes, seconds and frames.
. SD INFORMATION INDICATOR – Indicates the current name of the track, of the folder and
the sampling rate.
. TIME MODE – Indicates the elapsed time of a track ("ELAPSED") or the remaining time of a
track ("Remain"). Change between these two modes with the Time button.
. REPEAT INDICATOR – Indicates whether the unit is in REPEATED play mode.
. SINGLE INDICATOR – Indicates whether the play mode is set to single ("SINGLE") or
continuous mode (no display).
. TRACK INDICATOR – Indicates the number of the currently playing track.
. PLAY/PAUSE INDICATOR – Indicates the device play mode (" "), if the player is in pause
mode (" ").

3. CHANGE CARD DURING PLAYBACK
Switch on the power and the relational LED goes out. Whether you have inserted SD card or not, the
default for SD card selection is as below:
SD1 LED is on in the playerA.
SD2 LED is on in the player B.
At the same time, the LED1 and LED2 for SD1 and SD2 in the middle of front-
panel will display as below:
LED1 is on means the input source assigned to playerAis active
LED2 is on means the input source assigned to player B is active.
There is a CARD SELECT key to select the card playback in each PLAYER by your desires.
You have two different choices as below:
THE SAME CARD PLAYBACK
To play the same card in both player Aand player B; insert the card into either SD1 or SD2 slot. Press
the CARD SELECT and both SD1 LEDs in the player panel are on when card is in SD1 slot; either
does when card is in SD2 slot.
Each SD slot inserts a card to play.
It must in the pause mode, to press the CARD SELECT key you can select the other card. It will no
function when in the play mode.

AUTO CUE
This function will automatically set a cue point
to the first music note of each track. If a new
track is selected, a new CUE POINT will be set
to reflect the new starting point.
Push the SGL/CTN button for more than 1
second, you can switch between normal and
“AUTO CUE” mode.
Acue point is the exact point playback will begin when the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON is pressed.A cue
point may be created anywhere on a SD or in a track.
You may press the A BUTTON on the fly
(while the SD is playing). This will set a CUE
Point without music interruption. Pressing the
CUE BUTTON will now return you to the same
point that you pressed the A BUTTON. Pressing
the CUE BUTTON will now return you to this
exact point.
You may also use the SEARCH KNOB to set
a cue point. While a SD is in PAUSE or CUE
mode, use the SEARCH KNOB to scroll through
a track to find your desired starting point. Once
you have found your desired position press the
PLAY BUTTON to set your cue point. Pressing
the CUE BUTTON will return you to this exact
point.
You may also use the jog Wheel to set a cue
point. While a SD is PAUSE or CUE mode, use
the jog Wheel to scroll through a track and find
your desired starting point. Once you have
found your desired CUE point press the play
Button to set your cue point. Pressing the cue
Button will now return you to this exact point.
A seamless loop is a sound loop that plays continuously without sound interruption. You can use this
loop to create dramatic effect in your mixing. This loop has no time limit and you could actually loop
the entire length of SD.You create a seamless loop between two continuous points of a SD.
(1) Press PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON to activate
playback mode.
(2) Press the A BUTTON. This will set the
starting point of the SEAMLESS LOOP. The A
BUTTON
LED will blink.
(3) Press the B/EXIT BUTTON to set the ending
point for your SEAMLESS LOOP. The A
BUTTON and BUTTON LEDs will
immediately begin to flash rapidly, indicating
the SEAMLESS LOOP mode has been
activated.
To exit a SEAMLESS LOOP, press the
BUTTON. The A BUTTON and
BUTTON LEDs will remain on, but will stop
flashing. Music playback will resume normal
play. The A BUTTON, BUTTON LEDs
and RELOOP/LOOP indicator in the LCD will
remain on to remind you that a loop is stored in
memory.
The RELOOP function allows you to return to
your stored loop at any time. The A BUTTON
and BUTTON LEDs will indicate a
loop is stored in memory, and may be played at
any time. To replay the loop, press the RELOOP
BUTTON. The A BUTTON and
BUTTON LEDs will again begin to flash
indicating SEAMLESS LOOP mode has been
activated and your stored loop will immediately
begin to play.

EDITING A SEAMLESS LOOP
You can edit your seamless loop you obviously must first have created a seamless loop to edit. If you
haven’t created a SEAMLESS LOOP, follow the instructions in step 1 to create a loop.
You can edit the end point of the loop to make
your loop shorter or longer. Make sure the loop
that you want to edit is not in reloop mode. Turn
the JOG WHEEL clockwise/counterclockwise
or press search buttons to make the loop shorter/
longer. Press the B button to set the new ending
point of your loop.
You can edit the starting point of the loop to
make your loop shorter. Under the reloop mode,
turn the JOG WHEELclockwise or press search
buttons to make the loop shorter. Please make
sure the new starting point must before the
ending point. Press the A button to set the new
ending point of your Loop.
You can reset a new loop under the play or pause
mode. Whenever you find a more desired
starting point press the A button, the LED of B
button will go out. Find a new ending point and
press the B button to set the ending point of your
new loop.
You can use your loop to create a stutter effect.
When a loop is playing press the A BUTTON
repeatedly to create this effect.
Has three functions as below:
When FOLDER LED is off, left turning the TRACK knob to backward search
and forward search on the right turn. You can select the desired up to 999 tracks
in a folder.
A-Turning the track knob counterclockwisewill take you to the previous track.
B- Turning the track knob clockwisewill take you to the to the next track.
When FOLDER LED is on, to select folder number by turning the TRACK
knob.You can select the desired up to 999 folders.
A-Turning the track knob counterclockwisewill take you to the previous track.
B- Turning the track knob clockwisewill take you to the to the next track.
You can view the title content of FOLDER NAME/FILE NAME/TITLE NAME/ ARTIST/ GENRE/
BITRATE by each pressing the TRACK knob.
Displayed ”Folder Name” is for folder contents.
Displayed ”FILE NAME” is for file contents.
Displayed ”TITLE NAME” is for title contents.
Displayed ”ARTIST” is for artist contents.
Displayed ”GENRE” is for genre contents.
Displayed bitrate contents directly.
Each display for 20 sec. It will auto return to “TITLE NAME” when no action more than 20 sec.
AUTO BPM is the default mode when power on.
You can switch Manual /Auto BPM by pressing the
“TAP BPM” button.

CONTROLVERSION DISPLAY
Switch Manual BPM on just need one touch the
button. Switch Auto BPM on by pressing the “TAP
BPM” button more than 1 sec. and then the LCD
will display “AUTO BPM”.
Following the music tempo and press the “TAP
BPM” button to count BPM value; from the auto
BPM to manual mode, the value won’t change
until the correct BPM value is counted.
Counting BPM value automatically without pressing “TAP BPM” button.
In AUTO BPM mode the SD2DIGITAL player will automatically analize the track Beat and will
depict the value at the Display without need of taping the TAPBPM knob.
Press the TIME BUTTON for 2 sec. until
"PRESET " is displayed.
: System setting will be closed
automatically when more than 5 sec no function.
Turn the TRACK KNOB to scroll through the
different submenus including: REPEAT, Reset
all, and, FIRMWARE VERSION.
You can adjust the setting by stopping on the
desired submenu and pushing the TRACK
KNOB. To exit the menu settings press the
TIME BUTTON again.
“REPEAT: OFF” –You can play the track in the different folder.
“REPEAT: ON” –You can’t play the track without in the playing folder.
In the ” Reset all?” section, you may reset the system memory. This will reset all your programmed
menus and restore the unit to its default settings. Press the TRACK knob will return all function setting
to default value automatically and then "reset OK" will display in the LCD.
You can view the units firmware version. “V cc.bb”, cc is for the controller version, bb is for the buffer
version.

6.Transporte del equipo. Transporte el equipo con mucho cuidado. Los golpes o las vibraciones
fuertes pueden dañarlo mecánicamente.
7. Montaje en pared o techo. Siga las instrucciones del fabricante.
8. Fuentes de calor. Tenga cuidado de no colocar el equipo cerca de fuentes de calor (Ej. Radiadores,
estufas, mplificadores)
10. Protección del cable. Escoja una posición para el cable de corriente de modo que esté lo menos
expuesto a pisotones y demás agresiones. Especial atención con los dos extremos del cable de toma de
corriente, la clavija de enchufe a la red y la clavija de alimentación del equipo.
11. Limpieza. Desconecte el equipo antes de realizar alguna operación de limpieza del aparato. Utilice
un trapo suave y seco para limpiar. Asegúrese de que los cables están correctamente conectados antes
de volver a enchufar el aparato.
12. Control de seguridad. La diferencia de potencial entre la toma de corriente de la pared y cualquier
pieza metálica del equipo debe ser de al menos 100.000 ohmios.
13. Periodos largos de reposo del equipo. Desconecte el equipo de la red en caso de reposo prolongado.
14. Líquidos y objetos extraños. En caso de que algún fluido o pequeñas partículas sólidas sean
derramadas sobre el aparato y se introduzcan en los circuitos apague el aparato y llévelo a su
distribuidor.
15. Daños en el quipo que precisen reparación. El equipo deberá ser reparado o revisado por personal
cualificado en caso de:
A. El cable de toma de corriente o su conector han sido dañados.
B. Objetos o líquidos se han introducido en el equipo.
C. El aparato ha sido expuesto a la lluvia.
D. El equipo no parece funcionar o lo hace de modo poco usual.
E. E aparato ha caído al suelo o presenta deterioros en su caja exterior.
16. Mantenimiento. No abra el equipo para labores de mantenimiento pues en este aparato no hay
piezas que necesiten manutención. En caso de que abriendo el equipo sea éste dañado o lo sea la
persona que lo manipula la empresa no tomará ninguna responsabilidad por este servicio de
mantenimiento no autorizado.Además en éste caso la garantía perdería su vigencia.
17. Ventilación. El aparato está provisto de hendiduras de ventilación, es importante no cubrirlas o
bloquearlas. La ventilación del aparato podría verse comprometida resultando en un
sobrecalentamiento que podría dañar el equipo. Tenga siempre en cuenta que colocar el aparato en un
lugar sin ventilación puede producir un sobrecalentamiento de éste.
18. Nunca utilice accesorios o modificaciones no autorizados por el fabricante. Ello puede afectar la
seguridad del aparato y el fabricante no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad en este caso.
19. Accesorios. No deposite o instale el equipo sobre superficies o estructuras inestables. El aparato
podría precipitarse y causar lesiones a las personas en las proximidades de éste. Cualquier montaje o
instalación del equipo deberá ser realizado siguiendo las instrucciones o recomendaciones dadas en
este manual o por el fabricante directamente.
20. Precaución durante tormentas. Durante una tormenta desconecte el equipo de la red para evitar que
los posibles picos de corriente dañen el equipo.
21. Durante cualquier manipulación del equipo, para mantener todas las cualidades de éste tanto en
prestaciones como en seguridad para el operante es necesario utilizar sólo recambios originales.
Consecuentemente asegúrese de que la empresa que realice el mantenimiento esté autorizada por el
fabricante o importador.
22. Comprobación de seguridad. Una vez realizada una reparación o servicio del equipo pida al
personal cualificado que realice una comprobación para asegurarse de que el equipo le es devuelto en
perfectas condiciones de uso.
9. Voltaje. Antes de conectar el aparato a la red asegúrese de que se trata del mismo voltaje y
frecuencia para las que el equipo está especificado. En caso contrario no conecte el equipo y
póngase en contacto con su distribuidor.
