Click t e Analysis-button in t e main menu
and c oose wanted file.
Press t e Current folder-button
(NB! Do NOT use t e Open-button) to open
t e images in t e analyzing software.
Size he fish
oose a fis in t e top frame wit a nice side profile wit out any curves.
Make sure t at t is fis is visible in bot t e top and t e bottom frame.
A good image s ows t e fis ’s back, belly, nose and tail in bot images.
Use he mouse poin er o mark
1 t e nose
2 t e center of t e fork tail
3 t e tallest back point
4 t e lowest back point
Try making the line between points 3 and 4 as angular to the horizontal line as possible.
Repeat t e process on t e same fis in t e lower frame. Save and stay (to size
more fis from t e same frame) or save and next (to move to t e next frame).

Use your left and to press t e tab-buttons F3-F9, t is will
save some time w ile sizing t e fis .
Combined zoom
If t e box is ticked on, bot t e top and bottom images will zoom
in t e same interval. If not, only t e image t at is clicked on will
zoom.

Selec ion summary

done, as t ey are
done.
Repor
To generate t e report, press t e Report button. Select
t e file in w ic you want to save t e report and click
t is file. C ange Site, Cage ID, Cage population and add
comments if t is is necessary. Save t e report as a pdf-
file and/or print it.
