to advance through audio

time to select file for

Update or Change Audio Files
1. Connect device to computer
with a micro-USB data cable.
Computer will recognize the
device as a removable disk.
2. Format this removable disk, if
necessary. Create two new
folders named “warning” and
“welcome” on disk, if they do
not exist.
3. Copy audio file to “warning”
and to “welcome” folders.
Notes
•Move switch “V” when device
is not near magnet “M.”
•Pressing buttons “A” and “B”
too fast may result in
unexpected performance.

Select Playback Mode: “Alarm” or

“Alarm” audio file playback.
•Move slide switch “V” to middle
position.
•When door is open, the
selected audio file from
“warning” folder plays once
(default “Door Open” mode:
“single” playback).
•When door is closed, playback
stops (default “Door Closed”
mode: “interrupt” playback).

Change “Door Open” Mode
There are two “Door Open” modes:
“single” audio file playback (default)
and “series” playback.
•To change “Door Open” mode
to “series” playback (where a
different file from the folder
plays each time the door is
opened), press-hold-release
button “A” and see red light
flash three times. Each time the
door is opened, the next audio
file in the folder will play. While
door is open, audio file will play
in its entirety.
•To change “Door Open” mode
to “single” playback (where the
selected audio file plays one
time), press-hold-release button
“A” and see red light flash one
time.
Change “Door Closed” Mode
There are two “Door Closed”
modes: “interrupt” playback and
“continue” playback.
•To change “Door Closed”
mode to “continue” audio file
playback, press-hold-release
button “B” and see red light
flash three times.
In “Alarm Playback” mode,
“Door Closed Continue” mode
means that the audio file will
continuously play and will
stop only by pressing button
“B” or cycling power switch
“V.”
In “Message Playback” mode,
“Door Closed Continue” mode
means that the audio file is
played back in its entirety
when door is closed and then
stops.
•To change “Door Closed”
mode to “interrupt” audio file
playback (where the audio file
play back immediately stops
when door is closed; default
mode), press-hold-release
button “B” and see red light
flash one time.
