Attention
1.Usage
To prevent this product or products connected to it from being damaged, please use it within its
prescribed scope of use.
1) Keep the device away from liquids and humid environments.
2) To prevent electrical shock, do not open the main enclosure; only qualified technicians may
install or maintain the device.
3) Do not use the device beyond the scope of its temperature, humidity or power supply
specification.
4) When cleaning the camera lens, wipe it with a soft dry cloth. In the case of stubborn dirt,
clean the lens gently with a mild detergent. Do not use strong or corrosive detergent, as it
may scratch the lens and thus affect the image.
2.Electrical safety
Installation and use of this product shall be in strict accordance with safety standards for

electricity.
3.Handle with care
Avoid heavy pressure, strong vibrations or immersion during transportation, storage and
installation.
4.Power supply
This product uses a 12V DC power supply.
5.Install with caution
1)Do not forcefully rotate the camera, this could cause a mechanical malfunction.
2)This product should be placed on a stable desktop or other horizontal surfaces. Do not install
the product on uneven surfaces, this may display a skewed image.
3)When installing the camera, use the four double faced adhesive pads at the bottom for fixing.
4)This products casing is constructed from organic materials. Do not expose it to any liquid, gas
or solids which may corrode the exterior.
5)During installation, ensure that there are no obstacles within rotation range of the camera.
6)Do not power on before all the applicable cables are connected.
6.Do not dismantle the product without permission
This product contains no parts which can be maintained by the user. Any damage arising from
dismantling the product by user without permission will not be included in warranty.
7.Magnetic field interference
Magnetic fields under a specific frequency may affect this product image as this is Class A
product.

1.2 Power on initial configuration
1) Power on: Connect DC12V power supply adapter with power supply socket.
2) Initial configuration: Power indicator lights up and remote-control receiver light blinks, camera head moves
from bottom left to bottom right, and then goes to the ‘Home’ position (center), while the camera self-tests
aperture. When remote control receiver light stops blinking, the self-checking is completed.
Note:
1. The default address of the remote controller is the 1# address.
2. If you set preset 0, when Power on self-test is completed, the camera automatically moves to the preset 0
position.
1.3 Video Output
1)Video Output from LAN
a. Network Cable Connection Port: No.6 in Figure1.1

b. Webpage Login: Open your browser and enter 192.168.5.163 in the address bar (factory default);
press Enter to enter the login page; click on the “player is not installed, please download and install!"
and follow the installation steps for installation. Then enter the user name admin and password admin
(factory default); press Enter to enter the preview page; users can carry out PTZ control, video
recording, playback, configuration and other operations.
2) HDMI Video Output
a. HDMI Video Cable Connection: No.7 in Figure1.1
b. Connect the camera and the monitor via HDMI video cable; video output is available after camera self-
tests.
3)USB3.0 video output
a. USB3.0 video cable connection: No.8 in figure1.1
b. Connect the camera and the monitor via USB3.0 video cable, open video display software, select image
device, and then the video output will be available.
4) USB3.0 compatible with USB2.0 output
a. USB3.0 video cable connection: No.8 in Figure1. 1
b. Connect the camera and the monitor via USB3.0 video cable, open video display software, select image
device, and then the video output will be available.
Note: USB2.0 output and USB3.0 output is the same interface.

2.2 Main Features
The features include advanced ISP processing algorithms to provide vivid images with a strong sense of depth, high resolution and
impeccable color rendition. It supports H.265/H.264 encoding which makes video motion fluent and clear even with less than ideal
bandwidth conditions.
1.Superb High-definition Image: It employs 1/2.8 inch high quality CMOS sensor. Resolution is up to 1920x1080 with frame rate
up to 60 fps.
2.Various Optical Zoom Lens: It has10X optical zoom lens.
3.3. Leading Auto Focus Technology: Leading auto focus algorithm makes lens a fast, accurate and stable auto-focusing.
4. Low Noise and High SNR: Low Noise CMOS effectively ensures high SNR of camera video.
Advanced 2D/3D noise reduction technology is also used to further reduce the noise, while ensuring image sharpness.
5.Quiet PTZ: By adopting a high accuracy step driving motor mechanism, it works quietly and moves smoothly and quickly to
designated position.

3.1 Video Output
3.1.1 Power-On Initial Configuration
Upon connecting the power, the camera will initialize configuration and the IR indicator light will be flashing. When the camera returns
to the HOME position (middle position for P/T) and lens finishes zooming in and out, the auto-testing is completed, and IR led will
stop flashing. If the preset 0 is set, camera will rotate to the 0 preset position after initial configuration.
3.1.2 Video Output
Connect to the video output cable: the user selects the output mode.
Figure 2.4.1 is for your reference (output interface)
1) Network output: connect this product and your computer via a network cable, open the web browser, enter the camera IP
address (factory default 192.168.5.163) in the address bar. Proceed to the login page and input the user name and password
(factory default username is “admin”), finally enter the preview page and the image should now be displayed.
(Note: If you forget your user name, password, IP address, you can manually restore the default by the remote controller key
combination * #)
2) USB3.0 output: Connect this product with computer USB3.0 interface (blue), open the Device Manager to see whether there is
an image device and whether the Universal Serial Bus controllers recognize USB3.0 device. After properly identified, open the
software, choose the image device and then it will output the image.
3) USB3.0 compatible with USB2.0 output: Connect this product with computer USB2.0 interface (black), open the Device
Manager to see whether there is an image device and whether the Universal Serial Bus controllers recognize USB3.0 device.
After properly identified, open the software, choose the image device and then it will output image.
4) HDMI output: Connect HDMI cable from camera to monitor / Projector or TV and select appropriate input of display device.

3.2 Remote Controller
3.2.1 Keys Instruction
1. Standby Key
After a 3-second long press, the camera will step into standby mode. Long press for 3
seconds again, the camera will self-test and back to HOME position. (Note: If power-on
mode is turned on and Preset 0 is set, and there is no operation within 12 seconds, it will
automatically point to the specified preset position.
2. Camera Address Selection
Select the camera address which requires control.
