SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Safety is essential to the use and maintenance of ALFRA tools and equipment. This assembly manual and any
markings on the tool provide information for avoiding hazards and unsafe practices related to the use of this tool.
When using electrical equipment, basic precautions should always be followed. Read all instructions before using the
table.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH OR OBSERVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS REGARDING THE
ASSEMBLY AND USE OF THIS PRODUCT MAY RESULT IN BURN, ELECTRICAL SHOCK, SEVERE INJURY
OR SERIOUS PROPERTY DAMAGE.
DANGER - To reduce the risk of electric shock, Always unplug this equipment from the electrical outlet before
cleaning, or before putting on or taking o parts.
SAFETY AND WARNINGS - To reduce the risk of burns, re, electric shock, or injury to persons:
• Do not attempt to install replacement batteries. Injury or possible damage to the equipment can occur
if this warning is violated. Contact ALFRA TOOLS LLC if a replacement battery is required.
• Do not modify the product without written consent from the equipment manufacturer, ALFRA TOOLS
LLC.
• The table operation is not permitted if:
a) ammable or explosive gases or vapors may be present in the work area
b) the operator is untrained or a child
c) children are present in the immediate area
• Inappropriate use of this product may cause property or bodily injury.
• Check surroundings on all sides before using the table. Body parts and property can be crushed if
trapped between an immobile obstacle and the desk’s range of motion.
• Keep the table close to the power socket/outlet to be easily accessible.
• Keep the cords away from heated surfaces.
• Loading and unloading must be carried out only with the table in the horizontal position.
• Keep all electrical components away from liquids.
USAGE
• Do not exceed the rated maximum duty ratio of operation of the device. Each linear actuator is rated for
2 minutes of continuous operation only, followed by a required rest for 18 continuous minutes. Failure
to comply may cause injury or equipment failure
• Do not OVERLOAD the mounting table! Maximum allowed load weight is 1100 lbs.
• Only use the mounting table on a flat, level surface that can withstand the weight of the table, including
the maximum load.
• Ensure that all table wheels are locked or otherwise unable to rotate before mounting any object on the
table.
• Ensure the load is evenly distributed over the mounting table work surface.
• During use, no one must sit or stand on the mounting table.
• Never operate this table if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been
dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
• This table was designed for indoor use only. Do not operate the table outdoors.

Place the base frame1on a
wooden pallet or other raised
platform so that it is raised off of
the ground.

Thread hex nut23 onto assembled leveling pad8about half way
down shaft. Repeat for all four leveling pads8. X4

Position assembled leveling pad8underneath corner
of base frame1and insert through center hole.
Place flat washer24 onto the bolt of leveling pad8over
the top side of base frame1 followed by lock washer25.
Loosely thread hex nut23 over flat washer24. Repeat for
all four corners of base frame1.
Once all four leveling pads8are installed, remove base
frame1from raised platform. Using a level, utilize hex
nut23 on the underside of base frame corners to level
base frame1. Once completely level, secure hex nut23
on top side of base frame1tightly with a wrench.

Optional
If you purchased the tilting table caster wheels
(#031003-010 - non-locking or #31003-025 -
locking) separately, use caster wheels and caster
hardware that was provided to install instead of
the leveling pads. Instead of using center hole on
corner of base frame, use the four surrounding
holes in each corner.

Place the middle support2on to center of base frame1aligning the bolts on base frame1
with holes on middle support2. The mount for the actuator on middle support (see figure 5)
should be facing the rear of the table. (See figure 6)
Once positioned, place flat washer22 onto bolts of base frame followed by lock
washer21. Finally, thread hex nut20 over and secure tightly using a wrench.

On right side of middle support2(when standing at the rear of the table) place and hold
controller11 while aligning the three screw holes.
Take button head cap screw26 and secure tightly into side of middle support2and controller11
using an allen wrench. Repeat for all three button head cap screws25.

With the actuator9shaft pointing downward, align bottom hinge of actuator9and the
actuator mount located on the middle support2together. Slide flanged pin17 through
both units, insert cotter pin17 and secure with pliers.

Align center mounting hinges of table top3with top holes on middle support2. Felted
surface of table top3should be positioned upwards. (See figure 11)
Slide hinge connecting rod19 through both the table top3hinges and the middle
support2. Using pliers, secure and tighten a cotter pin27 on each side of hinge
connecting rod19.
IMPORTANT: Fit of hinge connecting rod19 will be snug, you may need to use a ball
peen hammer to position it in place.

Using a soft head hammer, insert the
square tubing plug18 into end of
arm of upper extension5. Hammer in
square tubing plug18 so it is wedged
tightly into place. Repeat for all four
arms on upper and lower extension4.

Using the 2 button keypad12, bring the table top3into horizontal position and adjust
the extension3+4 positions as needed to accommodate the panel you will be working
on.
Before adjusting the lower extension4, remove the quick release pin14 inserted
into the safety splinter. Loosen the lower extension’s4star knob15. Adjust the lower
extension4position as needed. Tighten the star knob15 (2 per each extension).
Re-insert the quick release pin14

BEFORE INITIAL OPERATION
Charge battery10 with power supply13 fully before
operating assembly table.

Install clamping units6&7 on upper and lower extensions4&5 by aligning rectangle nut and
stud with the uni-rail. Once in position, tighten quick release lever on clamping units6&7.
