Intended Use
Key Features
The AliMed ONE Wireless Motion Sensor pairs with the Alarm Base to provide caregiver notication of patient falls or elopement as part of an overall fall
management program. The Motion Sensor can be mounted to a wall for wandering protection anywhere in the room.

Setup and Operating Instructions
The Motion Sensor is installed by Nurse or Biomedical staff.
1. Motion Sensor requires one (1) 9V battery to operate (sold separately, see reverse).
2. Press the Battery Compartment Button (Fig. 3) to open the battery compartment.
3. Align the male and female connectors on the top of the battery to the connectors
attached to the unit. Place in battery compartment.
4. The Motion Sensor is now ready for pairing.
5. Close the battery compartment door until it snaps into place.
Pairing the Motion Sensor with the Alarm Base:
1. Ensure the On/Off Switch is set to the “OFF” position (Fig. 2).
2. Press Pair Button on the Alarm Base.
3. The Base will beep and the rst open channel will blink green and red indicating
channel is ready for pairing.
4. Place Motion Sensor next to the Base matching PAIR on the Motion Sensor to PAIR
on the Base (Fig. 4). Note: Pair Status Indicator on Motion Sensor (Fig. 3) will
illuminate when in range of the Base.
5. If pairing is successful, the Base will beep and the assigned channel will blink green
once. The Universal Status Indicator (Fig. 1) on Motion Sensor will blink three (3)
times.
6. The Motion Sensor is now paired with the Base. The assigned channel on the Base
will continuously blink at approximately 5-second intervals indicating Motion Sensor
is in use. Figure 4

Wall Mounting Instructions
1. Secure the bracket to the wall with the screws
provided (Fig. 3).
2. Align mounting slot on Motion Sensor with
mounted bracket.
3. Slide Motion Sensor from the left until secured
in place on the mounted bracket (Fig. 5).
3. Adjust Motion Sensor angle as needed.
Note: Once mounted to wall, Motion Sensor can
be easily removed following the same installation
instructions.
4. The Motion Sensor is now ready to use.

b.) Adequate training for personnel for fall prevention and elopement
