WARNING
1. It is the operator’s responsibility to read and understand the cautions and
warnings in this manual before attempting to operate this machine.
2. The Electrostatic sprayer has been designed and engineered to be very safe
during normal operation. As with all cordless products, certain safety
precautions should be taken.
3. Understand these safety precautions before operating machine. Failure to
properly follow these precautions may lead to a fire, explosion, or electrical
shock hazard.
4. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the
appliance is used near children.
5. Do not contact moving parts.
6. Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
7. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, do not put the electrode in water or
other liquid. Do not place or store appliance where it can fall or be pulled into
a tub or sink.
8. Use only the charger supplied by the manufacturer to recharge.
9. Keep your work area clean and well lit.
10. Do not operate cordless sprayer in explosive atmospheres, such as in the
presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust. Cordless sprayer create
sparks, which may ignite the dust or fumes.
11. Keep bystanders, children, and visitors away while operating a cordless
sprayer.
12. Distractions can cause you to lose control.
13. To avoid electrical shock do not touch or insert any foreign objects into the
nozzle.
14. Always have the machine serviced by a professional, qualified representa-
tive. Never attempt to service the machine or access its internal components.
15. Do not excessively shake the handle of the product, the handle may be
fractured. The product will fall and cause injury.
16. Do not operate the product vertically, water may leak into motor and cause
the product damaged.

GENERAL OPERATING SAFETY
1. Before application, customer must read this instruction manual carefully. If any doubt,please
contact our company directly (1-866-493-0524). We are free from any accident due to
improper operation. When using this product, failure to observe these instructions could lead
to serious injury or death.
2. This machine contains an electrostatic device that may interfere with sensitive medical
devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or similar devices. DO NOT operate this
machine or stand within 10 feet if you use such medical devices.
3. A cordless sprayer with integral batteries or a separate battery pack must be recharged only
with the specified charger for the battery. A charge that may be suitable for one use type of
battery may create a risk of fire when used with another battery.
4. Do not use cordless sprayer while tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medica-
tion.
5. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing andbalance
enables better control of the tool in unexpected situations.
6. Use safety equipment. Always comply with any requirements for protective clothing, goggles,
gloves, facial masks, or respirator required by the formulation label
DO NOT USE THIS CORDLESS SPRAYER TO APPLY FLAMMABLE
LIQUIDS.
1. DO NOT store chemicals in the Reservoir tank. Empty tank and flush system after each
usage.
2. Ensure that formulation is applied only in strict compliance with the formulation label as well
as local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Do not use oil-based or flammable formulations with this machine.
USE AND CARE
Do not use a machine that is broken or damaged in any way
Do not alter the machine by adding or removing parts.
Do not restrict the motor air inlet area.
Do not tamper with the output nozzle.
Do not allow the machine to operate unattended.
Do not stand in water or hold over water while operating machine.
Do not use outdoors when it’s raining.
Do not use cordless sprayer if switch does not turn it on or off. A cordless sprayer that cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
Such preventative safety measures reduce the risk of starting the cordless sprayer accidental-
ly.
Store cordless sprayer out of reach of children when not in use.
Cordless foggers are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
To clean the fogger: use soap, water and a damp cloth to wipe clean the exterior. To clean
internal components run fresh clear water through the sprayer for 3 minutes after each usage.
To reduce the chance of blockage we recommend that after every few days of use spray a tank
of water through the unit to rinse out any residual chemical build up that may have occurred in
addition to the standard cleaning after each usage.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fully charged the sprayer, otherwise it may affect the use time of the products.
2. Briefly activate the trigger and confirm whether the pump is working.
3. Pour the liquid into the tank, tighten the lid. Lift the handle with one hand, and grasp the grip
with another hand, then start spraying.
4. During the fogger working, the flow of the spray could be adjusted by rotate the flow control
knob.
5. To insure maximized electrostatic performance always keep your hand firmly wrapped
around the handle in contact with the grounding strap.
6. During the use, turn on the ESD switch, it could attach the spray to the things longer and
tighter.
7. Active ESD LED indicates the ESD function is enabled.

Problem

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION FOR CHARGING
1. Always fully charge before use.
2. Always use Alphaworks charger to charge Alphaworks sprayer battery. Use of other types
of chargers may cause battery damage and in some instances injury to operator.
3. Never operate charger with damaged battery, cord, or plug. Replace them immediately.
4. Never use Alphaworks charger to charge nonauthorized Alphaworks batteries.
5. The charging Indicator Located on Charger. When battery is charging, the LED turns to solid
red and turns to green when battery is fully charged.
6. Battery capacity check-LED on product.
75%~100% battery charge: 4 Solid Green LED
50%~75% battery charge: 3 Solid Green LED
25%~50% battery charge: 2 Solid Green LED
0~25% battery remaining: Left LED turns to Solid Red
Battery Depleted: Left LED flashing red and Sprayer will stop working
7. ESD Function:
a) ESD function is controlled by ON/OFF button.
b) Blue LED is flashing: ESD is working.
c) Blue LED not flashing: ESD is now shut off.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
1. Always use properly grounded single-phase receptacle protected by a ground fault circuit
interrupter (GFCI).
2. Never remove ground pin from plug.
3. Never route electrical cables across sharp edges.
4. Never route electrical cables through or near moving parts.
5. Never route electrical cables near parts that become hot.
6. Never remove electrical cover from battery charger.
7. Never leave the puling tool power cord plugged in when installing, rigging, servicing or when
the puling too is not being used.
8. Never disconnect ground bond.
9. Never operate AC pulling tool in a damp or wet environment.
10. Always power the sprayer with only the recommended electrical system voltage, See the
sprayer specification sheet for details.
11. Never operate charger if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped or otherwise damaged
in any way.
12. Never charge in damp or wet environment.
13. Always charge at temperatures between 32°F-120°F (0°C-49°C).
14. Always store at temperatures between 32°F-86°F (0°C-30°C).
15. Always disconnect charger when it's fully charged.
16. Never probe with conductive object.
17. Always fully charge before use.
18. Never completely discharge.
19. Always charge every six months if not in use.
