IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed:
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Make sure the po er supply corresponds to one on the rating label.
3. To avoid electrical shock, do not immerse electrical parts in ater or other liquid.
4. Do not allo children to operate or play ith the appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet hen not in use, or before putting on/taking off parts.
6. Do not use ith damaged electrical cord or plug.
7. If damaged or malfunction occurs, refer to an authorized service center only.
8. Do not place on or near hot surfaces.
9. Never pull the appliance by the po er cord.
10. Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
Read these instructions:
1. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean all various accessories carefully.
2. The use of attachments or other accessories hich are not supplied ith the appliance are not recommended. This
could result into electrical shock or damage to the appliance.
3. Never touch the beater, dough hook hile in use.
4. Do not allo long hair, scarves to hang do n over the accessories hile operating.
Instruction for use:
1. Insert the beaters or dough hooks until they are locked into place. Al ays insert the accessory equipped ith a
toothed cro n into the opening indicated on the appliance by a cro n hich is similarly toothed. Plug in the
appliance into the mains supply.
2. Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by turning the control knob to the right. Turn
the control knob to the right in position “1 ~ 5”. Depending on the model, the appliance may be equipped ith a
turbo button, hich allo s you instant access to the full po er of your appliance.
3. When you have finished using it, reset the control knob to position “0”. Unplug the appliance and eject the beaters
or dough hooks by pushing the eject handle. (Fig.5) & (Fig.6)
CAUTION:
When using the beater or dough hooks, do not operate for more than five minutes at one time. After five minutes of
continuous use, allo fe minutes rest before next use.
Mixing Guide:
SPEED DESCRIPTION
1 This is a good starting speed for bulk and dry foods such as flour, butter and potatoes.
2 Best speed to start liquid ingredients for mixing salad dressings.
3 For mixing cakes and quick breads.
4 For creaming butter and sugar, beating uncooked candy, desserts, etc.
5 For beating eggs, cooked icings, hipping potatoes, hipping cream, etc.
TURBO DESCRIPTION

This appliance is equipped ith a grounded, Type G, 3-pin po er supply cord. This is a safety feature. Do not attempt to
defeat the safety purpose of this plug.
