CD408 SERIES KITS ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The loudspeaker kit shall consist of an Altec Lansing Professional CF408-series Duplex® with an 8” / 200 mm diameter moisture-resistant
woofer and a broad dispersion tweeter with heat resistant voice coils. The speaker shall have a power rating of 32-watts EIA / 128 W peak, a
double magnet assembly and corrosion-resistant frame. The frequency response shall be 82 to 16,000 Hz +/- 5 dB with sensitivity of 98 dB SPL
@ 1 W / 1 m. All factory-mounted transformers shall have a low < 0.6 dB insertion loss. Included in the speaker KIT is a model CE8R-1 1.0 cubic
foot / .03 cubic meter metal enclosure, a model CG8R perforated white, round, corrosion-resistant grille and a model CTB8 suspension tile
bridge. The KIT components shall be shipped unassembled. The model numbers shall be Altec Lansing Professional CD408-4T KIT with a
4-watt 70 V / 100 V transformer, CD408-8T KIT with an 8-watt 70 V / 100 V transformer, CD408-16T KIT with a 16 W 70 V / 100 V transformer,
or CD408-32T KIT with a 32 W 70 V / 100 V transformer.
CD308 SERIES KITS ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The loudspeaker kit shall consist of an Altec Lansing Professional CD308-series Duplex® with an 8” / 200 mm diameter moisture-resistant
woofer and a broad dispersion tweeter with heat resistant voice coils. The speaker shall have a power rating of 16-watts EIA / 64 W peak, a
double magnet assembly and corrosion-resistant frame. The frequency response shall be 78 to 20,000 Hz +/- 5 dB with sensitivity of 97 dB SPL
@ 1 W / 1 m. All factory-mounted transformers shall have a low < 0.6 dB insertion loss. Included in the speaker KIT is a model CE8R-1 1.0 cubic
foot / .03 cubic meter metal enclosure, a model CG8R perforated white, round, corrosion-resistant grille and a model CTB8 suspension tile
bridge. The KIT components shall be shipped unassembled. The model numbers shall be Altec Lansing Professional CD308-4T KIT with a
4-watt 70 V / 100 V transformer, CD308-8T KIT with an 8-watt 70 V / 100 V transformer and CD308-16T KIT with a 16-watt 70 V / 100 V
transformer.
CF208-8TWG KIT ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The loudspeaker kit shall consist of an Altec Lansing Professional CF208-series with an 8” / 200 mm full-range low frequency speaker,
acoustically isolated free-edge high frequency cone and corrosion-resistant speaker frame. The speaker shall have a power rating of 10-watts
EIA/40W peak. The frequency response shall be 82 – 17,000 Hz +/-5 dB with sensitivity of 98 dB SPL @ 1 W / 1 m. The factory-mounted
transformer shall have < 1.0 dB insertion loss and 25 V / 70 V taps. The speaker shall be factory-mounted to a perforated round, white, metal
corrosion-resistant grille. Included in the KIT is a model CE8R 0.3 cubic foot / .03 cubic meter metal backcan and a model CTB8 suspension tile
bridge. The KIT consists of a backbox, a tile bridge and a speaker with factory-mouned white, round metal grille shipped unassembled.
The model number shall be Altec Lansing Professional CF208-8TWG KIT with an 8-watt 25 V / 70 V transformer and a factory installed round,
white metal grille.
CF108-4TWG KIT ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The loudspeaker kit shall consist of an Altec Lansing Professional CF108-4TWG with an 8” / 200 mm full-range speaker with acoustically
isolated free-edge high frequency cone and corrosion-resistant frame. The speaker shall have a power rating of 8 watts EIA / 32 W peak.
The frequency response shall be 82 to 17,000 Hz +/- 5 dB with sensitivity of 98 dB @ 1 W / 1 m. The factory-mounted transformer shall have <
1.0 dB insertion loss and 25 V / 70 V taps. The speaker shall be factory-mounted to a perforated round, white, metal corrosion-resistant grille.
Included in the KIT is a model CE8R 0.3 cubic foot / .03 cubic meter metal backcan and a model CTB8 suspension tile bridge. The KIT consists
of a backbox, a tile bridge and a speaker with factory-mouned white, round metal grille shipped unassembled. The model numbers shall be
Altec Lansing Professional CF108-4TWG with a 4-watt 25 V / 70 V transformer and a factory-installed corrosion-resistant round, white metal
grille.
CF404-4T KIT ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The loudspeaker kit shall consist of an Altec Lansing Professional CF404-4T with a 4” / 100 mm full-range moisture-resistant speaker,
acoustically isolated dome and corrosion-resistant frame. The speaker shall have a power rating of 32 watts EIA / 128 W peak. The frequency
response shall be 130 to 14,000 Hz +/- 5 dB with sensitivity of 94 dB @ 1 W / 1 m. The factory-mounted transformer shall have < 0.6 dB
insertion loss and 70 V / 100 V taps. Included in the speaker KIT is a model CE4R-TM 0.3 cubic foot / .01 cubic meter metal enclosure and a
model CG4R-TM perforated white, round, corrosion-resistant grille. The KIT components shall be shipped unassembled. The model numbers
shall be Altec Lansing Professional CF404-4T KIT with a 4-watt 70 V / 100 V transformer.
CF204-4T KIT ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION
The loudspeaker kit shall consist of an Altec Lansing Professional CF204-4T with a 4” / 100 mm full-range moisture-resistant speaker,
acoustically isolated dome and corrosion-resistant frame. The speaker shall have a power rating of 10 watts EIA / 40 W peak. The frequency
response shall be 150 to 14,000 Hz +/- 5 dB with sensitivity of 95 dB @ 1 W / 1 m. The factory-mounted transformer shall have < 0.6 dB
insertion loss and 70 V / 100 V taps. Included in the speaker KIT is a model CE4R-SM 0.1 cubic foot / .003 cubic meter metal enclosure and a
model CG4R-SM perforated white, round, corrosion-resistant grille. The KIT components shall be shipped unassembled. The model numbers
shall be Altec Lansing Professional CF204-4T KIT with a 4-watt 70 V / 100 V transformer.
