Lighted holding cabinet with 20 gauge non-magnetic stainless steel exterior, tempered glass French doors on
the control side, and a solid glass panel on the non-control side. The cabinet is controlled by one (1) ON/OFF
adjustable thermostat, 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C); includes one (1) indicator light; and one (1) holding temperature
gauge to monitor inside air temperature. The interior of the cabinet is lit by two (2) 40 watt appliance bulbs
controlled by an ON/OFF switch. The cabinet is furnished with three (3) chrome plated wire shelves, and
two (2) chromed side racks spaced at 3" (76mm) centers. Side racks and wire shelves are canted at a 10° angle
for maximum visibility of product.
■■MODEL 750-GDU: French doors with solid glass panel on non-control side and
three wire shelves at a 10-degree angle.
■■MODEL 750-GDU/PT: Pass-through design with French doors on both sides and
straight shelves.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
Cabinet must be installed level and not in any area where it may be
affected by steam, grease, dripping water, high temperatures, or any
other severely adverse conditions. In order to maintain NSF
standards, counter models must be sealed at bottom by NSF
approved sealant or equipped with casters or 6" (152mm) legs.
