Niet aan de toevoerkabel
van het toestel trekken,
toevoerkabel niet knellen
of over scherpe hoeken
trekken.
De netaansluiting
regelmatig controleren
om vast te stellen of er
geen beschadigingen
voorhanden zijn.
Beschadigde toevoerkabel
onmiddellijk door een in
de technische gegevens
vastgelegd type
vervangen.
Bij uittreding van schuim
of vloeistof onmiddellijk
uitschakelen.
Alleen maar door Wap/
Alto toegelaten
reinigingsmiddelen
gebruiken.
TOEPASSING
De toestellen die in deze
gebruiksaanwijzing
worden beschreven,
worden gebruikt voor de
reiniging van textiele
wanden vloerbedekkingen.
De toestellen zijn geschikt
voor het commerciële
gebruik, b.v. in hotels,
scholen, ziekenhuizen,
fabrieken, winkels en
verhuurbedrijven.
FUNCTIE
Warm water, vermengd
met een reinigingsmiddel,
wordt onder druk tot op
het grondweefsel van het
tapijt gesproeid en maakt
het vuil los.
Tegelijkertijd extraheert
een zuigaggregaat het
water en het naar boven
gespoelde vuil uit het
tapijt in de vuilwatertank.
De bovenlaag van het
tapijt wordt zacht en
gelijkmatig opgericht.

MONTAGE
Vóór de eerste
inbedrijfstelling moet het
toestel worden
gemonteerd:
• Zuigbuisdelen
ineenzetten.
• Zuigslang vast in
sproei-/extractietoestel
en in zuigbuis
schuiven.

• Drukslang in
koppeling vastzetten

• Het andere slangeinde
aan de doseerklep

zekeringsring
ontgrendelen

VERHINDERING VAN
SCHUIM IN
VUILWATERTANK
Bij tapijten die al meermaals
geshampood werden, kan
in het vuilwaterreservoir
een overmatige
schuimvorming ontstaan.
• ALTO Foam STOP
schuimbestrijdingsmiddel
dosering: 0,05% in
vuilwatertank verhin-
dert op betrouwbare
wijze de
schuimvorming.
VEILIGHEIDSMAATREGELEN
De sproei-/
extractiemethode alleen
maar toepassen als de
textielbekleding en de
ondergrond niet kunnen
worden beschadigd.
– Voorzichtig bij hout of
watergevoelige
vloeren.
– Voorzichtig bij tapijten
die met
wateroplosbare
kleefmiddelen werden
gelegd.
– Voorzichtig bij tapijten
met watergevoelig
grondweefsel (b.v.
jute).
– Voorzichtig bij
natuurvezeltapijten.
– Op tapijtverklaring van
de producent letten.
– Bij twijfel aan de
kleurenvastheid op
een verborgen plek
van het tapijt een
kleine hoeveelheid
reinigingsmiddel met
een witte vod
insmeren. Verkleurt de
vod, dan is het tapijt
niet „kleurecht“.
TAPIJTVOORBEREIDING
• Vóór het begin van de
sproei-extractie het
tapijt grondig
stofzuigen.
• Vlekken en zeer vuile
zones met speciale
reinigingsmiddelen of
ontvlekkingsmiddelen
voorbehandelen.
GEBRUIK BIJ NORMAAL
VUIL
• Met de tapijtreiniging
in de hoek beginnen
die het verst van de
deur is verwijderd.
• Beide toestelschakelaars
voor zuiger en pomp
inschakelen
(TW 300 S: afb. 2c,
TW 350: afb. 5b).
• Sproeierkop op de
tapijtrand aanbrengen
en doseerklep activeren.
• Sproeier met lichte
druk op de zuigbocht
gelijkmatig
achteruittrekken (1 m
in 5 seconden).
• Kort voor het einde
van een
reinigingsbaan de
doseerklep sluiten en
het laatst opgespoten
water afzuigen.

• De volgende
reinigingsbaan dient
met ongeveer 2 cm de
volgende te
overlappen.
• De droogtijd kan
worden verkort als het
tapijt nogmaals met
het sproei-/
extractietoestel wordt
afgezogen.
GEBRUIK BIJ STERK VUIL
• Voorsproeien van de
reinigingsvloeistof bij
geopende doseerklep
en uitgeschakelde
zuigmotor.
• Reinigingsmiddel laten
inwerken, echter nooit
laten indrogen.
• Reiniging zoals in
hoofdstuk „Gebruik
bij normaal vuil“.
• Reinigingsprocedure
herhalen, indien
mogelijk in
dwarsrichting. Deze
tweede
reinigingsbeurt alleen
maar op een volledig
droog tapijt
doorvoeren.
BEDRIJFSTEST
• Bij ontbrekend
zuigvermogen de
vuilwatertank
leegmaken.
• Bij het vullen van de
schoonwatertank

steeds de vuilwatertank
leegmaken
