DESCRIPTION
1. DESCRIPTION
LED searchlight of non-domestic use art. LED-DL is designed to be placed inside a warehouse
to illuminate the space inside the car body. The use of a searchlight signicantly increases
convenience and safety of cargo handling operations.

4. COMPLETE KIT
Complete kit includes:
• swing bracket—1 PCs.
• floodlight with LED lamp—1 PCs.
• cable with power plug—1 PCs.
• floodlight mounting bolt to bracket—1 PCs.
• anchor bolts for mounting the bracket to the wall—4 PCs.
5. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
The oodlight is installed inside the premises in close proximity to the edge of the opening. The
movable lamp mount and the bracket with two swiveling axes allow to accurately determine the
position of the oodlight and achieve maximum illumination of the space inside the car body.
The oodlight should be installed in such a way as not to interfere with the loading equipment
and at the same time to ensure convenient adjustment of the bracket position (at the height
of no more than 2,5 metres).

2—Power supply 250 V / 60 Hz. It is prepared in advance.
The oodlight can be connected directly to the dock leveller control unit with the telescopic
lip. Detailed connection information can be found in the installation and operation manual of
the CUL11 control unit.

STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, DISPOSAL
6. STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, DISPOSAL
Storage of the product should be carried out in a packed form in closed dry premises in the
absence of acidic, alkaline and other aggressive impurities in the air.
Transportation can be carried out by all types of covered ground transport providing
the exception of impacts and movements inside the vehicle.
Disposal is carried out in accordance with the regulations and legal acts on process-
ing and disposal in force in the country of the Customer.
7. WARRANTY OBLIGATION
In compliance with the rules of storage, transportation and operation the operability of product
is guaranteed. The warranty period is 1 year and it is calculated from the date of transfer of the
product to the Customer or from the date of manufacture, if the date of transfer is unknown.
During the warranty period, malfunctions caused by the fault of the Manufacturer are eliminated
by the Service Department that provides warranty maintenance.
Note: Parts replaced under warranty become the property of the Service Department that carried
out the repair of the product.
The Manufacturer’s warranty is not provided in case of:
• violation of the storage and transportation rules of the product;
• installation, adjustment, repair, reinstallation of the product by persons not authorized by
the Manufacturer;
• damage by the Customer or third parties to the design of the product;
• actions of force majeure (fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters).
