How to wear
Choose suitable ear tips, put the earbuds in your ears, and rotate them as shown in the
picture below until the earbuds fit your ears and make sure that the microphone points
to your mouth.
Power On/Off
1. Power On
a. With charging case: when opening the charging case, the earbuds will be power on
automatically with voice prompts "Power on".
b. Without charging case: when earbuds are power off, touch the touch panel and hold
for about 2 seconds, earbuds will be power on with voice prompts "Power on".

2. Power Off
a. With charging case: put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, the
earbuds will be power off with voice prompts "Power off ".
b. Without charging case: when the earbuds are on, touch the touch panel and hold for
about 8 seconds, the earbuds will be power off with voice prompts "Power off".
Pairing and connecting
1. Open the charging case, the two earbuds will be automatically power on and paired
with each other within 5 seconds with voice prompts "Pairing". (Blue indicators and
white indicators
flash alternately).
2. Turn on the Bluetooth list of devices, select "Saramonic BH60" and complete the pair
and connection. If connected, the blue indicator will be on for 1s and off with voice
prompts "Connected".
3.If the connection fails, put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid, then
take out and repeat the above operations.
4. After the first connection, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired
device.
(Bluetooth of the device needs to be turned on).
5. If the distance between earbuds and the device is beyond transmission distance, they
will be disconnected with voice prompts "faraway from devices", and the earbuds will try
re-connect.
6. The earbuds will be power off automatically if not connected with any devices for 5
mins.

Restore
Turn off both earbuds, touch the control panel and hold for around 14 seconds. Voice
prompts changed from "Power on" to "Pairing" and then "Dudududu". The Indicators
changed from"blue indicators falsh "to" white & blue indicators flash alternately" and
"white indicators turn on for 1 second then turn off". After the pairing record is cleared,
the earbuds will power off automatically.

Gaming mode
When the earbuds are connected, tap the right earbud touch panel 3 times to enter the
low-latency mode, tap 3 times more to switch to Music Mode Indicators Light of Gaming
Mode: blue breathing light.

Charging status of charging case
1 Charging & Battery Level of Charging Case
a. Battery level indicator: open the charging case, three blue LED indicators will be on
simutaneously, and then will be off accordingly to show the current battery level of
charging case. When the battery level is less than 10%, the shortest LED indicator will be
solid red.
b. Charging Status: Connect USB Type-C charging cable to charging port, the three blue
LED indicator will show current battery level. When the charging case is fully charged, all
three blue Indicators will be on. Remove the charging cable, and all the indicators will be
off.
FAQ
Q: Only one earbud work ?
A: Put the earbuds into charging case and take out, if still only one earbud works, restore
to factory setting.
Q: Failed to connect devices with earbuds ?
A: Delete the pairing record on the devices and reconnect with earbuds.
Q: No sound in the phone call ?
A: Select "Saramonic BH60" as your audio input source in your device settings.
Q: Audio delay in video or gameplay ?
A: Environment, WiFi, encode/decode speed of other devices and software are all
possible factors to cause effect to the audio data transmission speed of the earbuds. For

example, most game software set real-time audio transmission as a priority, which is
possible to affect the speed.
Q: Why is there stuck / breakpoint ?
A: If there are many WiFi routers, 4G signals, high-power electrical appliance and etc
when using, it may be stuck or breakpoint. It can be solved by changing the environment
or reconnecting.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the
product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning
by inappropriate means, etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power

11) To prevent hearing loss, lower the volume of the music player before plugging in
your mobile phone and then gradually increase to a comfortable volume.
12) It is recommended to use the accessories specified by the manufacturer.
13) Do not expose the battery to excessive heat such as sunlight, fire, etc.
14) Make sure the power supply is within the specified voltage range.
15) Rely on our personnel. If there is a defect on the device, it must be repaired by a
professional. The headset will not function properly if: the power cord or plug is
damaged, there is water in the device, foreign objects have fallen into the device, the
device is exposed to rain or moisture, or the device falls from a height.

Jak nosit
Vyberte si vhodné nástavce do uší, nasaďte si sluchátka do uší a otáčejte jimi podle
obrázku níže, dokud vám sluchátka nezapadnou do uší, a ujistěte se, že mikrofon
směřuje k vašim ústům.
Zapnutí/vypnutí napájení
1. Zapnutí napájení
a. S nabíjecím pouzdrem: po otevření nabíjecího pouzdra se sluchátka zapnou.
automaticky s hlasovou výzvou "Power on" (Zapnuto).
b. Bez nabíjecího pouzdra: když jsou sluchátka vypnutá, dotkněte se dotykového panelu
a podržte jej po dobu přibližně 2 sekund, sluchátka se zapnou s hlasovou výzvou "Power
on" (Zapnuto).

2. Vypnutí napájení
a. S nabíjecím pouzdrem: vložte sluchátka do nabíjecího pouzdra a zavřete víko,
sluchátka se vypnou s hlasovou výzvou "Power off"(Vypnuto).
b. Bez nabíjecího pouzdra: Když jsou sluchátka zapnutá, dotkněte se dotykového panelu
a podržte jej po dobu přibližně 8 sekund, sluchátka se vypnou s hlasovou výzvou "Power
off"(Vypnuto).
Párování a připojení
1. Otevřete nabíjecí pouzdro, obě sluchátka se automaticky zapnou a během 5 sekund
se navzájem spárují s hlasovými pokyny "Pairing"(Párování). (Modré indikátory a bílé
indikátory
střídavě blikají).
2. Zapněte seznam zařízení Bluetooth, vyberte "Saramonic BH60" a dokončete párování
a připojení. Pokud je zařízení připojeno, modrý indikátor se rozsvítí na 1s a zhasne s
hlasovou výzvou "Connected" (Připojeno).
3. Pokud se připojení nezdaří, vložte sluchátka do nabíjecího pouzdra a zavřete víko,
poté je vyjměte a zopakujte výše uvedené operace.
4. Po prvním připojení se sluchátka automaticky připojí k poslednímu spárovanému
zařízení.
(Bluetooth zařízení musí být zapnuté).
5. Pokud je vzdálenost mezi sluchátky a zařízením větší než přenosová vzdálenost, dojde
k jejich odpojení s hlasovou výzvou " faraway from devices” (daleko od zařízení) a
sluchátka se pokusí znovu připojit.
6. Sluchátka se automaticky vypnou, pokud nejsou po dobu 5 minut připojena k
žádnému zařízení.

Obnovení
Vypněte obě sluchátka, dotkněte se ovládacího panelu a podržte jej přibližně 14 sekund.
Hlasové výzvy se změnily z "Power on" na "Pairing" a poté na "Dududududu". Indikátory
se změnily z "modré indikátory blikají" na "bílé a modré indikátory střídavě blikají" a "bílé
indikátory se rozsvítí na 1 sekundu a poté se vypnou". Po vymazání záznamu o párování
se sluchátka automaticky vypnou.

Herní režim
Když jsou sluchátka připojena, klepnutím na dotykový panel pravého sluchátka 3krát
přejdete do režimu s nízkou latencí, dalším klepnutím 3krát přepnete do hudebního
režimu.

Stav nabíjení nabíjecího pouzdra
1 Nabíjení a úroveň nabití nabíjecího pouzdra
a. Indikátor stavu nabití baterie: otevřete nabíjecí pouzdro, současně se rozsvítí tři
modré LED indikátory a poté zhasnou, aby ukázaly aktuální stav nabití baterie v
nabíjecím pouzdře. Pokud je úroveň nabití baterie nižší než 10 %, nejkratší LED indikátor
bude svítit červeně.
b. Stav nabití: Tři modré LED indikátory ukazují aktuální úroveň nabití baterie: Připojte
nabíjecí kabel USB typu C k nabíjecímu portu. Když je nabíjecí pouzdro plně nabité,
budou svítit všechny tři modré indikátory. Pokud nabíjecí kabel odpojíte, všechny
indikátory budou zhasnuté.

Otázka: Funguje pouze jedno sluchátko?
Odpověď: Vložte sluchátka do nabíjecího pouzdra a vyjměte je, pokud stále funguje
pouze jedno sluchátko, obnovte tovární nastavení.
Otázka: Nepodařilo se připojit zařízení se sluchátky?
Odpověď: Vymažte záznam o párování v zařízeních a znovu se připojte pomocí
sluchátek.

Otázka: V telefonním hovoru není slyšet žádný zvuk?
Odpověď: V nastavení zařízení vyberte jako vstupní zdroj zvuku "Saramonic BH60".
Otázka: Zpoždění zvuku ve videu nebo ve hře?
Odpověď: Prostředí, WiFi, rychlost kódování/dekódování jiných zařízení a software jsou
možné faktory, které mohou ovlivnit rychlost přenosu zvukových dat sluchátek.
Například většina herního softwaru nastavuje přenos zvuku v reálném čase jako prioritu,
což může mít vliv na rychlost.
Otázka: Proč je zvuk zaseknutý/přerušený?
Odpověď: Pokud je při používání mnoho routerů WiFi, signálů 4G, výkonných
elektrických spotřebičů atd., může dojít k zaseknutí nebo přerušení. To lze vyřešit
změnou prostředí nebo opětovným připojením.
Záruční podmínky
Na nový výrobek zakoupený v prodejní síti Alza.cz se vztahuje záruka 2 roky. V případě
potřeby opravy nebo jiného servisu v záruční době se obraťte přímo na prodejce
výrobku, je nutné předložit originální doklad o koupi s datem nákupu.
Za rozpor se záručními podmínkami, pro který nelze reklamaci uznat, se považují
následující skutečnosti:
•Používání výrobku k jinému účelu, než pro který je výrobek určen, nebo
nedodržování pokynů pro údržbu, provoz a servis výrobku.
•Poškození výrobku živelnou pohromou, zásahem neoprávněné osoby nebo
mechanicky vinou kupujícího (např. při přepravě, čištění nevhodnými prostředky
apod.).
•Přirozené opotřebení a stárnutí spotřebního materiálu nebo součástí během
používání (např. baterií atd.).
•Působení nepříznivých vnějších vlivů, jako je sluneční záření a jiné záření nebo
elektromagnetické pole, vniknutí kapaliny, vniknutí předmětu, přepětí v síti,
elektrostatický výboj (včetně blesku), vadné napájecí nebo vstupní napětí a nevhodná
polarita tohoto napětí, chemické procesy, např. použité zdroje atd.
