Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table
specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus.

• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the
plug in any way.

whichmeans “Conformity with EU-directives”. With the
CE-marking the manufacturer confirms that this product
complies with applicable European directives and
regulations.
This product is classified as protection class II. This means
the product is equipped with reinforced or double insulation
between the mains supply circuit and the output voltage or
the casing. Therefore it does not require a safety connection
to an electrical earth (ground).

• This product is intended to amplify audio signals of a stereo speaker
system. It can be also used as additional power when connected to a
multi-zone audio system.

Before First Use
• Check the product for transport damages.
• Remove all the packing materials.

awayfrom children – these materials are a potential source of danger,
e.g. suffocation.

Main audio source
Connect the primary audio source via standard RCA to RCA cables or
an 1/8" (3.5 mm) Stereo to RCA Cable (cables not included) to the MAIN
input sockets (F).

Interrupting audio source
NOTICE
This feature allows another audio source to be connected
in parallel. Its signal takes priority over the audio signal from MAIN input
sockets (F). The signal from the MAIN input sockets (F) source becomes
inactive whenever there is an input from the interrupting audio source.
NOTICE
Once the interrupting audio source becomes inactive,
it takes around 6 seconds for the main audio source to resume the
transmission.
Connect the interrupt audio source via standard RCA to RCA cables
or an 1/8" (3.5 mm) Stereo to RCA Cable (cables not included) to the
INTERRUPTING INPUT sockets (E).

Main output
NOTICE
The MAIN OUT sockets (G) allow to output the primary
audio source to an external amplifier.
Connect the external amplifier via a standard RCA to RCA cables
(notincluded) to the MAIN OUT sockets (G).

Speakers
CAUTION Risk of damage! Only 8 Ohm speakers can be
connected in a 4 speakers setup.
NOTICE
Connect the speakers with a correct polarity. The red
connectors (+) need to be plugged into the red sockets, and the black
connectors (-) need to be plugged into the black sockets.
NOTICE
You can connect the speakers using a bare wire, or a wire
with banana connectors (wires not included).

Banana connectors
Remove the caps on the terminals (N/O). Use a banana connector wires
to connect the speakers to the zone A speaker terminals (N) or/and to
the zone B speaker terminals (O).

Bare wires
NOTICE
Make sure the exposed wires of the speakers do not stick
out of the speaker terminals when connecting. If the exposed wires of the
speakers touch the rear panel or the (+) and (–) wires touch each other,
the short-circuit protection will be activated.
• Use bare wires to connect the speakers to the zone A speaker
terminals (N) or/and to the zone B speaker terminals (O).
• Loosen the terminal by rotating it anti-clockwise.
• Insert the bare wire into the terminal’s opening.
• Secure the connection by rotating the terminal clockwise.

Trigger in/out
NOTICE
The product features the trigger function, which allows to
power on/off the product automatically alongside with other components
of an audio system (for example a TV).
• Use a 1/8" (3.5 mm) audio cable (not included) to connect the trigger
device to the TRIGGER IN socket (L).
• To connect another device to the stereo system trigger loop, use
another 1/8" (3.5 mm) audio cable to connect the device to the
TRIGGER OUT socket (M).

Operation
Switching on/off
NOTICE
Set the AUTO ON switch (H) to NORMAL setting before
switching on.
• Connect the power plug (P) to an appropriate power source.
• To switch on, press the POWER button (A). The power indicator (R)
lights up red for 8 seconds then lights up green.
• To switch off, press the POWER button (A) again. The power
indicator (R) goes off.
• When not in use, disconnect the product from the power source.
Audio controls

BALANCE knob (C) Use to adjust the left/right balance of the audio
output.
VOLUME knob (D) Use to adjust the volume of the audio output.
BASS knob (J) Use to adjust the bass level of the audio output.
TREBLE knob (K) Use to adjust the treble level of the audio
output.
Auto on mode
NOTICE
The feature allows to power the product on automatically
when a source signal is detected. Ensure to select the auto mode before
switching the product on.
• To activate the auto on mode, switch the product off and set the
AUTO ON (H) switch to AUTO position.
• Switch on the product. The power indicator (R) lights up red to
indicate the product is in standby mode.
• When an input signal is detected, the power indicator (R) lights up
green.
• To deactivate the auto on mode, switch off the product and set the
AUTO ON (H) switch to NORMAL setting.
NOTICE
In auto on mode, if source input stops for 10 minutes, the
product would enter standby mode automatically.

Mode selection
CAUTION Risk of damage! Do not switch on the BRIDGED mode
when both zone A and zone B speakers are activated. The maximum
allowed load in the BRIDGED mode is 8 Ohm.
The mode switch (I) allows selection between the stereo and bridged
mono modes.
STEREO mode Left and right channels are separately assigned
for Left and Right speakers.
BRIDGED mode Left and Right channels are combined for high-
power mono output.

Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock,
unplug the product before cleaning.

immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product
under running water.
Cleaning
• To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
• Dry the product after cleaning.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers,
metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
• Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away
from children and pets.

Plug fuse replacement (for UK only)
• Use a flat screwdriver to open the fuse compartment cover.
• Remove the fuse and replace with the same type (3 A, BS1362). Refit
the cover.
Maintenance
• Any other servicing than mentioned in this manual should be
performed by a professional repair centre.
